Hi......anyone out there just found out they're expecting? Thought it might be nice to start a little thread!
I've tested this morning and got a feint BFP, have recently had 2 m/c so may be being optimistic but I'm tired of worrying!! If it works out it works out!! Fingers crossed. If it's a sticky one I'm due bonfire night! 5/11/17.
Anyone else out there the same??Smile

Nurse, I've just reported it as it has a private mail, so should be removed Smile

Sorry, I've NC from 'NovemberMania', but just posted the once on this thread so far.

YES to the tiredness, I've been in bed by 8pm every night this week Blush can't get enough slumber at the moment, which is proving tricky with a tireless 3 year old to run after Grin

Will be 6 weeks on Sunday, can't wait for the 12 weeks mark so I can relax a bit more and not worry about bean not sticking.

chocoraisin · 17/03/2017 20:37

Sooooooo tired. I'm a husk of a woman. It's only half past 8!! Ye gads. That cadbury's won't last the night.

SprinkleOfInsanity · 17/03/2017 21:00

I'm already in bed Grin

PingusMistress · 18/03/2017 08:59

My symptoms have come back a bit so I feel a bit more reassured today. I'll find out at my scan next Friday.

Does anyone else have a needle phobia? I have my booking appointment next Friday too (busy baby day). Suspect I will make a numpty of myself and faint at the blood test Blush

KwaziiPirateCat · 18/03/2017 10:42

Thanks ladies, glad to have somewhere to talk about it! I don't think I'll be telling anyone in RL for quite a while! I'm at this weird place where I feel really hungry, but can't face eating anything. I'm peeing all the time and have the runs (sorry tmi!!) And just generally feel pretty exhausted and achey. Weirdly my first sign (and why I tested) was bloody snot! I've only ever had that when pregnant before, I've only used internet cheapies and getting a very faint line on those, but I'm wondering if I might be a week or so ahead of what I think because reading the amazon reviews, lots of ladies seem to have not got a positive until 5+ weeks on those tests. Will have to get a cb digital and see what it says! Confused

Foggymist · 18/03/2017 11:19

Kwazii I've gotten lines on IC's from 12dpo, it's very possible.

inkybunny · 18/03/2017 11:49

Kwazii, I was getting lines on my cheapies from 13dpo, I think - didn't try them before that, was using FRER before then.

I'm 6+5 today. I've not actually been sick yet but I'm feeling so sick and can barely eat anything. Evenings are the worst. People keep saying baby will take the nutrients it needs, so I hope cheese sandwiches and malted milk biscuits have everything necessary in there!

I seem to be hearing about so many people having scans early and I've not even got my booking in appointment until the 30th. I really hope everything is okay in there!

DuRezidal · 18/03/2017 12:34

So I've now worried myself, as it appears my HCG is not increasing as it should.

Last Saturday I tested with a CB Digi and it was 2-3 weeks. I had HCG bloods the Friday before which indicated 357 and then I had them retaken on the Sunday and they were 900ish.

So I took a CB Digi just now expecting 3+ and it's still 2-3 weeks!!! That means my HCG has not doubled as it should as the 3+ is for 2500 plus which it should easily have been

booox · 18/03/2017 12:47

Kwazi I got a line this time around 10/11 dpo with IC so it's possible!

Durez - please try not to worry too much till you've been checked properly. Has it been by blood tests with gp or via urine? It's possible it's faulty or urine not as strong? I certainly had a result this week that looked much paler and I was worried. But it is now much darker.

booox · 18/03/2017 12:47

Sorry I saw blood test. Do you have another scan or test soon? I wouldn't trust a test 100%.

DuRezidal · 18/03/2017 12:51

I have another cb Digi but feel it will just say the same thing today.

booox · 18/03/2017 13:14

I mean another blood test?

Maybe try again in the morning with dark urine?

DuRezidal · 18/03/2017 14:05

I have another scan next Wednesday

booox · 18/03/2017 14:47

I think keep everything crossed for then. I wouldn't necessarily trust a otc test Flowers (though would be feeling the same about it so more FlowersandCake)

DuRezidal · 18/03/2017 14:49

Thank you @VIOLETsunflower, i have also given myself a little talking to as well. The fact it hasn't decreased is better than it could be.

I am having some cramping but everyone seems to have that on and off so trying not to worry too much about that.

MistyBxx · 18/03/2017 16:13

durezidal I had that exact same thing. Tested 4th march and 2-3w. Tested 13th march, still 2-3w! It did panic me but I phoned midwife and she said not to trust the tests, when hcg gets to a certain level, clearblue stops giving accurate readings, they're a pg test not an accurate hcg measure but it put me in severe panic mode and I haven't calmed down yet tbh lol. I am 6+2 and have had no doc/mw apt, no tests, no bloods or scans so only the sticks confirm I'm actually pg at all, no authorities yet 😳 but I'm booking an early scan next week so fingers crossed.xx

DuRezidal · 18/03/2017 16:18

I may phone the EPU tomorrow morning as they did say any concerns just phone them. Although I am pretty sure they will say exactly the same thing, just sit tight and wait for next scan on 29th

Countessofthebadthings · 18/03/2017 16:27

Welcome to all the new BFP's!!

Finally have my booking appointment - 14th April, Good Friday!! I'll be 11 weeks by that point, I guess the gp was right - after 2 uncomplicated pregnancies means they really aren't fussed with no. 3 lol x

booox · 18/03/2017 16:54

I think I read last preg that the tests become inaccurate after a certain point. Id not trust it personally.

Foggymist · 18/03/2017 17:09

@MistyBxx I'll be the same, just poas when I go to gp in next fortnight or so, then unless we fork out for a private scan it'll be 12-14 weeks before I get hospital appt for scan. All these HCG figures and early scans, bloods, etc goes way over my head and I feel like I'm 20 years behind!

MistyBxx · 18/03/2017 19:49

Me too foggymist I've got no idea about levels etc 😳🙈 I'm paying for an early scan though. It's between £50-£75 in my area so I'm gonna do that next week coz I can't handle waiting x

Foggymist · 18/03/2017 20:04

It's €120 here and an hour away, we'll probably book one for 8 weeks.

DuRezidal · 18/03/2017 20:06

I didn't realise you could pay for an early scan... I had early scans last pregnancy due to bleeding week 5 to 10 and the same this pregnancy but only bled week 4 and then spotted for a few days.
