SOH-He will have to go to the bosses boss.No one who wears a fake fur gilet should be able to get away with anything else untoward. Its too much.
TYG-Lots of nice flats, (or shoes with a low heel as a compromise in New Look).Cheap too, so you dont need to feel bad after the baby is here if you dont wear them again.I MAY have bought a few pairs at the weekend.(Scoot looks round furtively to check DH is not around-he has never let up on me since last year when he counted all my shoes.I dont mind a flattie in the right context.Being heavily pg is certainly the right context. But I would sooner a heel or a wedge..
SOH if I get you in the baby shower im going to send you a pair of 5 inch wedges! But the baby may not get much use out of them I suppose other than entertainment value as you stagger around the room in them cursing me to high heaven!
TYG-That was a good idea re the shower thread, posting thing. And who said £10 limit?I think thats a good idea as well..
I would say I would set the thread up but if I do it it will go wrong.I am a luddite of the highest order.(Except for working my ipod, which I can do with ease for some reason, but nothing else)
Pebble-im forever locking myself out.We have given a spare key to the village pub now and they are under strict instructions to let me in with it, but not give it to me in case I lose that one as well!
The estate agent has just called to book in a viewing at our house on Saturday, pre open day which is next weekend. Will have to tidy now.Already am being gripped by 'viewing anxiety'.I knew this was a bad idea!
Im amazed at the variation in maternity pay and allowances.I wish they would make it uniform. But only if it was to Swedish banking standards. If only I wasnt a total maths dunce I would work for a Swedish bank.I dont think Social Care will ever offer such perks..An old lady has just given me a questionable Mint Imperial though...
