Just because I think we’re getting close to filling the first one. Pull up a pew, bring your decaf tea and all of the carbs!

I've already told my sister! But no-one else. I'll tell my parents at 10 weeks which is when I'll next see them. I could tell them over the phone but would love to do it in person! Going to try and book a scan for just before to check everything is ok (I'm not in the UK so it's quite easy and cheap here).

cathyj87 bouldering might still be ok for a while? If you fell it would probably be on your ass! Although (for me) a lot of bouldering is mental/confidence and I think my confidence would be way down as I'd be too worried about falling. I was really worried to have sex with DH but it seemed fine, no bleeding.

Onestep2 · 11/11/2018 14:30

@KinCat I was apprehensive about having sex as well to be honest. But after we done it the first time after finding out I felt fine. Our sex life has pretty much got back to normal much to DHs delight and mine😊

Laburna · 11/11/2018 14:30

Didn't think I was that tired, but me, DS and the dog all had a two hour nap! I've woken up feeling a bit more human and not sick which is nice, but the left boob is having an ache today.

Have got to do a bit of a house clean today as my mam is coming Tuesday to babysit DS for a few hours and the house is disgusting - mainly because I've been snoozing on the sofa every moment I get!

cathyj87 · 11/11/2018 14:42

@Kincat I was thinking of just sticking to the easier routes as your right, I find so much of bouldering is a mental thing!

We haven't actually DTD since we found out! Not on purpose or out of worry, just that I've been so knackered! Did promise this weekend though lol

toots123 · 11/11/2018 15:07

Checking in! Hope everyone is well.

Has anyone set up a facebook group? I'm awful at keeping up on here x

TwittleBee · 11/11/2018 15:32

So many messages to catch up on! I'll attempt to fully read through later when DS is down.

toots123 I think we did discuss early on about FB group and said maybe wait till Jan as that's when we should all have had our 12 week scan?

cathyj87 similar here! Done it once in the morning but been too tired other than that! So so so so tired always now

TwittleBee · 11/11/2018 15:33

Also keep seeing twins everywhere! Freaking out in case it's a sign haha. Scan on Tuesday though so only 2 days before I get to see little baba (or two lol)

babyHP · 11/11/2018 15:48

@TwittleBee oooh good luck on Tuesday!!

I have 21 days to go till my first early scan! I should be 8 weeks, according to my app. But working things out, I suspect Ill be more towards 7 weeks! How many weeks will you be on Tuesday?

@MrsC87 I am all good lovely, sore boobies and on/off "dizziness" but apart from the discomfort, trying to take it as a positive!! How are you feeling?

edidxb · 11/11/2018 16:11

Happy Sunday all.
Glad you are feeling a bit better @Frazzlerock. I feel a bit better today too. @Delilah7 - the same thing happened to me yesterday where I wasn't as far on as I thought and I worried for hours until my husband snapped me out of it and from help on here too :-)

@Laburna - glad you are feeling less sicky today. 2 hour nap sounds wonderful! I feel really tired today but physically tired rather than sleepy tired. Like I literally can't move a muscle.

@Twittlebee - yes we decided a FB group later on.

Non pregnancy wise, we have RAIN here tonight in Dubai and I can here it on the window. It is the nicest thing I have heard in ages and so calming and relaxing! I have just been videoing it! We only get rain about 4 times a year so I am so happy! In my jogging bottoms on the sofa, dark outside, rain - it's like I am back in Edinburgh!

ohmybaby · 11/11/2018 16:17

Anyone around 6 weeks or been through this before and came to a point where your boobs are less sore? Mine have been pretty excruciating for the last 2 weeks but today less so.... makes me nervous!

TwittleBee · 11/11/2018 16:27

babyHP I should be 5+4 according to LMP etc and yes boobs did end up hurting a lot less. Can't remember when but think it was before 12 week scan actually!

amanda2809 · 11/11/2018 16:49

There is a FB group if you search 'July 2019 Babies - UK and IE' :)

Frazzlerock · 11/11/2018 17:01

Afternoon all.

Well I've been mostly dozing on the sofa all day and being waited on by DP who is terrified if I move so I'm going with it and sitting back. He's currently cleaning the bedrooms 😂
The DC are on their way home from their father's house and then DP is cooking us dinner. I could get very used to this!

I listened to a pregnancy meditation app (Expectful) earlier but fell asleep!

@TwittleBee Oh sooo exciting! Only two more days... how many weeks will you be?

@ohmybaby My boob discomfort comes and goes. Friday it was worse, this weekend not so much. I wouldn't worry, hormones fluctuate all the time

@edidxb I'm glad you're feeling a bit better

TwittleBee · 11/11/2018 17:29

Frazzlerock 5+4 So not expecting to see heartbeat but be lovely to ensure baby is in right place and all looks good after the car crash.

Certainly take advantage of it Frazzlerock sounds like you could do with the relaxing too anyway!

SnailorSwift · 11/11/2018 17:40

@amanda2809 is it a closed group or just a page?

Frazzlerock · 11/11/2018 17:40

@TwittleBee I wish I had been as realistic as you when I went!
It'll be a great reassurance for you. How are you since the crash?

Btw, this is a really interesting article for all those getting early scans

babyHP · 11/11/2018 17:46

Ladies - watery discharge, clear - normal? Thought I had wet myself 😂

amanda2809 · 11/11/2018 17:54

@SnailorSwift it's a closed group. X

Laburna · 11/11/2018 17:55

It's a closed group @snailorswift

SnailorSwift · 11/11/2018 18:07

Ok I can't find it. Will take another look!

thedust · 11/11/2018 18:11

Just had my first positive test result today! I first suspected something was off when my period didn't arrive but I have PCOS and my cycles can vary from 28 days to 44 days. Then I started to feel quite nauseous and I had none of my usual pre-period spotting and acne outbreak. I told husband this week my suspicions but we didn't want to get our hopes up too much as it was only our 2nd month of trying. But lo and behold, the test was positive! EDD is 9th July which is actually my birthday so that will be funny. Going to phone the Drs tomorrow to make an appointment.

TwinkleDay · 11/11/2018 18:50

@thedust hello and welcome congratulations me and OH were actually trying to carry on the tradition on consecutive birthdays as mine is at start of june 4th and mums 3rd and what would of been grandads 2nd I’m due 27th june ish so who knows maybe miracles will happen.

By the way whoever had a home made lasagne last night I copied tonight and Made one it was lush ! Thankyou!

TwittleBee · 11/11/2018 19:46

Frazzlerock thank you for that article, interesting read! I am worrying about reading that 50% of women who have early bleeding in pregnancy end up miscarrying though but then was interesting reading how that it drops to 5% if early scan can detect everything.

I'm good after the crash, sore and anxious but surprisingly okay. DH has been amazing though with helping out now it's triggered my sciatica. The Insurance Lawyers reckon I should get a decent pay out too so guess that would help us out.

babyHP yup I've been getting loads too! I keep stressing thinking it's AF showing up!

Oh lovely news thedust ! Welcome!

Onestep2 · 11/11/2018 19:47

@twinkleday haha it was me! Can't beat a home made lasagne 😊😊
