Bas*ards!

They're all back after weekends away at home - being really noisy! Grumble grumble.

Still not talking to Nic, and have just gone to get my dinner out the oven to find someone has switched it of - with my dinner still in there. Nic had her dinner in there at the same time and WATCHED me put mine in the freakin oven after her so she knew it was there. Hers has now been taken out and eaten and mine is sat in there - NOT COOKED and COLD! When asked 'who turned the fu**in oven off?' rather aggressivley by moi, they all looked at me blanky like they couldn't have cared less.
So looks like we now have ghosts in the flat that go around ruining everybody's dinner, why not eh? Already live with 5 morons why not add a few spirits to the disfunction that is this flat!

I feel like chewing of my foot out of pure frustration.

LW - Swines, you should get up to go to the loo when they are all fast asleep and make lots of noise in the process. Just remember you have had a lovely day with your sis and you will be at home in what a week?!

Scoot i would normally be a bag of nerves if dh was away close to my due date, but my babies never come early..(oh god I've said it now..)

You london ladies I'm very at your meet up and talk of my old stomping grounds of Old Street and Hackney, I even lived just round the corner from Hoxton before it became cool - oh dear does that show my age as ancient? But I like the idea of a mass post natal May meetup! Have a fab time and we look forward to hearing what you all got up to.

ShowOfHands · 29/04/2007 21:06

LG&T, that is such a great bump. Big, yes but looks really neat and solid. And I just love the beautiful Hugs. Glad your brood are back.

Scoot I get cramp in the night. Try flexing your toes up towards your knees when it happens and don't stretch and lock your legs out straight while you're in bed. I know it's hard not to in your sleep but that's the most probably cause.

TYG is it you with the hiccupy baby? Means she's ready to be born apparently. She'll be practising breathing in with her newly ready to use lungs and will be taking in so much more fluid that you notice a marked increase in hiccups just before birth. Allegedly.

Lwatkins if I were you I'd have a complete hormonal hissy fit in the kitchen, chuck your uncooked dinner at them, scream, cry and generally scare the bejeesus out of them. Inconsiderate, mean and nasty bunch of people. I remember how angry I got living in halls, nicked food, noise, the lying and vandalism that accompanied it all. And you're heavily pregnant. Hope you can either cook dinner quickly or rustle something else up. They're feckwits.

Ooh ooh Supernatural's on, must rush off and watch it on a pile of pillows and blankets.

cameroonmama · 29/04/2007 21:31

Is that right, about the hiccupy baby? Mine hiccups a lot.

LG&T, I love your bump, it looks fabulous, but more's the point I love Hugs, he looks just like a little cherub.

ShowOfHands · 29/04/2007 21:36

I think it's like a lot of things at this stage, it's a sign that the baby's ready but they can spend weeks that way...

JonahB · 29/04/2007 21:36

evening all,

Hope you are all okay and hanging in there..

Anyone else feeling that there is absolutely no room left in the there for bump to grow any bigger . I've got another 4 weeks to go!!!!

Oh, and we're also at the stage where people
a, just cant tear their eyes away from our stomachs, no matter how hard they try
b, give sympathetic looks when you say you're not due, like, tomorrow!

Intheseshoes, i've been lurking in our usual stalker-spotting location both mornings this weekend and there's been no sign of you - hope you got a good rest in as planned!!

Mrsjaffabiffa · 29/04/2007 21:50

Just wrote a whole speil then lost the lot, Grrrrrrrrrrrrr I hate it!!!!!!!

In brief,

Lg&t what a fab bump, I hope your proud of that one, and I love hugs fireman sam jimmies. He is just too cute. Pleased you have all your bubbas back with you.

I have a hic upy buba too, about 5 bouts a day for the last 4 days and always when I get in to bed for some reason.

SOH, you are braving the city again then??? Hope you feel well soon.

I hope you all have a lovely time at your meet tommorow. I'm also hoping one time I'll be in the UK for one of them.

at the bastards for you LW.

Scoot I didn't finish the LDAF as we moved out here, but I did all of the Foundation and some of the units in the next one. I have some certificates stashed somewhere for it. It's a doddle compared to the NVQ though.

Off to bed now, Ohhhhhhh May looms ever closer. Night all.
