hi everyone, sorry havent checked in before now.

scan was fine.just the one baby in there with a lovely little heartbeat!only one problem, looks like i have fibroids.she measured 3 black circles and have to see consultant a week on monday.am worried sick about it as i know there is a risk of mc.

feeling abit down now as jsut read another thread i started, and have been accused of it being a wond up when its a very serious matter.(my son was accused of harrassing a paedophile on our estate.)im really upset that another mnetter could think ive made it up.its been worrying me sick all week, and im so worried about my kids safety, and i get accused of it being a wind up!

anyway, glad to hear that everyone else that have had scans are all ok.

Mumpbump · 22/03/2007 17:09

Pleased to hear that it went well, although sorry about the fibroids. I don't really understand what that means in practical terms, although understand it means a risk of m/c.

Sorry to hear about your ds. Ignore the insensitive person on the other thread. Mumsnet is a great place, but there are some very opinionated and bluddi-minded people on here. It annoys me a bit when someone starts a thread asking for help with a situation and ends up getting criticised/receives a bashing... I guess it just reflects the emotive topics that are discussed...

ejt1764 · 22/03/2007 17:24

fifi - I second everything mumpy just said ...

good luck with the appointment on Monday

Glad all the scans so far have gone well.

Fifi, I hope you get the answers you want when you see te consultant.

DD's teacher told me this morning that there is a case of Slapped Cheek in class at the momment, so has suggested that I not go in tomorrow afternoon. I have booked an appointment at the docs for blood test tomorrow, and will mention it when I have mty scan on Monday.

Hope everyone else is well and good luck to Kezza for youe scan tomorrow.

WinnieThePooh · 22/03/2007 18:30

BTW I think I beat you all on bra size.

I was a 36G BEFORE i got pregnant. I dread to think what size I will go up to.

ejt1764 · 22/03/2007 18:58

Well, Winnie, you win the 'overtheshoulderboulderholder' award for the October club hands (or should that be boobs) down!!

Evening,

lovely to hear about all the scans, and fifi, I hope the consultant you see regarding the fibroids is helpful and reassuring.

I am definitely the smallest in the boobs department- and for me they are BIG at the moment. Just got a new bra, 34C. And it is underwired. What's all this about not wearing wires when PG? I thought that was just when BFing.

Got to put DD to bed now... I've let her stay up late for Max and Ruby as a treat!

KezzaG · 22/03/2007 19:54

yay well done ejt. I read the post too quickly and thought one mother said one other - thought you were having twins.

Polarmummy and fifi well done, today must be good news day. Fifi I dont know much about fibroids but I hope all is ok. Must be a good sign that you got this far?

Fifi shame about the other thread, its quite depressing when that happens on here. I hope your situation sorts itself out.

36G....G!!!! Wow, I will tell my colleague to quit her moaning

J20BABYLOVESCHOCOLATEEGGS · 22/03/2007 20:30

OO this has thread has moved fast today!

congrats fifi and ejt, hope things go ok for you fifi

i've had headache since sun, its that bad i know i've got even when i'm asleep, when i wake up and realised i still had it, i started crying this morning

well, i've been a busy little bee today, i chucked loads of toys away that my dd doesn't play with anymore, (she was not impressed!) and i got a wardrobe off my friend, and started carrying the heavy pieces into my house, my big burly neighbour just stood and watched, until i asked him for help, he then sent his friend out, lazy t**t

anyway, managed to put it together myself, then got in trouble off my friend cos it was heavy, but who else is going to do it?!

on the subject of maternity clothes, their is a link in the pregnancy subject under cheap maternity clothes i think, with 75% off for bargain crazy till the end of March, i got my delivery yesterday, and was very chuffed, 3 maternity tops and a snuggly dressing gown for £8.75 plus £3.95 p & p.
i will check what its called, and let you all know

J20BABYLOVESCHOCOLATEEGGS · 22/03/2007 20:32

'maternity clothes cheap' its called in the pg topic or if you go on my profile and see what threads i've been on, it'll be there

KezzaG · 22/03/2007 20:59

Cheap clothes, lovely, thanks for the tip. I cant see your profile though, does this mean i am not one of your mates! How rude

I do admire your energy, you are certainly cracking on with things, fair play to you

J20BABYLOVESCHOCOLATEEGGS · 22/03/2007 21:03

sorry didn't realise, its coz i changed my name, should be back on now, and of course your my mate, your the only ones i've got

yeah i feel better when i do stuff, the trick is not to eat a big dinner in front of the fire, because then i go to sleep for the afternoon and feel crap

KezzaG · 22/03/2007 21:04

LOL well now I feel wanted

J20BABYLOVESCHOCOLATEEGGS · 22/03/2007 21:05

still didn't work!

what about now?

J20BABYLOVESCHOCOLATEEGGS · 22/03/2007 21:10

oh i can't do it

meant to ask, is anyone getting thread veins on there legs??
i am and they're horrible, why oh why oh why??!!!

will they go away? can i stop them?

J20BABYLOVESCHOCOLATEEGGS · 22/03/2007 21:10

oh, i've done it

J20BABYLOVESCHOCOLATEEGGS · 22/03/2007 21:11

p.s didn't mean it like that Kezza, it was meant to be a compliment, love you all to bits

KezzaG · 22/03/2007 21:19

Just reread my post and I did sound a bit sarky didnt I, I didnt mean it that way either. Just mean I felt wanted as we were your only mates

Crossed wires and we havent even been drinking!

Yay I can see your profile now, but no pics? Go on put some up I love being nosy

Cant help with thread veins Im afraid, one of the few horrid pg symptoms I dont get. Whats the betting I wake up covered in them now!

J20BABYLOVESCHOCOLATEEGGS · 22/03/2007 21:22

lol i didn't think you meant anything, but then thought s**t, hope i didn't offend you

i didn't realise thread veins where pg related, bloody things, might have to put my feet up at work tommorrow, get people fetching and carrying

KezzaG · 22/03/2007 21:29

I feel sorry for everyone coming on tommorrow and having to wade through our ramblings Serves them right for having better things to do!

J20BABYLOVESCHOCOLATEEGGS · 22/03/2007 21:30

ha as if we don't do it

put some photo's on, can't find one of me, will have to scan my scarey halloween one in

J20BABYLOVESCHOCOLATEEGGS · 22/03/2007 21:32

oops, i didn't read your post properly
thought you meant other people, not on the Oct thread would be coming to have a nosy, think i should go to bed

KezzaG · 22/03/2007 21:33

wow that was quick. your dd is lovely, she has gorgeous hair. Am loving the scan photo, how sweet.

But....the cat...what? why? is it real? I am PMSL at that one

J20BABYLOVESCHOCOLATEEGGS · 22/03/2007 21:36

oh she's had it all cut off now, at her own request!!

i know its good isn't it, downloaded it from another thread ages ago, i sent it to one of my lale friends, as it's labelled 'wet pussy' he got very excited, until he opened it

J20BABYLOVESCHOCOLATEEGGS · 22/03/2007 21:37

lale! i mean male
