Is anyone else due in Jan 2020? My dates are a bit iffy 🤣 but I’m either due 30/12 or 2/1. Baby number 4 ( I swear we were stopping at 1). 🤣

So...
Saw my GP today and she did have a provisional result (she said all that meant was it could change slightly up or down but not by much)
My hcg levels as of yesterday are 766!! She reckons that’s a bit low for 5 weeks today since LMP but having looked on certain sites that seems about right to me?
She wants me to do another blood test next weds and then go see her a week today!
So back to waiting... but at least step 1 is as promising as it can be I think. I’ve had no more bleeding, just sticky clear discharge and pain is much less than it was Tuesday night. My mum knows but doesn’t seem to particularly positive about the news- I think she knows how upset I was before and doesn’t want me to get my hopes up as it doesn’t answer the question of whether my levels are still rising or not.
Thinking of you all in this massively slow time period!

DaisyMay25 · 02/05/2019 12:51

@Bunnylover84 glad the bleeding has stopped! Your levels seem fine to me, well within range. I wonder why they're not doing your bloods tomorrow and leaving it a week? Try and take it easy it's so hard in these early days but the clear discharge subsided pain seems to be a good thing. Maybe it was just a little tear from the uterus stretching? I've got everything crossed for you!!

Bentley111 · 02/05/2019 12:52

@Victoriaaaaaaaa I have messaged you

Keeping everything crossed for you @Bunnylover84 x

Victoriaaaaaaaa · 02/05/2019 13:04

Everyone who's messaged I have added to the group!

CatRash · 02/05/2019 13:04

Thanks for setting up up a group @Victoriaaaaaaaa - I've messaged you!

Welcome to everyone new to the group and congratulations!

That's great news @Bunnylover84 - I have everything crossed for you. It's going to seem like the longest week of your life though - try and distract yourself as much as possible!

Bentley111 · 02/05/2019 13:15

Can't find it on my Facebook 🙈 where will it come up if I've been added?

SurvivingCBeebies · 02/05/2019 13:16

Click on the group name rather than the link, just worked for me..

Ducky881 · 02/05/2019 13:23

@mynameis Thanks! :) I'm hoping it's just stretching pains!

@DaisyMay25 Hi there! Mine was a frozen transfer :s Hopefully I'm worrying over nothing, I haven't really had one sided pain today but a fair amount yesterday. My hcg level at 14 days post transfer wasn't particularly high which made me a bit more nervous about it, but we'll see how it goes today!

Victoriaaaaaaaa · 02/05/2019 13:24

Everyone who I've added check your emails :)

Maybenextmonth · 02/05/2019 13:37

Thanks @Bayleyf that's reassuring.

@Victoriaaaaaaaa great idea about the Facebook group. I'd like to join but not just yet. I think I want to be a bit further along. Sounds silly but I'm nervous to get involved too much with things so early!

I'm seriously struggling with fatigue and breathlessness today. Work is hard!

How many weeks are you ladies with lots of bloating? I'm just over 4 weeks and think it might just be starting. But isn't too bad yet.

Victoriaaaaaaaa · 02/05/2019 13:40

@Maybenextmonth oh the bloating! I'm 4 weeks and already getting my maternity leggings on! It's unreal!

Picked up my 15 month old earlier and hurt my back so in pain now too

Missmonkeypenny · 02/05/2019 14:11

I have messaged with email Smile

I’ve got some awful bloating going on and I’m 4+1. Id forgotten how rubbish early pregnancy cramping is ( I have a DD 4) and with this being an IVF pregnancy, I’m constantly knicker checking!

Rastawife9 · 02/05/2019 14:14

@maybenextmonth im getting out of breath too. About 4 weeks along. Feel like all my trousers are tight. Had quite alot of gas toom sorry tmi

Victoriaaaaaaaa · 02/05/2019 14:22

@Missmonkeypenny all throughout my last pregnancy I hated going to the toilet I was always dreading when I wiped if I'd see anything

Missmonkeypenny · 02/05/2019 14:30

victoria it’s awful, isn’t it? I’m on progesterone pessaries til 12 weeks, 3 times a day and they, erm, leak Blush which make me worry it’s AF

Victoriaaaaaaaa · 02/05/2019 15:24

Don't forget if you want to join the Facebook group which is secret so that your friends can't see you're in it etc then message me the email address that's registered to your Facebook account! Smile

Rastawife9 · 02/05/2019 15:28

Hi victoria. I got your email. It took me to facebook but i cant see the group.ohhh technologyy

MrsM18 · 02/05/2019 15:32

@Victoriaaaaaaaa the link isn't working for me either 🙊 I don't know if it's me being a bit dim 🤣

Bunnylover84 · 02/05/2019 15:43

Thanks for reassuring me about levels @DaisyMay25. I think GP wanted to wait to do bloods as she said next day there wouldn’t be much of a change in levels so would rather wait and see if a week makes a big difference like it should. Glad you had a good app- it does make a difference when you see a lovely dr!
Thanks @Bentley111! Hope you are feeling better and less shaken up!
Thanks @Catrash I know it really will feel like the longest week. At least can have some time with the hubby over the bank holiday weekend and hopefully take my mind off things.
@maybenextmonth I’m the same- want to join the Facebook group but for my own sanity want to leave it a couple more weeks first. I am seriously bloated. 5 weeks today! TMI- really constipated too and going to the loo today has made me feel really sore. Horrible trapped wind at the moment. Hope you don’t get it too bad!
@victoriaaaaa I will wait a bit but then if all good id love to join. Thanks for setting up.

Victoriaaaaaaaa · 02/05/2019 15:50

@Rastawife9 @MrsM18

On the email click the title group name not the link Smile

Maybenextmonth · 02/05/2019 16:12

@Victoriaaaaaaaa I hope your back isn't too bad! blimey, the bloat gets bad quickly then. I'm 4+2 so I'm probably just getting to where you ladies are. I'm going on holiday next week so hopefully it doesn't kick in too bad while I'm away!

Haha @Rastawife9 me too. Some people get trapped wind but that's not my issue at the moment unfortunately!

@Bunnylover84 yeah I just think I can't get too tied up in it all at the moment. In a few weeks I will join also. Oh no, that sounds uncomfortable. I've never really had that problem before and unfortunately I have the opposite of trapped wind at the moment. Blush

Maybenextmonth · 02/05/2019 16:14

Are any of you ladies carrying on with any exercise you were doing prior to finding out you were pregnant?

I went for a short jog on Tuesday and am heading to Pilates tonight - although I won't be putting everything into it and will avoid some of the ab work!

I'm keen to try and stay in shape without doing anything to hurt the pregnancy!

Bayleyf · 02/05/2019 16:22

May I'm swimming, but doing half my usual lengths then being so tired I need to stop.

I keep reading that it's ok to keep up with your usual exercise, but there's no chance of me doing that - I'm knackered!

leclarke91 · 02/05/2019 16:23

@Victoriaaaaaaaa my email is [email protected]
Please could I be added to group? 😊

KellyA25 · 02/05/2019 16:54

I'd love to join the Facebook group, my email is [email protected] .. would you be able to add me in too please? Smile
