Hi ladies, the old thread was nearly full so i have set this up for when the old one reaches 1000 posts:)

Hows everyone getting on? The tiredness is a struggle in the mornings atm, meds are working for nausea, i went shopping sunday & felt like I'd ran a marathon when i got up yesterday 😂🤦‍♀️

Not feeling to bad this morning, usually if I eat as soon as I get up it keeps nausea at bay!

I have my booking appointment today!

@Smiffette I have my appointment today too 10+3 I have suddenly felt fine since the weekend it's almost like a switch was clicked 🤷‍♀️ fingers crossed that's the worse over 🙏🏼 I was the same with my last 2 pregnancies , gone all day until around 2/3pm then the nausea and tiredness kicks in until 6pm ish but this time the nausea has definitely felt worse than last two times I really don't remember it being this bad ever! Hoping it's over now x

Mine is at 13:00! I'm hoping she will try and book my 12 week scan whilst I'm there so I get it on time!

@Smiffette and yours too! 😘 I'm sure she will do! Is your appt at the same hospital as the ultrasound will be?
I already have a scan date as I self referred, where abouts are you?
My appt. is 13.30 😊 x

@Nukins My MW appointment is at my local GP surgery... I'm 8 miles from my hospital where I plan to have baby and where the scan would take place.

Just had my scan, baby didn't want it's photo taken, kept showing us it's bum 😂 I'm officially in the may club again now due 30/5

Hope your appointments go well and you get your scan @Smiffette @Nukins my sickness also stopped at 10+5 just like a switch lol. Hoping it won't return.

Glad everything was okay at the scan @Lemonysherbet shame about pics lol! I'm hoping my due date stays in June now I've gotten used to saying it 🤣🤣 x

@Nukins I hate the waiting between scans😩 have you had any private scans or scans already? Hopefully time will go quickly! My scans next Monday, I've had a few scans already, but still just as anxious for this one! x

I have to wait for my scan date from the hospital... hoping it is sent out quickly, ie by end of the week! she said that as I've opted for the tests they need to do it by 13+6 so hope it for scan date first week of December!!

Hi everyone, Been a bit quiet on the threads recently, just so exhausted! Sort of glad to hear others saying similar! I've woken a couple of times in the night hot and sweating, someone else mentioned that in the previous page. Pregnancy is so odd!

@Smiffette I had to wait for mine to be sent through as well, my booking in appt was on Thursday and I had my scan letter Monday morning so hopefully it's quick for you. Glad all went well.

@Whatnext11 I've been waking up In the night a lot as well, it's so annoying when you can't get back to sleep for ages!

I’m getting impatient! Had my booking appointment last Thursday at 11+0. She told me to call GPs Monday as she was arranging a prescription for low dose of aspirin (mum had previously-eclampsia with me and my sister) rang today and they have nothing about the prescription. Rang midwifery section at another GP and they couldn’t see my notes and they’ve asked her to call me as she’s on till 8.30on tonight! Just got a feeling she’s totally missed us as she was more worried about getting off due to the flooding last week! Opted for tests so I guess that means it has to be in the next 2 weeks but just want the date now!

Sorry rant over 😂

@Amymaria2, yes, you would think as we're so tired we would sleep straight through until morning!
@sarahlounich hope you manage to get an answer from MW tonight, that sounds really stressful.

Hi everyone, haven't checked in for a few days. Struggling with nausea, even with cyclizine. Work was a challenge today!
Bit disappointed to see the FB group has closed - I, and a few others, were waiting until after we'd had our scans to join. Would anyone be interested if we set up another one?

@MissisBee I would - newbie here :) Hi everyone. I’m 9+5 and feeling awful. I’m half freelance so losing income when I can’t work which is very stressful. Not throwing up constantly like I did last time but horrendous nausea. I can’t remember what it feels like to be well and I’m so fed up and honestly dreading the next few months, which I feel awful about as I’ve wanted this for so long (DC1 is 5). Usually I’m quite a jolly person but I’m just feeling so down at the moment!!

@MissisBee oh that's a shame why's it been taken down? I'd be interested, was going to join after 12 week scan.

@PiafPilaf aw sorry you're feeling so poorly, are you on any anti sickness pills? How many weeks are you? Hopefully it'll get better soon, my sickness stopped at 10+5! x

Well, here's a bloody weird pregnancy issue...I can't stop gagging when I brush my teeth! It used to happen now and then before pregnancy and earlier in it if some toothpaste went to the back of my throat, but then I'd just gag once and be done. Now it's nonstop until I've washed my mouth out several times! I heave and heave until I'm in spasms. I haven't been sick once after 10 weeks, but today the gagging made me bring up some of my breakfast. I Googled and apparently it's a pregnancy thing. I really hope this ends soon!

@BudgieBird I now have the very same issue 🙈 I had to brush my teeth twice the other morning because I brought up some brekki when brushing my tongue! Gross 🤷🏼‍♀️ x

@budgiebird I'm the same with gagging and brushing teeth! I used to brush my tongue but now can barely get through brushing my teeth. Even thinking about cleaning my teeth makes me feel a bit sick!

Had midwife appointment today. My actual midwife is a lovely bloke but a trainee ran the appointment and I told her I was scared of the blood test. She then proceeded to totally butcher it and really hurt my arm so my midwife had to do it again on the other one 😩

@peetieswie sorry your appointment wasn't great, I'm awful with needles and bloods as well, definitely wouldn't like a trainee doing the job 😬

Felt awful today headache I can't get rid of, feel like I'm getting flu and also a toothache!! Hoping tomorrow is better and not worse 😩
