Anyone else Due June 2017?

1000 replies

pinkiponk · 21/09/2016 20:40

BFP last Friday, will (hopefully) be my second child, as have a 2 year old DS already. Doctor said I was due 2 June Smile
Feeling very excited, but quite nervous as had a MMC before DS, so noticing when symptoms have gone/come back!
Also finding it hard not being able to talk to anyone in RL (obviously DH knows).
Anyone else got this news recently and care to join? Smile

NappingRabbit · 07/10/2016 13:17

mumrahhh I'm using my ov date as 2+0 and working from there as I have long cycles.

Mumrahhhh · 07/10/2016 14:09

Thanks ladies, it's all very confusing!

Mumrahhhh · 07/10/2016 14:19

I've updated the ovia pregnancy app and yep, I'm 4+1. I rang the gp to find out when I should book an appointment (I'm over 35, so fit in the high risk group) and they've fitted me in for 2 weeks time, crikey. I had to fight for an appointment with ds1 and didn't see midwife until 10 weeks. Might actually get a scan on time this time.

Dragon5000 · 07/10/2016 14:42

Hey! My edd is 31St may atm but I'm sure I'll be due June! My 2nd, 1St is 4.5

peaceloveandbiscuits · 07/10/2016 15:17

Had my first vom this morning, woop. Envy

peaceloveandbiscuits · 07/10/2016 15:26

And I've had aching joints this week (wrists and ankles), but thought it was too early to blame it on relaxin? It feels like that, though.

VeganMama83 · 07/10/2016 16:20

Mumrahh the advice on exercise is most things that you already do are ok to continue with but you shouldn't start something new. If your general
Fitness is still ok then try a gentle jog to assess?

4+3 here keep forgetting to write it!

Masweetpea1 · 07/10/2016 16:37

Sorry to hear that mrs and giraffe Flowers

Tiredness has hit me today. Off away this weekend and don't want to go, so tired!!

lingo · 07/10/2016 16:53

I've been hovering around the pregnancy board - took me a while to find this! I'm due on 4th June and 5 + 5 at the moment (only going by last period at the moment) but have an appointment with GP tomorrow to book in. Also hoping for a scan slightly before 12 weeks as I had some bleeding the day I got my first BFP. At the time I was worried it was a CP but symptoms (tender boobs, nausea/dry vomiting) seem to be happening as expected so it would be nice to have some peace of mind.

haveacupoftea · 07/10/2016 16:54

So sorry Mrs and Giraffe SadFlowers

Stronger symptoms here today...very tired and queasy. A lot less emotionally fragile!

6+0

Lixon · 07/10/2016 17:12

I'm so sorry for those bowing out, thinking of you.

I've been lurking for a few days and also thought I was out this morning after several days of brown spotting turned to something heavier and bright red. A morning in a&e and an early scan later, things are looking a bit more hopeful so thought I would join in. I thought I was 6+1 but according to the scan I'm closer to 5. I'm booked back in for 2 weeks time so we'll see if things are progressing or not..

We've been trying for 2 years and had a miscarriage at 5 weeks 18 months ago so am probably not as optimistic as I should be...

Dragon5000 · 07/10/2016 17:20

I'm completely exhausted and boobs hurting like hell for weeks, 6+2 midwife on Wednesday next week. Was on very strong cocodamol for my back but had to reduce dosage so finding it tricky but getting there! Will catch up on thread tonight hopefully.
Very tentative as we've been trying for 3 years! And my first has just started school so I'm emotional anyway!

HelloMist · 07/10/2016 18:21

Hi all :) tentatively marking my place after catching up with all the posts! We could do with that spreadsheet.

I'm 4+1 I think, following fertility treatment. I've got one DD already. Feeling cautious as it's still so early. I get an early scan as part of the treatment plan so hopefully I'll get that far and find some reassurance in it.

Purplefairy21 · 07/10/2016 18:26

So sorry giraffe and Mrsy hope you have support irl Sad Flowers
Waves to the new people :)
Feeling very bleurgh here today and that's after the 4 hour nap forgot to mention on here the other day after seeing gp my edd is now the 4th June. Will see if it matches up with the mw's edd next week.
5+5

NappingRabbit · 07/10/2016 18:40

I took another digi today at 4+2 and got a 2-3 weeks result so that's reassured me things are going ok so far. I'm feeling queasy on and off, mainly when I haven't eaten for a while.

Poppydm · 07/10/2016 20:28

Hi ladies, so sorry to read your news Mrs and Giraffe Flowers Thinking if you both.

I think I'm 5+5 today. I have a monsterous appetite! Is anyone else also feeling massively bloated? I went to the gp on Wednesday. He didn't ask me to do another test, just checked my blood pressure and gave me the flu jab. I had to fill in midwife referral forms but was unsure on the hospital I want to go to. Do you have to decide this soon?

VeganMama83 · 07/10/2016 20:36

Poppydm I think my midwife asked which hospital at booking in with my previous pregnancies?

sleepylil · 07/10/2016 20:43

They usually ask at the booking in appt which hosp you would like but you can always change your mind, nothing is set in stone.

6 or 6+3 Confused

VeganMama83 · 07/10/2016 20:54

I'm leaning towards picking a different hospital (bit further away) that has a MLU. Altho my local one is where I had both my boys. Suppose I don't have to decide yet.

peaceloveandbiscuits · 07/10/2016 21:08

I doubt I'll be allowed in our MLU Hmm will stick with same hospital as last time for ease.

Poppydm · 07/10/2016 21:11

I feel like it's probably something I should know but don't - what's an MLU?

sleepylil · 07/10/2016 21:35

Midwife led unit, less hospitaly type setting but usually attached to the hospital so you can be quickly transferred if needed.

MumofthreeandBean · 07/10/2016 22:38

We don't get to choose our hospital - closest is an hr away!!!

6.2

Purplefairy21 · 07/10/2016 23:45

mumofthree we're in the same boat. Like it or lump it or so it feels sometimes Hmm
