Is anyone else due in Jan 2020? My dates are a bit iffy 🤣 but I’m either due 30/12 or 2/1. Baby number 4 ( I swear we were stopping at 1). 🤣

Congratulations @Duebabynumbertwo! Exciting news. Impressed that you've resisted the clearblue until now, I've got my second pack in my bag ready for as soon as get home from work!

Duebabynumbertwo · 07/05/2019 18:20

avocuddles I had loads of cheapie tests left over from last time so I’ve been abusing them instead.
No symptoms as of yet apart from feeling the fear of what’s to come...

MrsH497 · 07/05/2019 18:30

So I'm away in Florida from the uk and I've started spotting this morning. No cramps that are worse than what I've had so far. I'm 5 weeks today and quite honestly bloody terrified.

plipliop · 07/05/2019 18:59

@MrsH497 hope you're ok xxxx

DaisyMay25 · 07/05/2019 19:12

I'm feeling it today! Nausea has been coming in bad waves, completely worn out too. I've also come out in loads of spots and a cold sore! I'm just not having a good day. I'm finding it hard not telling people at work, they all know I took time off for ivf and done have asked and I've just said I don't wanna talk about it but when I'm complaining I feel sick, sitting down often and going for many loo breaks they must've guessed!

Avocuddles · 07/05/2019 19:21

@Duebabynumbertwo I'm certainly feeling the fear too. Took a year to conceive and we thought it wasn't actually going to be possible, I'm really nervous that things won't work out and we'll be back to square one (though am course happy just to know that we are able to get pregnant).
Took another clearblue today 5 days after the initial one, was really hoping to see a step on but still showed 1-2 weeks. I have one more left so will try to hold off until the weekend!

MrsM18 · 07/05/2019 19:29

@MrsH497 I really hope it stops & you can relax a little x

Avocuddles · 07/05/2019 19:31

Crossing my fingers for you @MrsH497 x

DaisyMay25 · 07/05/2019 19:32

@Avocuddles try not to obsess over those tests, they're notoriously unreliable. I hope you're okay though 😊

mynameisMrG · 07/05/2019 19:44

Hope you’re ok @MrsH xx

Seahawk80 · 07/05/2019 20:11

@MrsH497 hope you're ok. I had spotting last time from 5-10 weeks on and off and all was fine. It's very stressful though. How long are you away for?

CatRash · 07/05/2019 20:26

Hope you're ok @MrsH497. I believe a little spotting in early pregnancy is completely normal. Fingers crossed for you.

@Avocuddles - probably too dilute wee - use FMU instead next time.

MrsH497 · 07/05/2019 20:39

@Seahawk80 2 weeks only got here yesterday. I guess travelling may not have helped of course. Thanks ladies x

DaisyMay25 · 07/05/2019 20:47

@MrsH497 spotting can be completely normal, apparently it's to do with your hormones. Hopefully it subsides soon. Enjoy your holiday!

Orangefish02 · 07/05/2019 21:11

I’ll join this if I may... have been trying to hold off joining as don’t quite believe it, but driving myself insane now. This Is my first time and honestly thought it would take ages to ttc I’m around 5 weeks (due approx 4-8 Jan). No real symptoms, quite tired and maybe my bra feels a a bit tighter/boobs slightly sensitive. Got my bfp on Friday and have now convinced myself that it can’t be real!! Anyone else get this?! Confused

mynameisMrG · 07/05/2019 21:14

Hi @orangefish! I get what you mean, i struggled to believe it until my clear blue monitor told me I was pregnant. Now I’m struggling to believe I’ll get to 12 weeks. Why do we do it to ourselves!

Orangefish02 · 07/05/2019 21:21

I know, so glad there are people on here we can talk to who are going through the same thing!

cookielove · 07/05/2019 22:01

mynameisMrG · 07/05/2019 22:14

Hi @cookielove here’s to sticky beans for all 😊

Avocuddles · 07/05/2019 22:24

Hi @cookielove and @Orangefish02 and welcome! As others have said fingers crossed for sticky beans, and healthy and happy pregnancies all round xx

leclarke91 · 08/05/2019 05:56

@MrsH497 I had the same thing 2 days ago. I'm 5+1 today. I have spoken to 3 different midwives who have assured me that cramping is likely due to movement. And as long as any bleeding/spotting does not become heavy and the cramping doesn't become severe, then there is nothing to worry about. I completely understand your worries though as I've also been going through the same thing. But I have decided I just have to trust in the opinion of 3 different midwives. I hope it settles for you! X

leclarke91 · 08/05/2019 06:02

@DaisyMay25 I've also been breaking out with spots! Do you know if there is anything we can do for the spots?

Duebabynumbertwo · 08/05/2019 06:28

One of the reasons I suspected I might be pregnant was because my back is spotty all of a sudden- I got that in my last pregnancy. I just keep putting sudocrem on them before bed which seems to dry them out a little.

Lawlor1994 · 08/05/2019 07:32

Morning ladies! I took two superdrug tests last week and couldn't decide if they were positive or evap lines but clear blue digital confirmed this morning estimated DD 11/1/2020. I don't really feel any different but this is my first pregnancy so I don't know if I should at this stage!
