They'll only tell you to wait until the contractions are 3 mins apart or something, or do you feel this is building up quickly?

phew, back on line after an insane three weeks. Hello to everyone. My thoughts are with you who are not having an easy time.

I've lost my dream and regained it! Since this was our last ever child, I was desperate to bf, and after a few days, hospital said I had to feed formula. Anyway, after endless effort and hard work, I'm now bf and formula feeding. We got started at bf when Rachel was 18 days old, now can you believe that? I truly didn't think it could be done. Am really excited about it.

I had my section 5 days early,as I had really bad prgnancy rhinitis, so we were not properly prepared. Also, after the delivery, it turned out that they had to really yank me about to get Rachel out, so recovery has been slow.

I think Rachel has wind probs, I keep forgetting to watch what I eat!

Hi mmk, glad the breastfeeding is going well!
We're all on a new thread now, there's a link to it in Ellie's last post - din't want you to think you were being ignored! Or there's the postnatal thread now which I need to say hello on!
Take care xx
