Are your children’s vaccines up to date?
justbeme · 12/06/2007 13:16

Yes see how it goes...... Nothing here .
My DP NEVER uses his mobile - but he's now under strict instructions to keep it with him charged up. I sent him a text earlier "testing testing 123!" and after about 1 hour (mmm) i got a reply!! So lets hope my labour isnt like Derlors (it was Derlor wasnt it?? PG brain!)

TALLULAHBELLE · 12/06/2007 13:16

Don't contractions get stronger when you walk around? Sure that's the diff bw real ones and BH's.

justbeme · 12/06/2007 13:18

Yes I think your right Talluabelle.....

trendaverter · 12/06/2007 13:18

It's been engaged for about 5-6 weeks now, varies between 5/5 - 3/5 apparently, I am just wondering if maybe I am becoming dilated or something but no contractions as such.

I think really the best thing is just to see my MW tomorrow as I have an appointment and have an exam & sweep, hopefully she can tell me the score.

It will be my first internal, lol I wonder what they'll find!

But I thought I'd ask, I wondered if anyone else had similar aches and pains and if it was normal.

trendaverter · 12/06/2007 13:21

well tallulah I am going to hoover, if you are right about the activity then I should know one way or another!!

I am hoping it was dh's intervention last night, I persuaded him to do some jiggy jiggy, I said he got the bloody thing in there he can help me get it out

TALLULAHBELLE · 12/06/2007 13:22

Does sound like things are kicking off for you now - ooohhh how exciting. Guess m/w will be able to tell you tomorrow - if you last that long!!!!

trendaverter · 12/06/2007 13:24

Do you know what, if it starts kicking off for me today I swear I am going to go around, hunt you all down and kiss you all on the cheeks I am so sick of being PG!!

I hope you are right but the pessimist in me is saying 'nahhh you'll be induced sunday'!

bumperlicious · 12/06/2007 13:45

TA, really feeling for you at the moment. I just checked the stats thread and your are way over your date aren't you? Get your DH to try derlors reflexology spot!

trendaverter · 12/06/2007 13:47

Yeah I am 41+2. The novelty has definately worn off now!

But in heaps of pain today, I am desperately hoping something comes of it.

I think I will have a snickers ice cream to cheer myself up. Oh, and calcium of course

foxybrown · 12/06/2007 13:54

Ooh, I forgot I have a freezer load of Snickers Ice creams! yipppeee

I have incredibly itchy nipples today. Do you think thats a sign??

trendaverter · 12/06/2007 13:55

A sign that maybe you are allergic to the washing powder in your bra maybe

Ahhh snickers, that is soooo much better.

foxybrown · 12/06/2007 14:04

I wondered that but they were really itchy in the shower this morning too. TMI? sorry!

Am going to sneak off for a Snickers ... shh, don't tell the children.

trendaverter · 12/06/2007 14:28

Where's H&A today?

foxybrown · 12/06/2007 14:34

Why aren't Snickers Ice creams as satisfying as Snickers bars? I'm having to eat them two at a time.

I've still got another 2.5 weeks until I hit 40 so shouldn't expect anything yet. Plus it'd be rather inconvenient for it to happen now. I'm not even suffering from being pg. Guess I'm just impatient. Suppose I've had so many I'm just expecting it to happen early. God, I could still be pg for another month!

Better leave my nips alone.

foxybrown · 12/06/2007 14:35

I was wondering the same, but I am fairly confident she'd be in touch somehow if anything was happening. Am guessing she's wallpapering and being a super-mom.

trendaverter · 12/06/2007 14:36

Foxy it could happen for you any time now!!

Hey, tweak away if you want to.

I think the ice creams are satisfying... I prefer them to the normal bars actually. Now Maltesers on the other hand, I could devour a bag right now.

foxybrown · 12/06/2007 14:44

DP has a big work project coming up, and needs to do it, so this baby either needs to come now or in 3 weeks time. Otherwise I'll never get the others to school on time, which is the thing I am most worried about oddly.

I am feeling a bit sad that I'm never, ever going to be pg again. (We are fairly irresponsible, but that would be stupid!).

TALLULAHBELLE · 12/06/2007 14:45

Think will go for long walk - gotta keep moving. T/A feel free to have your baby whilst I'm gone.

foxybrown · 12/06/2007 14:46

Anything happening Tallulahbelle?

bumperlicious · 12/06/2007 14:52

yummy yummy yummy I've got malteser tiffin in my tummy...la la la la la la la la laa>>

Guess what I've been doing?!

trendaverter · 12/06/2007 14:54

Bumper...where do you live?

trendaverter · 12/06/2007 15:00

I am coming to eat your tiffin

What have you been doing?

foxybrown · 12/06/2007 15:01

Making malteser tiffin???

Or having a baby???

trendaverter · 12/06/2007 15:03

I wasn't going to make it because I thought I should start to lose weight.

I am now past caring and am going shopping tomorrow. Heck I deserve it.

Bumper have you had your baby? The June ladies are making a habit of quick births...
