Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 43rd grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 42nd grads thread is HERE

The thread we have graduated from is HERE in its 56th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread HERE
for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

HERE is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates. (Except it's not because I don't know how to link to the stats sheet!)

Ooh, think that may have come across a bit stern Pretzel, sorry! What I mean is this is something I am trying to get my head round too (with only a week to go until induction), that doctors are not evil and interventions are not terrible etc etc. Inductions and interventions are definitely not the way I have in visage giving birth but lots of ladies do have positive inductions too!

TriJo · 25/12/2015 11:26

Maternity jeans really do come into their own at Christmas :D

Enjoying what might be my last Christmas lie-in for a long time, 10 hours sleep only interrupted by one bathroom visit. Badly needed tbh!

KateBeckett · 25/12/2015 12:42

Merry Christmas wonderful viroids!

pretz you will be amazing. Ok, it might not be exactly the way you imagined, but think about what you are getting at the end of it all. Your birth plan looks really clear about your needs to, so I'm sure your midwives will take good care of you Flowers

yoga aw bless! I can't bring myself to watch it... My miroid is similarly soppy, it's lovely Xmas Smile

We are over at mil's for Christmas, and went out to the pub for Christmas Eve last night. I was v annoyed, because we saw a few people straight away, including an old friend of dp's (now more of an acquaintance) who I really don't get on with... Shared our good news with them, and was looking forward to telling some of dp's old friends when they turned up.
Grumpy acquaintance disappeared, and we found him later with all of dp's old friends... Who he had told about my pregnancy! Dp was very gracious about it, but I was livid! Xmas Angry

Hope you are all having a lovely Christmas, just wanted to say thank you for the support and chat the past few weeks when I've been struggling. Flowers Star

corgi88 · 25/12/2015 15:30

Merry Christmas viroids! I am in a bit of a panic as had some spotting on wiping just now. And just some slight womble cramps. Panic panic! Please calm me down! Just a bit worried as have to go to work later and don't want to be a wreck if spotting continues or gets heavier :( :s

KateBeckett · 25/12/2015 15:52

Corgi I can't find you on the stats, so not sure how far along you are, but try not to panic love Flowers breathe. Lots of people have spotting and everything turns out fine. If you are really worries you can go to epu xx

corgi88 · 25/12/2015 15:55

Thanks Kate I'm only 10 weeks tomorrow. Thanks I will try to stay calm! Unfortunately the registrar I'm on with tonight is a grumpy old locum or I would get him to scan me! I will try to stay calm though. breathes in manner similar to puffer fish

KateBeckett · 25/12/2015 16:07

Gx everything is fine, but if you are really worried definitely get checked out x

fruitlovingmonkey · 25/12/2015 16:13

I'm sure everything is fine corgi, a lot of the viroids have had spotting in early pregnancy. Is it possible to pop in to work a bit early and get the doc on the earlier shift to scan you?

corgi88 · 25/12/2015 16:19

Ahhhh good idea fruit, we're driving back up north from the Midlands shortly, so it depends when we arrive really! Hope you are all having a lovely Christmas xx

Hobbit19 · 25/12/2015 20:06

Hope you are okay Corgi, spotting and cramps can both be normal. Try to take it easy my dear.

Peenut · 25/12/2015 23:22

Merry christmas viroids!

Haven't caught up with the Fred but just wanted to say don't worry Corgi. I had that a few times - the last was two weeks ago when my second missed period was due (around ten weeks). Doesn't necessarily mean anything bad xx

pretzelpieces · 26/12/2015 01:03

Thank you everyone. pud you didn't sound stern at all, you're lovely.

Hope everyone had a lovely Christmas, mine was good (the usual arguments over trivial pursuit Xmas Hmm). Poor DP is all flumped out and me too. We've got a few very antisocial days planned to recover.

Also hope looking has done her baby!

Hobbit19 · 26/12/2015 04:49

Meh, no Xmas day nap, didn't get to sleep until past midnight and now I am awake and hungry! Think I am going to get up for a very early breakfast.

Sweep number 2 today, think cervixy thoughts Viroids. I don't think it has moved down much (I still can't really reach it), going to be a bit gutted if there is no change from Weds... Gx I am wrong!

ThursdayLastWeek · 26/12/2015 07:40

Morning all!

corgi hope everything is ok Thanks

Good luck for your sweep pud - don't be disheartened if it doesn't seem to do anything. If a baby isn't ready to come out yet, some ladies hand isn't gonna be the thing that encourages it! But you never know!

Peaceful again in our house at present - I wish I could still lie in. DS didn't get to bed until 9pm last night after a very emotional and exciting day for him [santa]

My DH and his friend bought me and my friend (his wife, also upduffed) private Pilates sessions with the instructor we did our mat classes with before we got upduffed. Yippee! Can't wait to get some good back stretching going on in the new year!

Morning! I plan on heading out in search of a cooked breakfast at some point. Need to summon the courage to get out of bed first.

Thursday sounds great!

Corgi "don't panic" is easier said than done, but try to follow it nonetheless. Ring your local EPU for advice.

jellypi3 · 26/12/2015 10:08

Morning all.

corgi hope you are OK x

Xmas dinner no 2 for us today. This one is 4 meats and a millions types of veg! Nom!

pretzelpieces · 26/12/2015 10:34

corgi I hope everything is okay.

pud gx for the sweep or at least more happenings soon anyway!

Discofairypants · 26/12/2015 12:40

Merry Belated Christmas everyone!

Lovely chilled day for us yesterday ... Despite a few hours spent in the kitchen. Enough Turkey left to feed an army so meals sorted for the next couple of days! I'm pretty much just going to play with toys all day [big grin]

Hope all is ok corgi Flowers

Discofairypants · 26/12/2015 12:40

Haha! Grin sorry!

Hobbit19 · 26/12/2015 12:45

Good sweep news ladies, 3cm dilated, woohoo! Had some twinges this morning too so hopefully things will kick off in the next few days.

jellypi3 · 26/12/2015 13:13

I'm jealous of these babies arriving.

ThursdayLastWeek · 26/12/2015 13:24
