Hi ladies, the old thread was nearly full so i have set this up for when the old one reaches 1000 posts:)

@newbyxx I'm still taking mine and I said to my midwife I've still got enough left to take me to 16 weeks so don't want to through it away. She said it was fine.

Congratulations @newbyxx ! So happy for you, glad everything was okay. 😁❤️ I'm going to take my 7seas vitamins with folic acid in all the way through I think.

@APD1981 I'm definitely going to find out gender, I already have a private scan booked for the 22nd December, I wouldn't not be able to lol but I do think it's a lovely idea to find out at birth. Xx

@newbyxx you can stop after 12 weeks but I'm going to carry on as my iron levels dropped last time so hoping to prevent that as much as i can this time (if i can!) And i know the vitamin levels in the pregnancy tablets are a safe dose.

@newbyxx ah so exciting! Baby's legs were crossed at scan on Monday so I'm hoping they're not on 22nd! I want to know before Christmas lol. xx

@newbyxx delighted you had such a great experience at your scan. I was exactly the same yesterday. I was awake from 2am. Quite anxious. Our baby was a little wriggler. Legs and arms going mad. It was incredible to witness. I wanted to give everyone some positive news because its hard not to worry. We are now due on the 10th June. And the family were over the moon. One wee tip: we were so in awe we didn't take a video of the screen and I so wish I had so we could take it all in again.

I've been awake since about 3:30am. Knew I wouldn't sleep well though. Just so glad the scan is finally today. I'm really worried but at least we'll know one way or the other x

Good luck any scans today, I've calculated, if my dates are correct we can find out the Sex privately on the 30th December - will be fab to tell Family on NYE. We didn't find out with DS, but this time (if all ok) we will as we are moving house at the end of January and I have so much of his old stuff so will give it away if it's a girl rather than take it all to the new house

I'm so nervous, feel like I've been freaking out all morning. Didn't think I'd feel quite so stressed. Sorry just needed to vent. Hopefully when my husband gets back in a bit he'll calm me down

I just got my screening results: all 3 conditions have come back as low risk and I'm pleased with the numbers they've given me. Feel like I can start to enjoy my pregnancy a bit more now. Worrying so much is exhausting!

Yeah was such a relief to see a little baby kicking around 😊. He/she wasn't playing ball though so they couldn't do the NT scan and want me to come back in 3 weeks for another scan to give me my due date. But she thought I was around 13 weeks which is what I expected. The scan was so long and really uncomfortable. Felt like she was trying to burrow the scanner into my stomach. Hopeful the next scan will be more straightforward! xxx

@Cb31 oh that's good news, you can relax a bit more now. My 12 week scan was quite sore too, felt like I'd done 1000 sit ups the next day! It's because I'm overweight though so she had to fight the fat 😕

@Cb31 congratulations!! Scan went well and baby was very active! Didn’t want it’s photo taken to start with or the measurement done but go there in the end! dated 13+3 now so due date 2/6 😬

@cb31 delighted it went well and you can relax. Double bonus getting another scan in 3 weeks. I opted to pay for the DNA test as Im 40. Also my urine test csme back with an infection so Im on anti biotics.
Feeling huge today although the baked potatoe beans and cheese for lunch didnt help.
Have a lovely weekend all and try to stay positive.

1st day of actually not taking anti nausea 🙊 (i just forgot) and it went ok ish 😂
My scans not till 11th Dec I'm getting very impatient. Currently full of cold, bad cough so needless to say I'm nackerd!

Hi all, hope you don't mind me jumping on this thread but it seems like there's some due dates close to mine on here! My scan is 6th too, currently estimated to be due 13th June! It's so lovely to read all the positive stories and advice on here. I've had non stop nausea until this week so panicked when I felt 'normal' it's all just so stressful but then felt sick all day again today! My belly is definitely bigger but think that's the non stop biscuits I eat to fight th nausea!! Can't wait for the scan and just keeping everything crossed I'll see that wriggly baby!! 🤞🤞

@RPPs @Lemonysherbet thanks!!! I feel so much more relaxed and happy about it all now. And it's been so lovely telling more people. Although I got a few people sending pictures of them with a glass of prosecco which made me jealous 😂. Its nice knowing I've got another scan just before Xmas too. I'll be about 16 weeks then. Do you think they'd be able to tell me the sex? I know you can get gender scans privately at 16 weeks but since it's the NHS I feel like they'll probably make me wait until the 20 week one.

Another restless night. Woke up a thousand times

So thrilled to hear so many scans have gone so well 😁 I'm jealous as mine isn't until the 10th which is my 13th week, but my mum tells me it's because I'm a little chunky 🙈

Another crap night sleep 🙄 awake again at half 3 until nearly 6!! It doesn't help that I'm basically a human hot water bottle these days 🤣 is anyone else very warm a night? X
