i think it was 'presumed' as Matthew had mine and his dad's surnames, until 2 weeks ago when i changed it to his dad's.

The name sounds fine with or without and as matthew has 2 middle names it would fit with that but really its about how you feel, whether you feel comfortable with it or not, not what you think you should do.

And if you did decide to put it in there doesnt mean you'd have to use it day to day, I 'full name' my dcs when they're naughty or Im being serious but it could be bit of a mouthful to say all 4, it may just turn out easier to just use the 3!
