Yep, the egg was my lunch, so not that bad! Oh and if I put perfume on dp will know I've made an effort and he'll take the piss! I hope he gets home before his friend gets here!

Has the mudslide game escalated out of control?

foxybrown · 12/06/2007 17:14

hmm, DS2 last seen rubbing mud into his buttocks . my fault - dropped him on his head when he was a baby

foxybrown · 12/06/2007 17:15

dinner is on the table. bath is run.

somehow I have to stop it ... perhaps I'll just pick them up and dunk them in the paddling pool before letting them in. Or they can eat dinner outside.

or I could just stay on here and wait for it to get dark...

hollyandalice · 12/06/2007 17:18

Maybe they could have a fun picnic in the garden and a fun hose bath!

where are all the babies????

and where is natty?? i've sent her a couple of text messages, and no reply. hope everything is all right with her and baby and/or house move! she hasn't updated her blog since just before ellen was born either and i'm starting to worry about her.

having a gooey smelly cheese feast for tea tonight (unpasteurised brie, blue d'auvergne, manchego, goats milk)....washed down with a couple of large glasses of red wine then its straight to bed after gordon ramsay...small pooey baby allowing of course!

TALLULAHBELLE · 12/06/2007 17:42

So Daisy. Can't wait til can scoff some Brie again.

daisyboo · 12/06/2007 17:43

my friend brought me some brie into the hospital...she thought i'd appreciate it more than flowers, and it was delicious!

TALLULAHBELLE · 12/06/2007 17:43

MMM and some really goaty feta - yum.

daisyboo · 12/06/2007 17:44

i ate a whole buffalo mozarella for my morning snack as well...it was gorgeous!

TALLULAHBELLE · 12/06/2007 17:45

Yeah what can you do with a bunch of flowers? Hope someone brings me a runny fried egg piece.

daisyboo · 12/06/2007 17:50

yumm....especially nice on toasted bread with salad cream dripping all over it...or am I just too weird?

BadZelda · 12/06/2007 17:50

Hey everyone - thanks for all the messages of support. I have put up a wee piccie of the lovely Matilda. She's been a star today - straight onto the breast for a good feed, and now she's asleep. Mum has seen the error of her ways and is coming over to see us tomorrow, so all is good in Brixton ;)

daisyboo · 12/06/2007 17:50

LOL...getting hungry now....off to fry an egg!

daisyboo · 12/06/2007 17:52

Bless BZ, she's gorgeous, and looking quite like her big sis too!!

How is big sis? liking the LO or not quite sure yet?

TALLULAHBELLE · 12/06/2007 17:52

No salad cream on mine please - that is pretty gross!

daisyboo · 12/06/2007 17:57

Don't knock it till you've tried it tallulah...you'd be surprised at how yummy it is!

LOL at "piece" though, I haven't heard that for ages. I get enough funny looks for what DH calls my "scottishisms" without calling a sarnie a piece!

TALLULAHBELLE · 12/06/2007 18:02

Well if u told me it'd bring on labour i would be eating them by the dozen. Won't your DC's get a playpiece then?

trendaverter · 12/06/2007 18:33

Have I been really naughty, I never stopped eating brie or runny eggs or anything

You guys got me though, after remaining strong for so long and went to the shops and bought all the ingredients to make tiffin.
But I also bought lots of fruit to balance it out so I didn't feel so guilty!

hollyandalice · 12/06/2007 18:46

Neither have I TA! I have fried egg sandwiches all the time and brie on toast! Yum!

BZ she's lovely, she looks all delicious and new! I feel all gooey now! I want one NOW!!!

annobal · 12/06/2007 19:02

BZ - she is gorgeous - well done!!

Hope everyone has had a good day. I've had a really busy one that consisted of seeing midwife (still measuring small - at 32 weeks when should be 37 but not too worried), homeopath, school run and supper at a friend's and picked DH up on way home. Oh and I also made some pasta sauce and chocolate muffins in-between (and had an arguement with the managing agent of the house we live in but that is a whole different thread). Anyone for chocolate cake??

foxybrown · 12/06/2007 19:06

BZ - I can't believe you had a baby THIS MORNING and have posted pictures already! She is just lovely. Gosh, less than 12 hours old. I think you are amazing! How is Ella today? Are you OK? WOW!!!! xxx

annobal · 12/06/2007 19:07

LOL re forbidden food - it tastes so much nicer when you're not meant to eat it - I've been eating prawns and mussels pretty much the whole way through

foxybrown · 12/06/2007 19:11

I'll have some of your chocolate cake please!

I haven't given up anything, ate lots of stinky cheese and runny eggs too!

I'm a bit worried about Natty. She's not one for not communicating. Perhaps she's not got her pc set up yet, what with housemove, small child, newborn, DP with no paternity leave. Surprised she's not returned your texts though Daisy.

annobal · 12/06/2007 19:18

Haven't heard anything from SFL either - she was being induced today. Have you tried Natty's blog?

foxybrown · 12/06/2007 19:23

Daisy said its not been updated yet.

Hope SFL is doing OK!

Like the ice cream, nice touch.
