Hope no-one else has started a new thread, I couldn't find it if so.

Just wanted to send hugs of support to Holly. I hope it all goes well.

Will check in tomorrow if I can to update.

Good luck!

Thats ok, I think we all get abit self absorbed when its this late in the day.
I know that every twinge gets analysed by me!!
I started reading a book 2 days ago for the 1st time in about a year and Im really enjoying it - could you do something like that to make your mind concentrate on something??

foxybrown · 04/07/2007 18:03

good thinking - I bought a couple the other day.

Are you getting many twinges? I'm getting pains in my fanjo from sitting on my bloody ball!

justbeme · 04/07/2007 18:06

Im not getting much to write home about - quite alot of tightenings though
I keep nearly falling off my ball - its a bloody health hazzard!!

Diplidophus · 04/07/2007 18:33

Hi there everyone!

Here's wising you lots of big contractions vibes!

My little boy hatched on Friday. I have posted the full story under birth announcments.

He's beautiful!

justbeme · 04/07/2007 18:34

Wow - you kept that quiet!!! Im off to read your other thread!! Well done you!

Diplidophus · 04/07/2007 18:37

First time back on the computer - it hurts too much to sit down!

daisyandbabybootoo · 04/07/2007 19:20

lol dipi.....big congratulations to you....see you post-natal

trendaverter · 04/07/2007 19:50

JBM I still check my phone!
Sending you girls labour vibes - but I really do know how frustrating it is to go over, and also what it's like to have days of twinges

(on the other hand, make the most of the peace, I am exhausted!)

trendaverter · 04/07/2007 19:50

Congrats Dipi!

Seansgirl · 04/07/2007 20:43

I texted Annobal earlier and haven't heard anything back yet will let you know when i hear.

WELL DONE DIPI!!!!!! [GRIN] welcome to tje world to your LO!!!!

foxybrown · 05/07/2007 09:45

Oooh, how exciting! Annobal made it to her due date - hope she's off cuddling her newborn.

Perhaps going to the gym pays off after all!

Who's left then? Justbeme and me? Anymore?

justbeme · 05/07/2007 10:19

Possibly just us Foxy!!
Am off to walk the dog (again) - these mornings keep whizzing by - cant believe we're 6 days over!!

Oh the joys - Tesco later and then a friend for a cuppa.

At least the sun is shining for the minute anyhow!!

ps - shall we do a sycronised birth? (sp)

daisyandbabybootoo · 05/07/2007 10:28

i keep asking this and no-one answers...what about catsuitgirl?

foxybrown · 05/07/2007 10:55

not a word, daisy - she's gone very quiet for a very long time. Hope she is OK

I think we should have a synchronised birth - but I'm not competitive so no racing!!

daisyandbabybootoo · 05/07/2007 10:57

did she have a text buddy?

sputnik · 05/07/2007 12:07

I had a text from mytwocents the other day, still no baby but she moved house, but no computer yet. She might be induced at the weekend but wasn't sure whether to do it or not. She misses you all and sends all the best, I'll keep you posted as soon as she sends any news.

foxybrown · 05/07/2007 13:06

that's good news - am glad she got the housemove done. Bet baby is just waiting for her to get settled now

annobal · 05/07/2007 14:14

Hi everybody, sorry for radio silence for so long. I hope you are all enjoying your LOs - either inside or out.

Still no movement here - am like you Foxy, I keep getting contractions and then they fizzle out. With me it is mainly in the evening then I go to bed and it all stops. Feeling strangely calm and zen like about the whole thing though. I can't quite believe I made it past my due date!!! I quite fancy the birthday of 07/07/07 - wouldn't forget that in a hurry.

foxybrown · 05/07/2007 14:47

Hi Annobal! Well done on getting to (and past) your due date. Good to hear you are coping well. Now when will you stop going to the gym then?!

foxybrown · 05/07/2007 14:51

my mum has decided she and my sister are coming on Sunday. Regardless of whether the baby is here, or whether we want her to! Sis has booked holiday time and thats that. Good to know they are thinking about me and DP then.

Thank god she's not staying here, but I could really do without them being around - its just more pressure.

Its not like they'll fucking help or anything.

Oh I'm pissed off.

bumperlicious · 05/07/2007 16:06

daisy, i have catsuitgirls email. will email her when i get a chance.

bumperlicious · 05/07/2007 16:07

bloody families foxy! can you just lock the doors and pretend that you are out?!

foxybrown · 05/07/2007 16:15

or have the baby and pretend I haven't so they bugger off shopping?

Now if my mum was one of those who would cook our tea, change the beds and put a load of washing on I'd be happy. But she isn't.

And she won't take the others out because she thinks there are too many. And she doesn't respect my views. oh I just don't like her very much TBH.

God, that's really bad isn't it.

daisyandbabybootoo · 05/07/2007 17:34

before you hit me for what I said on the other thread foxy...

.....my mil always used to say to DH "I'll always love you, but I might not like you sometimes" sounds like its true of all child/parent relationships!

PS, i was joking about the pies!!

foxybrown · 05/07/2007 17:40

haven't seen the other thread yet Daisy ... quick, duck! !!!!
