Just because I think we’re getting close to filling the first one. Pull up a pew, bring your decaf tea and all of the carbs!

Oh no not you guys too ReginaPhalange89 ! DS has all his teeth now bar the very back molars. Could be those coming in I guess but he hasn't ever really suffered too much with teething

toots123 · 18/11/2018 06:55

Still catching up! You'll all know each other well come 12 weeks and I'll be a newbie again Sad so hard to keep up on my phone.
Sorry @betty68 this is awful. Take care of yourself.

Glad some scans have been going well!
I'm 6+2 and have no symptoms. Trying not to worry. I felt sick yesterday and was very excited but it's gone now. Booking in tomorrow, first time I'll see my midwife since our little girl was stillborn so I'm happy I'll have the same on.

KinCat · 18/11/2018 07:10

Is anyone else doing bump progression photos? We did our first one today for 5 weeks! Seems a bit early to start cause I probably won't show for ages but thought it might be nice to have a record.

My boobs are very sore now. Woke up in the middle of the night feeling like someone was running a razor blade over my nipples.

Frash · 18/11/2018 09:22

Hi, can I be added to this group too please? Smile

This is my first pregnancy after going through a long time trying and success after taking Clomid. Very happy but also a bit worried about MC, counting down to 12 weeks.

Currently 7weeks +4 and due on the 3rd July

Congrats to everyone on here!

Frash · 18/11/2018 09:26

@kincat I'll be starting progression pics at 9 weeks. I've took a couple over the past few weeks but no changes yet so waiting till 9 weeks when I have my first midwife appointment and a private early scan - there's a chance there could be two hiding out in there!

Sore boobs here too, has to buy myself a sleep bra, too sore otherwise! Also pretty nauseous too, seem to be losing weight not gaining it at the moment!

StargazyDrifter · 18/11/2018 09:43

Morning!

Woke up before my alarm too, and I really am a big sleeper. Though not as early as TwittleBee and HchyScott. I do feel for you both, hopefully you might be able to snatch a nap later on.

On bump progression photos... I had an app that purported to help with this but found it really complicated to operate so have just been doing them on my phone. One front-ways and one side-ways. Though both fully clothed. Have been aiming for roughly once a week, done two so far, maybe another today. I'm 6+6. My ambition is also to take a photo out of the window alongside each bump shop - we're lucky that the bedroom window has a pretty view and a big tree that really shows the seasons. Of course none of this may last the course!

Have others done this? What works?

Off to see friends today. Trains make me 🤢.

cathyj87 · 18/11/2018 09:45

@kincat yes I've taken 1 a week since my BFP, my stomach isn't as flat but that's more likely to be due to the sheer mass of bread and cheese I've eaten!

HSapr · 18/11/2018 12:19

Hey all, I've not posted in a while and it's bad news unfortunately, confirmed with a negative pregnancy test at the hospital this morning. It was a very early loss so physically I am doing okay and we're just getting our heads around it but I'm doing okay. I wish you all the happiest and healthiest months ahead and hopefully I can pop back in with some good news for you in a few months. Thanks for all your support xx

KinCat · 18/11/2018 12:36

HSapr so sorry to hear that, glad you're doing ok and good luck for the road ahead.

StargazyDrifter DH took the photo for me, we're aiming for every Sunday. Love the idea of recording the changing seasons too! Could you take the pic outside? That's what we're doing but live near the equator so no seasons here...

Frash might look into a sleep bra.

Do breasts get less tender after the first trimester or is that here to stay now?

Delilah7 · 18/11/2018 12:37

@HSapr sorry to hear that. Mine was last time too but doesn't make it any easier. Look after yourself xxx

Kimjeshe1983 · 18/11/2018 12:41

Hi would it be ok to join, I am 6 weeks today, I have 2 dds and had a miscarriage in May at 8weeks 5days. I am so excited for our new baby but also terrified something is going to go wrong.

MrsC87 · 18/11/2018 12:53

So sorry to hear that @HSapr take care of yourself and good luck for your future journey 😘 x

HchyScott · 18/11/2018 14:06

@HSapr so sorry to hear your news, take care of yourself and good luck for the future xxx

TwittleBee · 18/11/2018 14:48

Oh HSapr I am so sorry. Really wishing you the best Flowers xx

Twistering · 18/11/2018 14:58

Just felt wet out of nowhere and is bright red blood. Lying down but don’t really know what to do/think. No pain. This can’t happen for a forth time?!!

TwittleBee · 18/11/2018 15:09

Oh Twistering that's not fair at all Sad do you have a walk in unit or midwife unit you can call?

Twistering · 18/11/2018 15:15

I haven’t registered with midwife yet, ironically for fear of jinxing but could call EPU I suppose. Guess it’s just another shit ‘wait and see’, really hoping has stopped.

Sorry, I don’t want to scare/stress people out so prob best I don’t share here (unless people have positive stories of early bleeds)

Kentishgal · 18/11/2018 15:28

Twistering I feel for you and hope it isn't bad news.I had a friend who had an early bleed (enough to go to a and e) and she had healthy baby boy (overdue). Fingers crossed for you. Can you go get checked out in the meantime?

ratherbeshowjumping · 18/11/2018 15:33

@HSapr I'm so sorry to hear your news. Thinking of you.

@StargazyDrifter keen to do this as well. I have "bumpies" which allows you to collate but haven't found another app yet. I'll be 8 weeks on fri so need to get a move on and look for one!

MyloC · 18/11/2018 15:35

Sorry to hear this @twistering must be very scary for you. Hope everything works out okay.

TwittleBee · 18/11/2018 15:52

Actually quite a few of us on here have had early bleeds Twistering ! Me included. I had a scan to check on it and I was told it's just implantation bleeding, apparently it's common even up to 7 weeks!

Brainfried1986 · 18/11/2018 16:14

I did bump pics using the Baby centre app last time & planning to start around 8/9 weeks this time, probably after my early scan (11 days to go...)

Twistering · 18/11/2018 16:34

Thanks all. @TwittleBee - sorry to ask but how much blood was there?

5fivestar · 18/11/2018 17:00

@TwittleBee with my son now age 8 I got almost period levels of bloody every month for the first 5 months, ambulances out New Year’s Day all sorts and he ended up an 8lb bruiser. Hang in there, it’s still every chance of being ok

TwittleBee · 18/11/2018 17:28

Twistering it did require a sanitary towel and was bright red too so freaked me out. Went into spotting next day and day after and then that was it. Really hope that's all it is. Any luck with the EPU?
