Arrrgh this nausea is awful! I'm feeling remorseful that I haven't been more sympathetic to all my friends when they've had all day morning sickness.

I've been trying to graze at work to keep it at bay and now I've had to undo my trousers because I'm so bloated. I hope no one notices!

hummingbird100 · 02/09/2016 13:26

celticlassie with my mmc my symptoms went from 24 hour nausea which so bad I was begging for drugs at 6 weeks, to feeling mostly back to normal within a few days, at around 9 weeks. I should have contacted looking back, but I had read that symptoms can ease off as you approach 10 weeks and was so relieved to be feeling better so I wasn't too worried. The loss was discovered at around 12 weeks. My first pregnancy (very healthy DS) I had moderate nausea which eased at 14 weeks. I think it's more a dramatic loss of symptoms that would need investigating x

Bellatrixandstrange · 02/09/2016 14:30

I hope I can share this here with no judgement. Fruitella has saved me from nausea. Unfortunately I have just finished my fourth packet because I have to have one in my mouth at all times. How many packets is too many to have in a day?

jpeg28 · 02/09/2016 14:32

Ha ha Bellatrix least you have found something that stops the nausea!! I have just been for lunch with a friend, had one of those pizzas with salad in the middle... Nausea stopped for a split second and now it's back. It's weird tho, just still feel like a have a gallon of water in my stomach!! Finally on the bus home, I need a nap!

Number4OnTheWay · 02/09/2016 16:10

I hope you're home now shark and feeling less sick xx

TopKittyKat · 02/09/2016 16:46

Bellatrix - I may have to try that! I'm willing to try anything at the moment.

SharkBastard · 02/09/2016 16:51

All home and safe now Number4, how about yourself? I still feel awful but I feel much more comfortable feeling terrible at home Grin

Regretting the McDonald's I had on the way home though :(

MyGreenSofa · 02/09/2016 17:17

Gosh I want McDonald's now. And a chip butty. And cheese puffs. All while dry heaving. Blush so grim!

Bellatrixandstrange · 02/09/2016 17:50

topkitty go for it it made me feel so much better. jpeg nap lots pregnancy is the best excuse!

jpeg28 · 02/09/2016 17:55

McDonald's sounds amazing right now!!

SharkBastard · 02/09/2016 18:07

Wish I hadn't had it! Feel super rough!

This is DH's first child and my 2nd...his comment was "surely this sickness isn't all pregnancy related, have you eaten something off". I went into a rant about how I told him before that one of the reasons I didn't fancy having another is because of how rotten I felt for 16 weeks!

Anyway can't complain, all good strong signs but can't say I'm relishing the constant hangover feeling without the good night before and the fact I could wake up later not feeling shit!

MOAN MOAN MOAN

Number4OnTheWay · 02/09/2016 18:25

Shark, same here home and comfortable and was also regretting the McDonald's earlier!!
I think I might send dh out for chocolate fudge cake in a minute.
All I've done is sleep all afternoon, I fell asleep in the car then on the sofa, I had to pop in and see the head teacher at school and then I fell asleep on the sofa again, made dinner and fell asleep while the kids are it Blush I think the camping holiday is catching up with me. I just want to sleep now too!!

hummingbird100 · 02/09/2016 18:58

Tiredness here too. And I'm cold and grumpy. Just about to get the toddler bathed and into bed, I fell asleep with him last night at about 7:45.

jpeg28 · 02/09/2016 19:09

Is anyone watching The One Show?? Alex Jones just announced her pregnancy... She said she feels great, no tiredness sickness or anything.... REALLY!! I'm basically comatosed on the sofa!

Number4OnTheWay · 02/09/2016 19:12

Hmm I saw that and, no longer like her!!

Puggleface · 02/09/2016 19:12

Had my scan today, we've got a lovely little blob with a nice strong heartbeat which we got to hear too! She dated me as 7+5 when I should be 8. Which I expected because I know I ov'd late. Very pleased!had a celebratory chicken burger for dinner! It was even better than a McDonald's one and much bigger!
Hope everyone else has had a good Friday!

jpeg28 · 02/09/2016 19:15

Great news Puggle!!

marmitecheesetoast · 02/09/2016 19:38

Envy at Alex!! DH says she's probably not tired cos she doesn't have a proper job!

Fab news puggle!

Scan place just rang me, they have a cancellation at 9am tomorrow now so I don't have to wait all day at least which I'm relieved about even if it does mean relinquishing lie in!

Had nap when I got in from work, then managed a walk and light yoga and weights work out so feel virtuous Halo. Just waiting for DH to dish up home made fajitas Grin

Celen · 02/09/2016 19:50

My tummy feels so sore and bloated tonight Sad I'm also feeling so sleepy already, I'm in bed with one of the cats and a film. I know it's far better for me to be suffering with symptoms, as I won't worry so much, but God I feel wretched from the moment I wake, to the moment I go to bed Shock

Anyone getting stabby like pains into their fanjo area? Is it the start of SPD? I got out the car earlier and it hurt, then when I was getting off the sofa (from a lying position Grin) it also hurt - is it some new fresh pregnancy hell?!

ChatEnOeuf · 02/09/2016 19:53

Great news Puggle :)

Bubbinsmakesthree · 02/09/2016 19:55

Finally heading home from work - feel so sick!

PIL are staying with us tonight - they take our bed, DH's niece has got our sofa bed in the spare room so we're relegated to a campbed in the living room. I just want to curl up and die sleep in my own bed.

DH thinks we should just tell them I'm pregnant but I really want to keep it to ourselves until the 12 week scan.

jpeg28 · 02/09/2016 20:11

Marmite that's so good you managed a workout... I can barely manage to get up to go for a wee!! I'm in bed already. I agree with your DH... Although I haven't worked for 6 weeks and I am more exhausted than ever! Goodness knows what next week at work will be like!

bubbins I hope the camp bed is not too uncomfortable... And hope you get your bed back tomorrow!

sarahhh1984 · 02/09/2016 20:12

Great news, puggle!

Good luck tomorrow, marmite. Hope it all goes well for you. Smile

marmitecheesetoast · 02/09/2016 20:15

Thanks sarah

I know it's such a cliche and they always say it jpeg but the handful of times I have managed to coax myself into doing some sort of exercise its made me loads better and lots more energy!

SharkBastard · 02/09/2016 20:17

Great news puggle!

Oh Bubbins I'd feel like you too, I would be sobbing not being able to sleep in my own bed.

Seems the sickness is gripping most of us! I've just sat and watched 6 episodes of Stranger Things straight! Feeling like death, having to force food down before bed or in know I'll regret it in the morning
