Liath - know what you mean.. Dh was getting a little too nostalgic over my pre pregnancy figure when looking at photos from last summer over the weekend.. Think I´ll have a good bit more than a stone to lose aswell.. hoping against all hope that the heat and summer healthy eating will help me along without too many tears.. but I´m sure you´ll all hear ALL about it if not

Katy44 · 23/04/2007 17:08

I have a knee in my side.
Surely if I grab it and push downwards...
Don't worry, only joking, I wouldn't do anything to hurt him!

maveta · 23/04/2007 17:12

LOL Katy44 - am sure I´ve done worse.. I keep jumping around and shouting ´baby come OUT´! Of course I wouldn´t do it at all if dh didn´t look so bloody appalled every time, it´s too tiring!

gonna share a snippet of me life with you. i found this amusing ......

yesterday i went to a nearly new sale with my gran and justins step-mum.
afterwards they were chatting and decided to go for a coffee. before they went they started to gang up on me
"when i had my children i had my mother to stay for a week to help and then my husband took a week off work" says his smum (in her late 50's i think) my gran is nodding in agreement.

now this may be correct, but as one of them has the step-son who is such a waste of space i don't want him as my husband, and the other is mother to the woman who walked out on the job of being my mother when i was 12, thus making the 2 things they'd been talking about impossible, you'd have thought they'd have kept their mouths shut, no?

No problem, have just been reading that thread, and yes, as far as I was aware swimming is recommended in pregnancy - aqua natal?! Or are you meant to build your own pool in the grounds?

maveta · 23/04/2007 17:45

Katy44 - lalalalalalalala - can´t HEAR YOU!! Emmymummy you CAN´T go before me (stamps feet)

Ellie - that is a bit odd, swimming is totally recommended..?

Katy44 · 23/04/2007 17:48

Unless the boys are just taking over and we're going to be part of that trend

maveta · 23/04/2007 17:49

there you go Katy.. that´s the way to think..

Has anyone else noticed their temperature going up? I´ve only really noticed it in the last week or so but I feel so much warmer in general now and especially at night.. or is it just me??

Katy44 · 23/04/2007 17:50

Now you mention it, yes! I assumed it was just the weather, but I am permanently warm at the moment, even when DH is putting the heating on and lying under the rug (yes, pathetic I know )

Indith · 23/04/2007 17:58

Katy did I see you walking past the Gates around 2pm or was it your equally pg twin?

Se you tomorrow! Though I will of course be nice and send you labour vibes overnight so if you gt them I might not!

Katy44 · 23/04/2007 18:00

Today? No, not me, I've been in Stanley!
But I was in town a week or so ago.
I do have a double though, think she lives in the Redcar area so it's not out of the question. See you tomorrow, unless by some miracle I'm in labour.
