@Shelbustotherescue so sorry to hear this and that they won’t scan until tomorrow!! It’s so cruel to make you wait when you’re obviously feeling so anxious. I really hope everything is ok, if you haven’t had any bleeding then hopefully it will be 🤞🏻X

@Shelbustotherescue how awful for you to have to wait till tomorrow. Really hope that everything will be ok, can’t imagine how you must be feeling x

I’m 10 weeks today and in my normal clothes I don’t look much different, but in my nurses uniform I look about 30 weeks lol, I get so bloated on my shifts especially on nights so people have been guessing already!

@Shelbustotherescue I can’t believe they don’t just scan you straight away under circumstances like this! So sorry you’re having to wait, it must be so difficult. Sending you good thoughts and hoping for good news x

@Shelbustotherescue I also cannot believe that they haven't scanned you straight away, that's crazy. You must be just going out of your mind with anxiety. You have a lot of support on here so know that we are all thinking of you xx

@Sunshine8888 glad it went well telling your boss! When you say there were tears.. was that you or your boss? I'm so emotional at the mo, I burst into tears at the physio this morning lol.

I have a bad back at the best of times, but they said that because I'm vomming so much this has been putting pressure on my discs and it's contributing to the pain. I've been referred for pregnancy hydrotherapy, I never knew such a thing existed!

@mrsf1204 yes! My back is covered in acne, I also have it on my face and chest, but my back is the worst. I've found a lot of the ingredients in blemish control products are a no no for pregnancy, so I've just got a natural exfoliator but it's not budging. I've read it sometimes gets a bit better after the 1st trimester.

Haha @mintbear the tears were definitely mine, that would have been mortifying if it were him 🙈

It’s such a relief to read about other people having the same symptoms as me! Stuffed up nose at night, bumpy skin on face and constipation have been my symptoms for the last few weeks. 9+6 right now!

@Shelbustotherescue it's such a disgrace that you're being left like that. Why about your own mental health and well-being? I'll be thinking of you tomorrow and keeping everything crossed! I hope you're pain has eased as well 💗

@mrsf1204omg it's awful isn't it! My chapped skin is nothing out of the ordinary as I do her eczema but it's been so good for so long it's taken me by surprise! It must be the baby stealing my glow 🤦🏼‍♀️

My 12 week scan is tomorrow and I'm SO nervous! I just want everything to be ok!!!

I had my scan and its moved me to 10+6 so 3 days further on than I thought!!! Was just the most surreal, amazing thing to see on the screen!!! I couldnt talk to the woman for crying. Seeing a little heartbeat and baby stretching all the way out!! She said it's looking like a totally healthy pregnancy!! I am well and truly in a bubble. Already cant wait till a week on friday till I can see my little bubba again!!! It all feels a touch more real now. Good luck to everyone else with scans coming up 😊

@Helensss yes it's at 11:25! I really am such a worrier, I worry about everything! This scan is such a milestone. I am just desperate to know everything is going as it should 💗

@Helensss yes it's just unreal, I went to my sisters scan a couple of years ago and thought it was amazing then but that feeling of seeing our little bubba just surpassed anything else

Ahhh @Purple29 that’s so exciting. Congratulations. God I’m so anxious about tomorrow. At least it’s nice an early so I won’t be hanging around all day. I’m hoping to see what you saw 🤞

Thanks ladies. It’s not my 12wk yet. I had a scan at 6wks due to bleeding and we saw a HB, but due to mmc back in May where we saw a HB at 8wks, the lady scanning me saw I was happy but not relieved when we explained our history in May she kindly offered us another scan at 10wks! So hopefully will make the 12wk scan a lot less stressful (hopefully)

@shelbustotherescue hope all goes well today. Your hospital sounds like they take the same approach as mine with the scans which leaves you feeling so anxious. I had some bleeding and they said the earliest they had a scan was 6 days later and they cant stop the worst happening - not what you want to hear when hormonal and anxious over whats happening. Will be thinking of you and praying for the best outcome again xxx

I'm looking for a pregnancy pillow- any recommendations? If I don't sort my sleeping out I am going to crash as I'm only getting 3 hours a night and even that's disturbed!!!

@May2311 I recommend mine. It was from Online4Baby as was down from £50 to £12! It's great! It's grey covered in white stars.
