Let's stick with this one, we can always recycle the other one later

hollyandalice · 08/06/2007 09:28

That's sort of good news trace. At least you know you will be meeting your lo next week! Hope you go on your own over the weekend!

I'm here!

I'm 37 weeks today YIPPEEE! Get my home birth! MW doing a house call this morning to bring the pack round. Am very excited, and baby has dropped too - I can breath again.

Been up all night with DS2, poor mite has had a huge fever all night and has been up at least every 2 hours, and continually since 4am. He's in my bed now watching CBeebies, and his sister is copying him (which I am not complaining about, as it is very peaceful here at the moment!)

TALLULAHBELLE · 08/06/2007 09:29

Must be this one

Congratulations Derlor . Sounds like a dream labour - if there is such a thing - you deserve it after this last week.

foxybrown · 08/06/2007 09:29

That is good news Trace. Fingers crossed it works on Monday Are you excited?

sputnik · 08/06/2007 09:29

hollyandalice · 08/06/2007 09:31

Hooray foxy! !!
Don't look in the pack too closely, it'll only frighten you!

I am so pleased for derlor! Why does everyone keep having 7lbers? There is no way my baby is under 9lb!!

foxybrown · 08/06/2007 09:33

The titles a good one - is it just me who thinks its gross? Love it!

trace2 · 08/06/2007 09:33

sputnik · 08/06/2007 09:33

At least you have light at the end of the tunnel Trace

bumperlicious · 08/06/2007 09:35

Morning all - exciting news about derlor - big congratulations!

Got a text from daisy today, Emily is doing really well, sleeping 4-5 hours between feeds and hopefully they are back home today.

Feel a bit sick this morning. Not sure why. Hope everyone else is ok.

Trace, at least you have a plan for next week which is good news.

trace2 · 08/06/2007 09:36

i know am going to get everything ready befor i go in and its my ds 5th birthday on 18th hes having a big party so i have to make sure i have there to do it for me if am still in hospital.

hollyandalice · 08/06/2007 09:36

Yes, a gross title, but we can say the smoothie contains RLT and pineapples! Only we really know the contents! Is your ds feeling better foxy!

I have not been told the baby is going to be big, but my bump is pretty large. I am also tall with big feet and it's my 2nd and it's a boy. My dd was 8lb 11oz, so I'm sure this one can't be under 9lb! I bet I have the biggest baby!

OP posts:
trace2 · 08/06/2007 09:41

well my first was bigest 8lb 8oz, then my second and third was both 6lb 11oz, i was massive with both of them, mosley water! this time i have no water a very little bump ( folk only just saying oh you pg) they shocked when i tell them am due anyday) so carnt wait to see what she weighs.

hollyandalice · 08/06/2007 09:49

That's reassuring trace, thanks! I am just terrified of having stitches again!

OP posts:
trace2 · 08/06/2007 09:53

yes i was too after dd was born i had 102 in and out, but with ds1 only had 1 was great but dont forget you now been sreched so should be easier

westcoaster · 08/06/2007 09:58

Derlor - brill news & welcome to Abbie. Can I have one like that please?!

Still no twinges/shows or anything for yours truly. Seem to get more depressed by the day, rather than excited. Is that normal for a 2nd? Just want my baby out!

hollyandalice · 08/06/2007 09:59

Ouch trace! That's a lot of stitches! You poor thing!

KDRacey · 08/06/2007 10:00

Miss a couple of days on here and 2 babies arrive! Big congrats to Brownsuga and Delor .

Happy 37 weeks foxy. I'm 38 weeks tomorrow and not a twinge in sight. I daren't get on my hands and knees to do anything - I'll never get up again .
