EDD 7/01/20 with DS2

Hi all! So I reached double figures on saturday 10+2 today and i have to say i am exhausted all day but have insomnia all night, wouldnt have had this until 3rd trimester with other pregnancies. I needed to pee 3 time during the night last night and i hadnt had anything to drink after 9pm🚽🚽 😴😴

So, it says to have a comfortable full bladder before a scan ... I need a wee and have 15 mins before appt 😂😂😂 x

At my 12 week scan last time, my bladder was TOO full and they asked me to go for a wee before they could do it, as it was in the way! And then as they were scanning they said "ooo I can see it filling up again"! I obviously took the "drink loads before the scan" thing too seriously...

Just back from my scan and I’m now measuring 12+4!! So technically not in jan 2020 club anymore!
I live in Ireland so we only see the gp at 5 weeks and then wait until 12weeks to have joint scan/booking in, SO glad that wait is over now! Feel like I’m floating on air!!

I had my 12week scan through for the 15th July. Absolute fever pitch anxiety now. Panic attacks and everything. May bite the bullet for an early scan by myself to just check all is okay! Feels wasteful but I'm so worried!

@Mirana I know what you mean, I’ve not had any scans yet and it’s difficult to believe all is well in there! I’ve had a bit of brown blood on wiping today too. I had lots of early bleeding in my last pregnancy (and all was well) and it’s nowhere near as bad as that, but still not nice!

For all you worrying about labour try not too, everyone is different and if you've had a bad labour the next may be better.
Best advice I ever got given was to not plan too much, try gas if it's not enough get something else. It's all worth it in the end 💙💕

Ok so that didn't go well...

She's referred me to hospital for second opinion but couldn't find a heartbeat and the report says no yolk sac seen?
She says I look 8 weeks and not 10 and because she couldn't see heartbeat she's sure things went wrong 2 weeks ago.

Thing is I've not had bleeding or cramping or anything and I'm still having pregnancy symptoms... I'm at a complete loss and I've cried my eyes out and my other half is currently telling me she could be wrong but it's hard to stay positive ☹️ x

Oh @NoMoreFastCars82 I am keeping absolutely everything crossed for you. Are you going to hospital now or do you have to wait for them to contact you?

@mynameisMrG I've got to contact them first thing in morning x and thanks, my head is everywhere and I'm so scared ☹️ x

I've seen people mention MMC and I've seen people mention no heartbeat and then one at another scan and I'm on another site called what to expect and a lady on there had no heartbeat, didn't think there was valid pregnancy and then another scan later on they found heartbeat and all was well x

My partner is so adamant things will be fine and told me we need to think positive but I'm struggling to x he was shaking when I phoned him and he's not home all week so it's more difficult that we are away from each other x

My other question, anyone who had an MMC, how quick did you try again? And was it successful? X

I'm so down it's crazy... I never thought I'd get so attached to something I'd never seen and be so worried xx

I keep thinking to myself I could easily be 8 weeks Cos we were naughty around that point, so there could still be chance... then the other part of me is dying inside thinking I'm deluding myself and should be expecting the worst so it doesn't hit me like a tonne of bricks xx

@NoMoreFastCars82 do you have a tipped back uterus? If you have this it can be more difficult to see what's going on and you can look behind expected dates.

@MoominMantra I do have a tilted uterus!! She never asked?? It was a private scan so I don't know if they bother to check Cos she stayed around the same area pushing away whilst my bladder was dying Cos it was too full by the appointment time xx
