@WonkyDonk87. I don't quite understand how it's all worked out lol.

I had a pants time today Sad My asthma has played up really bad and I've felt really lightheaded. We took the DD's to an outdoor play thing and I ended up having to call my.Mum to come and sit with me whilst DH took them to play. I feel a bit better now but I wish this heat would piss off!

WonkyDonk87 · 04/08/2018 22:02

Ah @LookingAtTheStars89, sorry you're feeling rubbish. Don't forget your BP is going to be all over the place too. I've had a postural drop for a few weeks now. Lots of fluids and not standing up too quick!

SoozC · 04/08/2018 22:03

Welcome, Pink!

Sorry you've not been feeling good, Looking. I'm glad you had someone to come and look after you. Take it easy!

@Milknosugar1 - Do it. Get a trolley. There is no judging here Grin

I'm so fed up with my acne I could cry. I have plans today but I just don't want to leave the house looking like this.

FFS 😒. Stupid app

pinkdonkey · 05/08/2018 09:02

Feeling unbearably hot was my first symptom, so I can't imagine what it is like with a big bump too.

Got my booking appointment through for beginning of Sept, exciting stuff Grin

Morning!

After going two weeks overdue, baby arrived yesterday morning!

Birth was a really positive experience (aren’t epidurals magic?) and now hoping to make it home ti day.

It’s such a weird thing to write - I have a son!

WonkyDonk87 · 06/08/2018 07:26

Congratulations @NimbleKnitter! (We were wondering where you'd gotten to!) That's such lovely news.

Hope you both get home quickly. Hello Nimblette Grin welcome to the world!

Si1ver · 06/08/2018 07:55

Congratulations @NimbleKnitter, that's such lovely news!

NimbleKnitter · 06/08/2018 08:07

I figure TTC and the pregnancy were both such hard work, I was owed a gentle labour.

Fingers crossed it stays that way!

LookingAtTheStars89 · 06/08/2018 08:49

@NimbleKnitter. Congratulations! And I second the magic epidural notion! I had one last time and would never go back!

SoozC · 06/08/2018 09:09

Congrats, Nimble! CakeWine

I think because I will have to be induced at either 37.5 or 38 weeks that me, @s1lver and @wonkydonk87 will have our babies around the same time!

DoAsDreamersDo · 06/08/2018 13:17

Yay, congratulations @NimbleKnitter x I felt a bit emotional when I read your update x I hope you manage to make it home with your son today.

pinkdonkey · 06/08/2018 16:57

Congratulations Nimbleknitter lovely news.

LimpLettice · 06/08/2018 17:30

Yep you're ahead of me Milk. 25 weeks today although I may be earlier if they insist on 38 weeks.

Congratulations Nimble! So v pleased for you. Your son! Lovely.

Home at last after a lot of driving, been to visit teeny scrunch's newborn today and had magic cuddles. Bump was kicking at the same time which was weird but lovely.

Si1ver · 06/08/2018 20:18

I spent 6 hours in the hospital today with severe stomach cramps. Fortunately the baby's fine, but no one is sure why I'm in pain although my infection markers are slightly raised, but not enough to indicate appendix issues which was their main concern. So, paracetamol, bed rest, come back if it gets worse.

LookingAtTheStars89 · 06/08/2018 20:54

@Si1ver. I know this won't help much but sometimes I get TERRIBLE stomach pains - even when not upduffed. I had them the other day, they are only brief for me but God. I've also had episodes of raised infection markers but no real reason why.

I don't mean this in a patronising way but do you ever suffer with IBS? I once had stomach pains that bad that I collapsed and had to call 999, the paramedic listened to my tummy and said it was the angriest sounding stomach he'd ever heard. They didn't find anything else that time either.

I hope you are able to get some rest and that the rest of your day is uneventful x

Si1ver · 06/08/2018 21:17

No, no IBS. Under normal circumstances I have an ironcast stomach, it's my husband who has IBS and suffers with stomach pains. This is very out of character.
