Anyone else still feeling ridiculously tired? Even though on sat I'll be 14 weeks I'm still really struggling to make it through the day and am in bed by 8 or 9 most nights! What happened to the burst of energy and feeling great? Also getting splitting headaches!

sbsparkles YES!! Ahem.

Another spanner Friendly; had my 12 week scan today and was dated at 12+6 so my due date is now 3rd Feb. Baby was very naughty and was standing on it's head on the first attempt so was sent away for a walk and a wiggle. Came back and baby was shy and facing away from us. Third time lucky and an hour and a half later got my EDD and a low NT measurement.

Definitely takes after my DP - would not sit still during the second scan, arms and legs waving everywhere. Can't believe how much you can see!

Yes sparkles still soooo tired!

No worries. I'll update again once we start a new thread. It won't be long given how chatty we are!
I'm also exhausted. Unfortunately I didn't ever get the glow or burst of energy last time so I'm not holding my breath for it this time either. I'm sure it's a myth!

Hi everyone, good news on the scans! Mine is Tomo feeling nervous and excited! Did u all pay for your pics? Must remember some change.

I think it depends where you are, Sunshine. My hospital don't charge but have a donation box if you want to contribute. I got loads of pics today, MW kept saying "oh that's a cute one" and printing it off! To me they all look a bit grainy. In one of them I swear my baby is waving a tulip around

scotty my midwife was the same lol! Got quite a few pics but DH is better at making out the features than me.

Thanks for the info Cinderella! I didn't get anything half as exciting at my booking appointment...is everyone supposed to get them? Mind you, my MW didn't refer me for my 12-week scan either, so a goodie bag would be optimistic!

I'm 13 weeks today and therefore officially in second trimester. But I'm more exhausted than I have been for weeks! Last time I did feel great from around 14-15 weeks though so hoping for the same. Good thing considering I moved house at 17 weeks!

Sorry you're still feeling tired too *marjory", "sparkles" and "mystery". DH was asking when the big 2nd semester commences, and I've spent the day chucking up all my food again. Anyone else still plagued with full on MS at 13 weeks? The bands are doing nothing and in black make me look like I'm off to a Kung fu class...

I am jojo. I'm 13+2 and still in full on feeling sick 24/7 and being sick every other day. I feel knackered and I'm full of spots that I haven't had in 25 years. So I know exactly how you feel! I'm beginning to feel cheated that I haven't started blooming yet!!

Ouch, jojo, luckily I'm feeling much better now at 13+1. This week I've been able to compete in the Fitbit challenges for the first time in AGES and have managed to walk 68k steps so far this workweek hustle! I hope your MS clears up sharpish.

I too am knackered. Falling apart a bit tbh. Last pg I was working from home most of the time & coped ally better. This time I'm office based, juggling a commute and nursery runs with days packed full of meetings & politics. I cried this morning & had to blame hormones, but in all honesty I think I'm just exhausted. Going to try really hard to work from home one day a week but it's so difficult not to get sucked in to a diary full of 'important' meetings.

I got discharged from miscarriage clinic today! Measured 9+4 at my scan which is exactly right going by my embryo transfer date. Should get my booking in appointment within the next couple of weeks. I feel very odd today, it feels a lot more real and I never thought this would happen.

Knackered here too. And sick of evening nausea and lack of appetite for my dinner ( contrasted with desire to eat sugar and cake basically all day long). I swear I wasn't this bad with DS1.

Congrats flipper!! You must be so excited! I hope your scan goes ok. Glad ( or not glad really...) that I'm not the only one feeling tired. Also SO hungry at night! When I get into bed I could honestly eat another meal even if I've had a good dinner and pudding! Just had chicken, pots and salad and I'm still starving so just sent DH to get me a crumble from asda! Lol! Not complaining of course and better than feeling sick!

Ready sorry you're feeling so tired! It might be a good idea to try to work from home but it's not always that easy is it? Hopefully you'll have more energy soon!!
