Been for a walk, cooked and ate dinner, pains are still coming

annobal · 15/06/2007 18:47

Pheonix, thanks for letting us know. I hope everything is okay - please pass my best wishes to her xx

TB - I managed to get away with only ever going once to one in Deniliquin ('outback' Australia) where a friend of mine was working as an OT - it was an experience to say the least...

T&G are now eating eggs and beans on the living room floor while watching Wonder Pets . Oh dear, George has just sneezed with a full mouth...

annobal · 15/06/2007 18:48

Foxy! ENJOY!!!

annobal · 15/06/2007 18:50

TA - fantastic news - sending you lots of pain-free dilating vibes...

pinguthepenguin · 15/06/2007 18:51

I've got everything but my legs crossed for you TA!!

foxybrown · 15/06/2007 18:53

keep them coming TA!

how far apart now?

trendaverter · 15/06/2007 18:57

hahaha thanks for all the support

Still every 6 minutes ish...but still better than them disappearing like yesterday!

foxybrown · 15/06/2007 19:02

Derlor's PC has decided to stop working so she's off-line . I've promised to keep her updated by text of any developments!

She's having a shit day, teary and finding bf'ing hard going. Just when she could do with a bit of MN support too .

trendaverter · 15/06/2007 19:05

Poor Derlor
Hope she is ok and her DP is being supportive xx

annobal · 15/06/2007 19:14

Poor Derlor Hope she gets a reasonable night's sleep and feels better tomorrow.

Can anyone tell me the best position to bounce on the birthing ball?

daisyboo · 15/06/2007 19:15

Send Derlor our love......and I hope the BF gets better soon!

Pheonix, thanks for letting us know about Chloe......tell Trace I'm thinking about them both

TA....c'mon........get jigging on that ball!

Tallulah.....I hope you can do something between now and sunday to get your LO to turn. From what I understand if bub is OP and your waters have broken it can be more difficult for them to turn, but I'm sure there are things that can be done. Maybe one of the doulas would have some advice for you?

Gave baby em some infacol earlier as she's had a bit of a problem with wind....oooh her poor little face screwed up something horrible...she did not like it at all. It did help though, so hopefully she'll get used to it.

riabutterflew · 15/06/2007 19:21

Send derlor our best if you text her foxy. It's crap when it's like that, and it all seems to come at once too.
Suppose we'll all find out soon enough.

Am going to bath DS2. Feel like a big fat bursting thing.

TALLULAHBELLE · 15/06/2007 20:01

Best wishes to Derlor & Trace.

daisyboo · 15/06/2007 20:05

TB...have you seen this thread? ...look at the entry at 16:47 earlier today!!

TALLULAHBELLE · 15/06/2007 20:10

Well I never!!!!!!

She can take it up with my mother - TallulahBelle was her nickname for me since I was a child.

riabutterflew · 15/06/2007 20:13

Have just looked at that thread. FFS.

foxybrown · 15/06/2007 20:14

Oh that's just annoying! Its one of those 'oldies' vs 'newbies' things. How on earth are you meant to check? Then what, put it to the board to see if you get approval?

daisyboo · 15/06/2007 20:15

maybe you should tell ther that!

I must admit, there are too many daisy variants around and since i've been using daisyboo i've noticed there's a daisymoo....so think i might change my name to something else completely.....i'm trying out a few ideas, but any suggestions would be more than welcome

riabutterflew · 15/06/2007 20:16

I could have sworn my waters just broke. I have been feeling "phantom" trickles down my leg for a few days but that actually felt like something came out when I stood up. And ... NOTHING, not even an escaped wee!

Sorry if TMI.

Think this is messing with my mind now.

TALLULAHBELLE · 15/06/2007 20:17

Not worth it. Lucky her if that's all she's got to worry about this evening. My mind much more on impending induction

hollyandalice · 15/06/2007 20:19

Evening all!

Sorry to hear derlor's having a tough time, poor love xxx

Hope trace and chloe are ok.

TA are you still contracting? Hope it's going well.

Foxy hope you are having a lovely time! Are you bored yet ?!

Have been to sainsburys and bought some goodies! 4 bottles of ribena! Hooray! Donuts and chocolate as well! If this baby doesn't come soon at least I'll have snacks to keep me happy!

hollyandalice · 15/06/2007 20:20

I need a new name too, but I don't know what. I have twunt, but I don't think that'd go down too well!
