Million so pleased to hear everything is ok!

Not much has changed for me, I'm 10+3 and still feeling so sick a lot of the time and gagging a lot. Really hope it wears off soon. Got my 12 week scan next Thursday when I'm 11+5. Can't wait!

Im also already booked in for my next midwife appointment on 20th Jan, she said she will listen to the heartbeat at that one.

Hi everyone. I know a few names on here from the ttc thread. If only I'd know being pregnant was far more worrying than ttc! I'm 9 weeks today with baby #1. Already in a maternity bra and feeling much better for it. No throwing up for me just constantly nauseated, feeling better this week though. Paid to have an early scan at 7+4 and little one was grand with a little heartbeat. Official 12 week scan is 29th Dec, although this feels like a lifetime away. Have days of being so anxious and then others being completely content and optimistic. I joined the FB group but I'm a sensitive soul and found myself getting so upset and worried by other people's stories that I've left the group and happy catching up on here.

Fantastic news million! What a relief :)

I also had a scan last Friday and we saw our little bean. The sonographer said (at least twice) that there was a good strong heartbeat. So nice to hear that after my mc in September.

Because I'd put the date of my mc as my last period it wasn't my official dating scan so I'm back in on the 23rd for that. I've been told to wear my Santa hat . It'll be lovely to tell people on Christmas day that we're expecting again.

Are any of you ladies taking iron? I've been put on ferrous fumarate 3 per day and they make me feel really ill. I have to take them for 2 months to take before repeat blood test. It's only been 5 days and I'm fed up x

Is anyone considering having a private Harmony/ NIPT test? I am thinking about it

Daisy if that one isn't agreeing with you go back and speak to your doctor and try different kinds of iron. Some are harsher on your stomach than others.

I'm 10w and the sickness has returned as has the fatigue and I'm just a blob on the sofa again :(

Anyone having any food cravings? Right now all I can think of is satsumas. I could literally devour a bag full.

The suspected PGP pain in my groin has completely vanished but i have spent most the day sitting in my arse on an air plane and now the car. Will still mention to midwife at my booking in appointment next week.

I think I will bloop. I'm going for my flu jab on Thursday so I'll ask about it then. My vomiting has subsided but the nausea is constant but so is my hunger so I'm trying to weigh up the pros and cons of stuffing my face or pacing myself

Cat, I wouldn't say I "crave" satsumas but they are one of the very few foods I haven't gone off so been eating lots!!

My nausea has disappeared since Saturday, which is great but a little worrying even though I know full well it's not unusual for it to tail off at this point. Still have sore boobs and can't manage to eat properly!

I have my dating scan tomorrow (midwife booked it for tomorrow because she makes me 12weeks but she didn't take my long cycles into account) Excited but god this is so scary.

Rhodes this is exciting! You are probably the first one in our group to have a dating Scan. Hope all goes well.

Cat My current craving is roast chicken. I had it on Sunday with all the trimmings and I enjoyed it a lot. I have been thinking about having more of it.

I'm out ladies. Just had a viability scan and measuring very small with no discernible heartbeat. In limbo for ten days waiting for a confirmatIon scan but I think it's unlikely to be good news.

Hey greedyduck sorry to hear the crappy situation you're in. How many weeks did you have yourself at? Is it perhaps just too early? crossing everything for you x

I've had cramps all day, started bleeding at 5. Waiting on the doctor to ring me back

Mama do you have an EPU close to you, will they be open in the morning for you to rush down? Hopefully the GP will call you back soon. What sort of bleeding is it? I know it's super hard but try not to worry xxxx

Cat that's so bizarre as I've been craving satsuma too, right from the very beginning! It must be a vitamin c thing, maybe due to it not being very sunny?! I've just been craving alllllll the carbs, especially bread as I tried not to eat bread before due to trying to lose weight.

It was bright red before just when I wiped them a little bit on a panty liner, I've put a pad on now and it's just brown when I wipe

I'm going to ring the hospital in the morning to see if they can fit me in

mama it just sounds like a little bit, and positive that it's now brown. When I had my bleed on Friday it stopped between me going to to loo and checking again in a couple of hours and the EPU scan was fine and they said they couldn't explain the bleeding but it's very common, could be the cervix or implantation bleeding. Hope you manage to sleep ok tonight and defiantly ring them in the morning if you're still worried
