Hope no-one else has started a new thread, I couldn't find it if so.

Just wanted to send hugs of support to Holly. I hope it all goes well.

Will check in tomorrow if I can to update.

Good luck!

hi JBM - you never heard of a plook? it's a big ugly spot!!!
Nandos???? is that a fancy eating place or a nightclub?

justbeme · 23/06/2007 19:10

NEVER heard of a plook - where are u from again? (im down south)
Nandos is basically chicken and chips - so no not fancy - I do remember someone saying they had some spicy sauce there and went into labour though!!

derlor · 23/06/2007 19:13

oh i'm in central Scotland so could teach you a few new words
do you know what a skelf is?????
where is Daisy when you need her she would know some good East coast works.
we don't have Nandos here.

sorry, had to dash off...just realised that poor DS hadn't had any tea ....i'm so forgetful since BabyBoo was born....turned the oven off earlier and left the grill on instead.....mmm uncooked chicken and the smoke alarm going off....

Foxy.....if its gonna happen, it's gonna happen no use trying to deny it. they don't work to a timetable after all.

Derlor...I feel great today....boo slept for 7 hours last nihgt . Cant imagine we'll have the same tonight, as she's been her usual self today...no feeding frenzy as yet!

She really respnds to Cameron as well, wheras DH and I just get looks of feigned indifference, her eyes light up whenever she sees him. Likee Abbie Derlor she's awake for a while before or after she feeds now. I don't remeber DS being this alert at (nearly) three weeks, although he did do his first smile (well grin actually) at about 5 weeks.

Met a lovely lad from Bearsden Glasgow when I was young

Hows your little one - I love the photo by the way.

daisyboo · 23/06/2007 19:16

baffies for slippers
piece for sandwich

derlor · 23/06/2007 19:17

Daisy your tea sounds delicious!!!!!!!!!!

daisyboo · 23/06/2007 19:17

Slight regional difference here Derlor....we say skelb as opposed to skelf!

unfortunately mum is only here for a couple of days....she needs to be back for a hospital appointment on wednesday. I wanted her to stay longer as it's a bit of a journey, but she can't get the appointment changed.
