@Fivebyfive2 I was prescribed it after my egg collection because I was so bloated and backed up. I took 15ml twice a day, it didn't give me the runs just loosened things and made me regular. I was the other day three days without going and then just fine ones so just took some and now I'm back to normal. Perhaps just try 15ml after breakfast for a few days?

Missmonkeypenny · 16/06/2019 14:57

Here it is! 10+3 but measuring 10+5, there’s actually a real baby in there! Both DH and I were in tears, everything looks just perfect and it finally feels real now. Baby was moving around so, so much too - I’ve posted a little video on the FB group Smile

Awww!

Kinsters · 16/06/2019 15:54

I ate some cheese today and it made me feel nauseous (and I'd been feeling loads better!) so no more cheese for a while.

Pregnancy rhinitis is interesting. I'm sure I've got a cold though, slight fever last night and I think I caught it from FIL.

I've had a sex dream as well! I can't remember the details of it at all but woke up having an orgasm. We've barely done it since conception either. I was worried because of previous miscarriage and then with the bleeding I didn't want to. Hoping to get back into it once we're into the second trimester. I've been feeling really paranoid the last couple of days - trying to shake off the feeling that something is wrong because I'm sure I'm just being paranoid due to lack of nausea and tiredness.

AstroKate · 16/06/2019 15:54

@Missmonkeypenny the video is amazing! Those little legs moving are beautiful!

Kinsters · 16/06/2019 15:55

And that's such a lovely picture missmonkeypenny! Congratulations!

plipliop · 16/06/2019 15:59

@Kinsters I used to have orgasms in my sleep with my last pregnancies! But much later on. It's the weirdest thing.

NoMoreFastCars82 · 16/06/2019 16:08

@Missmonkeypenny what a clear scan!! Congrats and you both must be so happy right now x

@Kinsters @plipliop I'm missing out on the best bit of these vivid dreams I think 😱😂

OH goes away again tonight but he's going totally worn out 💪🏻😂😂

Mumof4andahalf · 16/06/2019 16:44

@Missmonkeypenny Thankyou forposting that! I've felt congested for 3/4 weeks now, thought it was hay fever but this makes sense

DinoGreen · 16/06/2019 17:34

Lovely scan pic @Missmonkeypenny! I’ve got a scan a week today at 10+1, I’ll be thrilled if it’s as clear as that! With my DS I had one at 8 weeks and he just looked like a blob tbh, not an actual baby at all.

I’be been suffering massively from hay fever but I think mine is hay fever rather than rhinitis as it’s been my eyes that are the worst - it’s only since we’ve had a few rainy days recently that I’ve been able to wear contact lenses again - I’ve barely been able to wear them at all the last few weeks.

Re lactulose, whoever asked about that, agree with the other responses that it’s very mild. I’ve been on and off iron tablets for years (very anaemia) which tend to constipate me and so I’ve taken lactulose a lot. I can’t actually bear the taste of it though 🤢

Mumof4andahalf · 16/06/2019 17:49

@DinoGreen we have the same due date!

MummyBearBoo · 16/06/2019 18:32

I got breathalysed with my first under a different PCT I understand it looks for CO rather than CO2 (carbon monoxide not carbon dioxide) carbon monoxide is often inhaled when you smoke as it's in cigarettes but also can be present in your home. It is odourless and colourless but is really harmful i think this is a major reason why smoking is so bad for babies (amongst all the other toxins) that's why they check for it!

splishandsplash · 16/06/2019 18:50

I'm currently 11 weeks + 3 and I'm really suffering still with a full symptoms :( I was really hoping it would stop.
I don't know what to do about the sickness, I'm fed up of feeling so tired and sore. I'm now really suffering with constipation (sorry for the details) has anyone got any advice or help? :(

MonicaGellerHyphenBing · 16/06/2019 19:14

I’m still enjoying my cheese but totally off chutney or pickle or anything like that. I’m just a lot more sensitive to foods in general. DD poured water over her tuna pasta earlier and ate it with a spoon, I couldn’t even look at her I was gagging so much 🤢 she also spread yogurt on her Dairylea toast this afternoon, kids are gross.

@splishandsplash I sympathise, I’m not actually being sick but just generally tired and nauseas and I’m fed up. I’m really struggling to get up early for work, all I want to do is sleep (and eat).

Bentley111 · 16/06/2019 19:21

@Missmonkeypenny your scan is amazing ❤️ I cried watching that video thinking that could be going on in my belly right now as well 😭

@Kinsters omg cannot believe your dream! I'm having really weird dreams but nothing sexual yet... feeling like I'm missing out.

Bentley111 · 16/06/2019 19:22

Also, made strawberry jelly with fresh strawberries and kiwis in this afternoon. Just had a bowl with vanilla ice cream and it was the best thing I think I've eaten since I've been pregnant!

plipliop · 16/06/2019 19:37

@splishandsplash my second pregnancy was like that and it did start tailing off at 12/13 weeks but was still there around 16 weeks. Rest rest rest.

NoMoreFastCars82 · 16/06/2019 19:40

How do I watch the video??

@Bentley111 omg I want jelly now lol 🤐

Camomila · 16/06/2019 19:57

Lol at all the sex dreams, poor DH makes me gag at the moment. He smells fine in the morning but then he comes home in the evening (from London) and it's like I can smell the pollution on him.

We spent a lovely Fathers Day in A&E waiting for an out of hours dr. Have got a prescription for cyclozene and a recommendation to buy compression socks (to keep my blood pressure up).

On the plus side I had a McDonalds chocolate milkshake and that did a great job of settling my stomach Smile

Ann334 · 16/06/2019 19:58

@kinsters I had exactly the same kind of dream this morning 😂
Seems this thread doesn’t just control my food cravings

Missmonkeypenny · 16/06/2019 20:12

NoMore the video is on the Facebook group - can’t post them here!

Thanks everyone for your lovely words, I am on cloud 9 right now Grin

SleepingStandingUp · 16/06/2019 20:36

I'm contemplating pkaetplanet, mokn and asteroid names for a potential boy

Ceres??

Any natural remedies for constipation? Normally I'd have a strong coffee but clearly that won't do now

mynameisMrG · 16/06/2019 20:49

Ladies I can thoroughly recommend ham and coleslaw on white bread

@missmonkeypenny, what an awesome scan pic!! So glad all is as it should be. It is so exciting!! Xx

I actually had a proper poo this evening!! I think the bran, yogurt, veg water and a massive walk all contributed. Feeling better now 🙂 Will keep in mind about the lactalose though, it is in the cabinet ready for when needed!! Xx

NoMoreFastCars82 · 16/06/2019 21:08

I love how this thread goes from food to sex to poo and back to food then back to poo 😂😂😂 it does make me chuckle!!

Right I've no idea how to get on the fb page as it keeps telling me to sign up and I'm signed up on here so messaged the page lol x

I'm dying to see this video now!

I've my scan tomorrow at 5pm and I am estimated 10wks today so can't wait to see how accurate that is lol x
