Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 43rd grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 42nd grads thread is HERE

The thread we have graduated from is HERE in its 56th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread HERE
for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

HERE is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates. (Except it's not because I don't know how to link to the stats sheet!)

I'm just tired :( another shit night, I'm so glad I don't have to face work tomorrow. I don't think I could cope! I'm also sick of roast dinners!

ThursdayLastWeek · 28/12/2015 08:49

Ah poor jelly.
Maternity leave is for catching up on zeds during the day, make sure you make the most of it!

CarrotPuff · 28/12/2015 09:01

Oh well done pud and babypud, great timing! Would be nice if someone sneaked in another baby by the end of the year Wink

Poor you jelly, hope you can get some good naps today.

I'm v jealous Thurs, I've been feeling heavily pg and about 65 years old for good couple of months now. I blame spd, didn't have that with DS and felt infinitely better!

I can only manage half portions now...

jellypi3 · 28/12/2015 09:19

wow someone is on it updating the stats already!!! trying to ignore my name in 3rd place

CountryGal4 · 28/12/2015 09:29

Sorry been quiet. I'm sooooo tired all the time. My ribs are being arseholes and I Definately have horrible spd.

With you on the eating thing carrot. I had to leave half my crimbo dinner

Peenut · 28/12/2015 09:42

Well done Pud! Huge congrats on lovely little Baby Pud! 🤓👏🏻👏🏻

Food that isn't turkey or ham? I don't know how I'll cope with normal non-calorific dinners!

ThursdayLastWeek · 28/12/2015 09:44

Sympathies carrot and country, I've got my fingers crossed I don't get anything like that - I've seen it totally debilitate a few of my friends, especially in the later stages. I hope yours doesn't get worse.

I'm loving Christmas for grazing - food everywhere!

I thought that too about the stats jelly I checked them an hour and a half ago and pud was already GONE!

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 28/12/2015 09:51

Yeah way to go stats master! I am feeling a bit yuck today. Woke up from a dream about having a cold... had some breakkie and now going to have a swig of Gaviscon and try to go back to sleep for a bit. Children aren't due until afternoon.

pretzelpieces · 28/12/2015 11:11

Well done pud, you absolute star Star

I'm likely to be induced or c sectioned at end of January and that's really coming around quite quickly! Shock

carrot and country sorry to hear about the pains Flowers

jelly merry napmas Xmas Grin

pretzelpieces · 28/12/2015 12:58

I took my knickers off to get in the shower and something went drip onto my foot! Well when I looked down there was white liquid running down my legs, looked like jizz (but definitely isn't). Is this uber swamp fanjo?? (I'm 34+5)

jellypi3 · 28/12/2015 13:03

No idea pret! Phone your mw?

CarrotPuff · 28/12/2015 13:31

Pretz I'd say swamp foof, esp if it was white.

My swamp foof got to a new level. If I don't change my daily liner at least twice a day it goes through and I have wet knickers Hmm I sometimes feel a bit of gush too, freaks me out but totally normal.

pretzelpieces · 28/12/2015 13:44

Ah thank you. It's stopped for now, I think it must be swamp foof! Scared the crap out of me, thought she was going to make an early appearance then Shock

honeysucklejasmine · 28/12/2015 13:53

No queue jumping, Pretz! Must have been a bit scary though Flowers.

Baby is trying to push its way out my belly today. I have a 20cm long vertical abdominal scar next to my belly button and its really tugging on it today.

Also, stretch marks have started on my sides. Yay.

goodnessgraciousgoudaoriginal · 28/12/2015 15:02

Wow!!!! Huge congratulations to yorkshirepud!!!! I can't wait to hear how it went~!!

Bloody hell that's come around quickly!

We had our last appointment today. I didn't really understand what she said about my cervix - it's one finger. As is now tradition, surprise was expressed at how engaged his head is. She basically said signs were pointing that it wouldn't be very imminent (she didn't argue when I suggested we'd probably have a baby free new year's eve in that case).

Next appointment isn't until the day the french system considers me to be at full term, which is 42 weeks.

Frankly I'm in no rush to become a parent (I'm far more worried than excited), but I also think I might go a bit mad if I'm still pregnant in nearly three weeks time!

pretzel - the midwife today said that your waters are clear or very lightly yellow tinged, but never white. So if the stuff had any sort of white in it, then it won't be your waters. Still must have been pretty bloody terrifying though!!!

pretzelpieces · 28/12/2015 15:25

Blimey gouda, they're very chilled out not to see you till then! I'm sure you'll have a baby by that point! Also thanks for the info re waters. This was definitely white so not waters. Phew!

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 28/12/2015 15:28

I have some kind of flu or something. Can't get out of bed and feel like I might vom/shit myself. The one day between now and 5 January I actually need to do work/chores and the kids are home and going bananas FML

Peenut · 28/12/2015 16:02

How very French Gouda! I picture the midwife downing a espresso and perhaps casually smoking a fag in a glamorous French way as she ushers you away for a few weeks!

I've just wept watching Cool Runnings on TV. This spontaneous hysterics thing is getting worse!

Pretz goodness! Extreme leaky fanjo! Glad it's all ok though Xmas Smile

jellypi3 · 28/12/2015 17:08

I love being able to nap! Just caught up on some much needed sleep!!

pret glad it's stopped, it would freak me out. I feel like I'm reverting back to those early days of pg and starting to pants watch again lol!

gouda gx baby doesn't keep you waiting that long! I can't believe you don't see a midwife at all between week 40 and 42, that's when you are most heavily monitored over here I think!!

pretzelpieces · 28/12/2015 17:24

jelly Grin so true! Pants watch is officially back on. I'm off to the cinema tonight to see Mockingjay pt 2 so hopefully nothing unexpected will happen in my knickers for the rest of the day!

ThursdayLastWeek · 28/12/2015 17:43

Feel better soon sky Brew

pretz that's quite some swamp foof! I remember getting out the shower after having DS and wondering what I could feel on my feet - it was milk steaming out of each boob onto each foot!

Good luck gouda! Are you fluent in French, or do you see an English speaking MW? Sorry if that super nosy, I just can't imagine getting through all the preggo jargon with a person speaking a different language!

Love cool runnings pee Grin

Sky sorry you are poorly lovely. Hope DH is keeping things under control.

DH and I have started watching Grimm on Netflix which is OK so far. Smile

SkyWasMadeOfAmethyst · 28/12/2015 20:24

DH has been a champion. I managed to do a bit of work and more importantly figured out how to get my 3ft narwhal tusk to stay erect on my head for the fancy dress party I am going to in a couple of days time Xmas Grin I think the low iron thing is still messing with me. I seem to crash after busy days. Must remember to eat and drink constantly and should probably go up to maximum dose of iron and get on the prune juice... Biscuit off to MILs tomorrow. DPs family have a strict rule about presents. You have to submit a list so there are mostly no awkward sirprises. Except I can't remember what I asked for!

gouda stay active and get Mr Cheese in on the action. I have a feeling that bebe is a coming sooner rather than later Xmas Wink

goodnessgraciousgoudaoriginal · 28/12/2015 21:29

Just worked out it's 41 weeks the next appointment, not 42. Then they check you again in 2 days, and if still nothing in 2 more days, they induce if the cervix is "favourable" or I guess cut you open if not.

sky - I was going to ask if your DP could possibly take some time out to give you a hand. It sounds like you were/are in a pretty bad way!!! Good luck with the iron tablets as well - if it helps, I think it's normal to "crash" after a very busy day, or a busier few days than usual. I've noticed needing 12 hours sleep (not all at once!) the day after a hectic one. I hope that you feel better soon! Also, a Narwhal has got to be one of the best costume ideas ever!

Honey - I bloody love a bit of Grimm! It's brilliant trash tv!! Especially the wolf guy. LOVE him.

Thursday - Everything is done in french. It's actually not that bad - my understanding is pretty advanced, and my DH comes to the vast majority of my appointments in case of language issues. As long as I can answer in short sentences then it's fine (because my spoken french is fucking AWFUL). If there is something more complicated to explain, then I need DH to ask properly, but won't need the response translated. Plus, people in the medical profession speak SO well here. They enunciate everything properly, speak very clearly - it's all absolute text book perfect french. Compared to the people I usually hang out with who make zero effort when they speak, it's very easy to understand!!!

jellypi3 · 28/12/2015 21:46

Probably the most random question, but those of you in the later stages (ie with a big fucking belly) do you have trouble wiping your bum? I'm really struggling, it's becoming a bit of an issue lol. Are my arms just stupid short?
