Teabag sorry, that sucks. Its probably just because of the time of year. People get so caught up with Christmas, New Year etc. I'm sure they didn't mean to be so thoughtless. That is really bad form though!

No not a thing . I'm a nurse and an agency carer phoned in sick they didn't even cover the shift so my last shift meant I was working short staffed and was really stressful. Just glad to be out of that place for 9 months now!

Day one of maternity leave and I'm already feeling restless!

I'm 34 +1 and had an ok first time pregnancy so far (despite little blips on the way!). struggling now with insomnia, and getting about, feeling so out of breath, 11 working days left before mat leave starts and can't wait.

Hope everyone is doing well. Seems to have gone quite quiet on here but I have too, just been so busy lately. I'm starting to get properly prepared for baby now. 36 weeks tomorrow!

I'm feeling a bit sorry for myself at the moment, feeling a bit crap, still working and seem to have lots to deal with at home still (got horses and dogs) when all I want to do is veg!

I'm doing okay though getting really tired. Went to yoga yesterday after two weeks off and am really feeling it now!

Hi everyone, haven't been on for a while. Hope you're all doing well! 😊 Home straight now....

I have one week left at work before I start Mat Leave, and I've actually cut it short as I'm utterly exhausted 😩 Now 35 weeks and am ready just to put my feet up for a bit (well, as much as I can with a 3yo).

I'm getting so flappy as I feel really unprepared! I've dug out all of DSs old stuff, pram, Moses basket, car seat and sleepsuits and vest - just need to give them all a good wash. However, we haven't even started decorating the nursery yet. We moved DS out of there in to the spare bedroom weeks ago, so his new room looks fab now. But the nursery is full of unpacked baby stuff, dust and still has Thomas wallpaper up!
I know it'll only take a couple of days to decorate the room, (and the baby will be in our room for a while anyway) but I'm totally lacking inspiration! Can you give me a kick and show me some pics of your nurseries!
