Behold, the wonder of birth! Members from 6 weeks bfp to post-partum wonder Mamas! No question to grotty or minging.

We've come full circle from obsessing about cervical mucus to now obsessing if it's our vagina baby plug going! What larks!

Lots of talk about poo, ours and now babies too! Baby brain is REAL! This heat can kiss my arse. And who KNEW being so neurotic about which changing mat to buy could be so satisfying and addictive!

irregular congratulations!!!! That's amazing news, I'm so happy for you hopefully my little one will come a bit early - I'm only 2 days behind you and am now completely desperate for baby to arrive.

indi hope poor pups paw is OK! I'm the same with my pooch - he's like my baby. I'd be beside myself if I though he was in pain too

Now playing the 'is it discharge, waters or piss' game. I leaked all bloody day yesterday, at one point it soaked right through my pad and almost went to the hospital to be checked. It's definitely not wee because it wasn't yellow and didn't smell like wee. Will keep an eye on it today but pretty sure it's nothing exciting

bunch, I'm inspecting my bits each day. Very bruised and sore at the minute but hoping it will get better. How did you know you had an infection? I'm paranoid about it so I keep checking my stitches.

All good here. We are getting used to the sleepless nights, although Evelyn is being as good as gold. We struggle to get her to sleep, but once she falls asleep at about midnight she sleeps for a good four hours before waking up for food.

We are having to combination feed, a mix of breast and formula as there isn't much coming from my boobs. They have turned rock hard over the past day so I've tried expressing but only a thimble full of milk comes out I'm hoping that will change soon.

Miley I'd get it checked if I were you. Is it clear liquid you're leaking? I didn't think my waters had broken, I just thought I'd 'leaked' discharge / wee but when I went to hospital they did a scan on baby and she had no fluid at all round her any more!

We came home yesterday. Feeding is going ok but finding it all really tough. Alexa won't sleep at all except on me / DH and only in 15 minute stretches before wanting a bit more boob. Exhausted doesn't even cover how I feel.

Bit sore around stitches but not too bad. Bleeding is also much lighter already. HOWEVER I'm finding that I'm leaking wee! And not just when I cough! It's really upsetting me. I completely wet myself through my maternity pad yesterday! I'm doing loads of pelvic floor exercises and I can't feel anything. I keep on imagining a lifetime of incontinence and then DH will remind me that I've only just given birth and to give myself a bit of a break.

Hope milk comes in soon pink. Try to go easy on yourself soda I'm sure it will settle soon and even if it didn't there is absolutely loads they can do for incontinence they would never leave you to a lifetime of incontinence in this day and age.

Pink midwife told me it would have been the chase if my stitches opening. Then I started leaking pus- yum!! I didn't look until it was healed though. And thank god because when at its worst it was awful.

Soda onus west as your worry but as DH says its select days yet. I'm apparently at high risk of incontinence (both sides) and have physio starting on the 29th for it. Make sure you tell your midwife so you can be referred.

soda I've been told the first few days it's normal to be numb to the urge esp if you've had epi and catheter. my DSis recommends disposable tena pants so it can handle both bleeding and leaks - I've got myself a pack ready - hope it sorts itself out soon

Soda your OH is right, give yourself time to heal before you panic.

Marmite once you've done one cross stitch they're all the same they just take different amounts of time. This one wasn't really that hard, the best trick for doing them though is to have about 10 needles all threaded with different colours, it makes working a complicated pattern a lot easier.

bunch another one who thought you looked fab in your IG pics! I honestly can't believe you've gone up three sizes. If atticus has an umbilical hernia I can promise you it's absolutely nothing you've done, they are very common. Why wouldn't you be allowed to do baby massage?

potato that cross stitch is beautiful! Don't be too hard on yourself about the bigger jeans, you've just grown a person and it's still early days. Can you also please remind me to take my own advice in 3 months time when I'm having a breakdown over nothing fitting?!

Feeling a bit upset with my mum today. She called me earlier and decided to drop in that she thought my husband was getting fed up of me moaning, because when she was here last weekend he'd walked ahead of us back to the car when I was in pain with my back/hips. For the record, he's been amazing, telling me every day this week I'm superwoman and last weekend was just trying to give us some time together, but she can't help sticking the knife in and picking at every little thing he does. It's really starting to annoy me.

After leaking again today, I put a fresh pad on about 6pm, went to the toilet at 8pm and there was blood everywhere. Now waiting in hospital to be seen... feeling a bit panicky

So pleased for all new mama's.

Right, so, long story short. After dh packed in the job, he was talked back in. The stress began when a lad who attacked dh a few weeks ago made ago complaint. And because the cctv showed him attacking dh he was told to bugger off by the club. So he took it to the police. Who decided to interview dh under caution. It's all gone to the CPS. But it's been hellishly stressful and still not over.

Then BIL pulled another stunt. But a girl died in a house fire, BIL only left the house slightly prior. He's back with the girl who has charges on him, and did another suicide attempt. Then burned himself. We are trying to keep all this from MIL who is recovering from a stroke. And has early dementia.

So dh is doing his last shift tonight. With nothing official to go into yet. But I'd rather have nothing than him work in town. We will be fine. But I'd have absolutely LOVED A large rose wine and a fag! So going to be an interesting few weeks. All this and my blood pressure has been as steady as they come.
