Sounds nice loveulotslikejellytots. But I’m not sure you can use the hot tub and sauna while pregnant.

I hate that my current house doesn’t have a bathtub. I could go for a long soak right now.

I’m drinking some Perrier with apple flavouring. I’ve found apple juice is nice when feeling iffy.

Fia256 · 16/01/2018 18:49

I can't stop drinking Robinson's fruit and barley summer fruits! I seem to be going off fizzy drinks which is good as I had way too many before!

ShutTheFridgeUp · 16/01/2018 18:53

In my first pregnancy I pretty much only drank peach iced tea. Was the only thing I wanted. It was a fucking expensive craving.

Mrsssmith11 · 16/01/2018 19:16

I was getting down in the dumps today because apart from being very gassy and a bit tired I still don't feel pregnant. Was tempted to do another test. No other signs, boobs not sore any more, very mild nausea yesterday but nothing now. No food aversions, not gone off tea. Nothing.

Maybe being down in the dumps and feeling like I might cry is a sign!

Paranormalbouquet · 16/01/2018 19:31

I’ve just had the worst ever trip on the tube. Retching constantly, could barely stand. Asked for a seat and was ignored except for the man who said since I’m pregnant I should be wearing a badge. I’d rather not just get as I don’t think I’d remember to take it off going to work. Tomorrow I’m getting bus in and can work from home in afternoon so that should make it more bearable.

iamloading · 16/01/2018 19:44

I'm the same @Mrsssmith11 and it's scaring me! Come back nausea all is forgiven!

Mrsssmith11 · 16/01/2018 19:52

@paranormalbouquet I was on a training course in London when I was pregnant last time. I can't remember where I got on the tube, maybe charing cross, and had to get to Heathrow for my flight home. I had to stand practically the whole way. I was nearly crying.

Paranormalbouquet · 16/01/2018 19:59

It really is miserable. Last pregnancy I wasn’t sick much and was in Dublin so never got the tube obviously! For those of you worried I have days with severe nausea, days where I’m 100% normal and in between days where I’m fine for ages then am suddenly hit with nausea.

With DD I was sick for around 9 hours in total so I don’t think it means much. My boobs were never sore with her, they are a little this time. The fatigue is a constant though!

Namechangedtoscream · 16/01/2018 20:52

I'm having so horrible cramps this evening. Is anyone else having cramping issues at around 6 weeks? These are really painful Sad

Secondsop · 16/01/2018 20:55

Hi all. @nixen hope things are better now. That sounds awful re the doctors. I’m shocked you weren’t referred after spotting especially given how anxious you are (and yes, telling someone feeling anxious to relax is the worst). I was referred for pain that I made clear was very mild and I hadn’t had any bleeding. Depending what area you’re in sometimes you can go to another hospital for walk-in EPU - eg I once went to one near my work.

Others, re drinks - I found a sugar free elderflower cordial on ocado and am drinking that with fizzy water. Also I must confess a Diet Coke a day.

I am going through an awful phase of afternoon exhaustion unable to keep my eyes open at work. Today I had to go to the loo and set an alarm on my phone and leant my head on the loo roll holder for a few minutes. I then am exhausted on the way home and have an uptick of energy at about now.

I also look like shit. My FACE. My SKIN. My ANKLES.

@Namechangedtoscream I’ve had cramping since my BFP this time, think they were worst last week. I’m 7 weeks now and still getting them. Had them with DD too.

Molly54 · 16/01/2018 21:02

@Namechangedtoscream yes I have been on and off all day! Intense and dull achey with flutters just above pelvic bone on left. I'm 4 weeks. Hoping a peppermint tea helps.

Twinkletoes2018 · 16/01/2018 21:11

@Secondsop my pregnancy craving last time was Diet Coke I allowed myself one a day and cut out all other caffeine think I may be going the same way this time

Fia256 · 16/01/2018 21:15

I've gone from feeling nauseas all day yesterday and then throwing up in the evening, to feeling absolutely fine today!! I hate it when this happens! I know I'll regret wishing for this, but I really hope I feel sick tonight and tomorrow!

intelligentPutty · 16/01/2018 21:55

Feeling totally normal today. After feeling sooo bad yesterday.
It was probably caffeine withdrawal!! Ha ha
Mind I felt sick too which was a little reassuring. I'm just waiting for the teenage acne to kick in like I had with pregnancy number one. In which I had absolutely NO sickness.

Flybynight1 · 17/01/2018 07:19

Got my 3+ on CBD today 😁 Yay!

Apart from the bloat I'm not yet feeling many symptoms. Thought I felt tired one day but that's vanished (to be fair I am constantly tired with a DS who wakes in the night) so maybe it's just my normal level! Haha I've stocked up on tums and gaviscon in advance because I had reflux so bad last time for like the whole pregnancy...

BadHominem · 17/01/2018 07:22

Congrats @flybynight1 - I also just got my 3+ today at 5w0d. Phew!

Paranormalbouquet · 17/01/2018 07:50

Woke up at 4am hungry. Although that’s probably because dinner was toast as I was no nauseous.

Dipped some water and woke again at 630 bloated and nauseous. Have managed some toast and almond butter for breakfast- not in a rush today so planning on getting the bus in to try it out. It all definitely gets worse on an empty stomach.

Paranormalbouquet · 17/01/2018 07:51

Congrats on the 3+ Fly and Bad!!

Fia256 · 17/01/2018 07:51

I'm feeling really negative today. On Monday I felt really nauseas and was sick for the first time which was a relief to finally be feeling it. Yesterday I didn't feel nauseas at all and today I've woken up feeling fine and I swear my boobs aren't as sore Sad 6+3 today. Got my scan on Friday and I really don't want to go now as just feel like it's going to be bad news! Anxiety is so high today I just want to be sick!

CuppaSarah · 17/01/2018 08:00

I've been feeling similar, sickness is so much less severe and comes and goes. It's been stressing me so much I've been doing experiments. So far I have narrowed down the thing stopping it to either pregnacare or not having breakfast till 10am. I forgot my pregnacare last night and ate an early breakfast and felt awful today.

I'm also having to wear a lot of make up to look alive and human.

Paranormalbouquet · 17/01/2018 08:00

Fia I’m a week ahead of you and still have fluctuating symptoms! It’s totally normal. I’ve got a lot of cramps today but am hoping it’s because I’ve switched from diarrhoea to a bit constipated. Most likely because my diet is now pure carbs.

Nausea seems to be bad for a few days, then I get a few days reprieve, then bad again. Even on bad days I get a few good hours. And days I’m not at work it’s 100 times better than days I am, it’s almost like exaggerated motion sickness for me!

Fia256 · 17/01/2018 08:09

It's so hard not to panic though isn't it. I've even resorted to putting my wired bra back on today in the hope they are painful again!! They do still hurt if I squeeze them but only down the sides, whereas till now it's been all over. I really do hate these first few months they are so miserable and cause constant worrying

Paranormalbouquet · 17/01/2018 08:16

Oh I know Fia I’m really anxious too. But symptoms changing are completely normal. Breast tenderness often goes quite early, particularly if it’s not your first. Funnily enough with my first I barely had any breast tenderness but this time I’ve had some (not lots but some). In fact with DD I had practically no symptoms until 7 weeks and then it was mostly fatigue. This time I’ve been much worse but because I know my miscarriage risk/risk of prematurity is so high I can’t relax anyway!

Shook2018 · 17/01/2018 08:41

I'm going to have a rant here (total first timer) but why does no one tell you it's this hard! Just because no one talks about the first 12 weeks and it's the worst! After throwing up my dinner last night, throwing up this morning, migraine I can't treat I'm feeling super ranty and hormonal and ill :(
