Thought I would get there 1st!!!

Zooming in - almost finished housework and feeling less stressed out - poor DH, he came home to a very wound-up mummy when he got home for lunch - after almost driving into a wall on my way back from dropping him off at work (!!!!) and doing lots of cleaning and hoovering, I must say I am feeling better! Still got lots to do though .....

Zoom, Zoom, Zoom ........

ARGH - Can't remember anything anyone said, apart from MrsGV getting the wrong end of the stick ..... LOL!

Hope everyone else is ok!!

eca · 22/02/2007 20:12

oh ok, missed that one. thanks ellie.

EllieKwithaHUGEbump · 22/02/2007 20:15

no probs
have you started trekking into Bury for antenatal classes yet?

Sexonslightlypuffylegs · 22/02/2007 20:22

Emmymummy, I don't know what was going on. She has been v bossy at school today apparently, and quite feisty.
She was v apologetic and tearful about the "tea"incident, but didn't seem to think it was a problem she had peed everywhere!
I have no idea why she did it. I wasn't in the room, because I was getting her ladyship yet another piece of toast!

Anyway, she is in bed - with knickers on - oh Gawd!!!!

How is Emmy? Did you get to the Docs?

I hate that advert wth the dog on it too. Sickens me to the pit of my stomach any cruelty to any animal.

BigOnion · 22/02/2007 20:34

Woof! Woof!

(I agree)

eca · 22/02/2007 20:45

ellie - no not yet. 1st one next tuesday. Looking forward t oit, but dreading the journey! Have been going to bed at 9pm and they don't even finish until 10! Oh dear!

SOSPL - poor you! Here's hoping for a dry night!

Ok, all those with wrong way round babies... just been looking at this ! Am going to give it a go! If i don't come back I've fallen off, prob broke my neck and dh will be taking me to a&e!

EllieKwithaHUGEbump · 22/02/2007 20:46

hello bigonion, is weeonion going to be joining us this evening?

Katy44 · 22/02/2007 20:50

That Emily does not look 36 weeks pregnant - I have a bigger bump than that! And isn't she wearing jeans??

Katy44 · 22/02/2007 21:09

Where is everyone?
Well internet connection is incredibly slow tonight and I don't have the patience, so good night everybody

eca · 22/02/2007 21:16

phew! ok, i survived... just! Comedy moment when the rug (on wooden floor) started slipping away from me!

night night Katy! sleep well.

Katy44 · 22/02/2007 21:21

I'm still lurking...can't be bothered to get up

eca · 22/02/2007 21:29

lazy lady! I know the feeling. Sometime's it's just too much effort!

mammyjo · 22/02/2007 21:31

Hope everyone has had a good day after all the excitement of earlier. My bump has definitely migrated south since yesterday and is giving me terrible pressure down below. I am pretty sure that the same happened first time round too. It is so bloody uncomfortable. Dh is now thinking that babe will appear early but dont think I would be that damn lucky! Have been out and bought a pack of pampers just in case as havent got round to sorting myself out with real nappies yet. Totally unorganised.

mammyjo · 22/02/2007 21:33

Just read your post Eca. Lol at the mental image of the rug! Dont honestly think I would get myself in that position to start with so well done for doing it! [applause emoticon]

mammyjo · 22/02/2007 21:36

She definitely does not look 36 weeks pregnant. My belly is loads bigger than that and yes I think she is wearing jeans with a belt. A bloody belt, I would need to borrow one belonging to Santa or some other portly chap to stand any chance of it going around my girth

Katy44 · 22/02/2007 21:37

I tried on about DH's belt about 6 weeks ago - the two end weren't even on the same side of my body

mammyjo · 22/02/2007 21:39

ROFL Katy!! I wouldnt even try - far too depressing for me Dread to think what my waist measurement is just now. Will not be going into that after my rather enormous nipple confession from the earlier thread!!

Katy44 · 22/02/2007 21:41

Ooh that reminds me, I asked DH about mine, apparently they're quite big (in general not just while pg)
And there was me thinking they were rather petite!!

mammyjo · 22/02/2007 21:42

Nothing petite about mine unfortunately! Dh has commented several times about the size of them and also the fact that they have become much darker in colour. (yes I know, dont need reminding!)

mammyjo · 22/02/2007 21:46

Am going to go to bed now. Eyes are hurting looking at the screen. Hoping for a good night of snoozing. Sleep well Katy if you can drag yourself to bed!
SOSPL, fingers crossed Becky has a good night xxx

Katy44 · 22/02/2007 21:50

Goodnight, you too x

EllieKwithaHUGEbump · 22/02/2007 22:25

hi all
stephen been taking the p big time about how i'm gonna cope without MN all weekend!

have told him i'm coming on in the morning before we leave

CaptainDippy · 22/02/2007 22:54

Flippin' 'eck - DON'T start all that bloomin' nipple stuff again - just finished Party Bags (hurrah), now off to bed as I am a very tired angry boiled egg on legs....

How is Emily EmmyMummy? Did you get to the drs??

OP posts:
weeonion · 23/02/2007 00:36

jeezzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz - what a day for the april crowd!! i certainly missed that all and glad i did. you ever remeber your mum telling you never to listen in on others conversations as you might hear something you dont like - seems like someone doen that today.

sorry to ellie, edas, katy44 who were on that thread and got the brunt - you gave as good as tho'.

would love to know what HER message was that got deleted??

went through every range of emotions reading all the threads - but hey - i am a heavily preganat women so what else do I expect. cant quite control the way i feel. bit narked off (sorry if that is now offensive) that people were obviously scrolling through our posts to pick out things ie - hugs being sicky. agree with emmymummy(??) that the shine is somewhat taken off mumsnet for me this evening. people who have nothing better to do all day than lurk and read others threads..... GMm will be disappointe dthat she missed this!

off with big onion to join the circus!
night to the april crowd xoxoxoxo

EllieKwithaHUGEbump · 23/02/2007 06:55

morning wo
the hugs thing wasn't aimed at us, that was at Ante-natal in general, but if you go back to the Am I Being Unreasonable thread you'll see we all made friends (except MrsGV, who remained very absent!!!!!) I think her post was telling us to grow up, or something along those lines.

lets hope for a better day today cos at 12 i have to go and i don't want to miss the fun

EllieKwithaHUGEbump · 23/02/2007 06:59

NEW MORNING - NEW LINK

this is 1b3's buddy thread

she suggested that maybe some of us would like to swap mobile numbers so that if we are unable to get to the computer we can ask another to let everyone know we are ok/have had baby etc.

feel free to sign up (or not) and 1b3 has then kindly offered to pair us up with someone due at different time of month
