Afternoon all,
Well, I find it relatively easy to keep up with this on days I make it to the office, but I seem to fall off the world on the days I work from home (of which there have been many more of late!) Still feeling pretty questionable, and, sadly, last week, I marked my vomit card. I had been so good; granted, I'd felt very sick but I'd managed to not be (I'm lactose intolerant but will often still eat something I shouldn't because life's too short and custard is great, so I'm really good at feeling ill but not being sick), but last week took me by surprise a bit. Happily, I felt a little better afterwards, scared the crap out of my cats, though! :)
Hello to any new folks that have arrived, and congrats. Awesome, isn't it?
Imogen, sorry to hear your heartbreaking news. Sending you much love, virtual tea and cake.

Maternity clothes, you say, lucieloos, well, I've put 6lb on so far, but am occasionally so bloated it looks like I might have quads in there - I don't - so I'm starting to think about it (after next week's scan, which is on Monday). At the very least, I need to buy some maternity tights - the rest I can wing for a bit longer.
One thing I did pick up, though, which was a god send, was bra extenders (£5 for 3 from Debenhams, they do two and three hook and they're black, white and nude). My boobs haven't grown that much, but what with the bloating and everything, they were getting a bit tight around the back. Oh, man, the relief!
Sorry to all those feeling so crap. People keep telling me that it just goes away one day - you wake up and feel fine, and you look radiant! Can't wait
Fox, we ended up having a private scan a few weeks back. I thought the TWW was bad until we got pregnant and started waiting for the scan! I'd messed work about so much, I felt that I needed to tell them, but wanted to see that all was progressing as planned first... and on that note, great pic, Niks. They grow so much in the run up to the 12-week scan, don't they? Can't wait for ours next week!
