Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 41st grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The 41sr grads thread is HERE

The thread we have graduated from is HERE in its 55th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread HERE
for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

HERE is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates. (Except it's not because I don't know how to link to the stats sheet!)

Oh Ill I'm so so sorry Thanks

5hell · 17/12/2015 06:56

So very sorry ill :( look after yourself, let dh look after u and don't lose hope, it will happen for u one day xx

pretz I can imagine that will be me at not. ..I don't have many friends that I haven't made through dh and am poor at making and keeping friends. They may be being a bit ott/fake/try hard too soon, so just hang, be nice and I hope they'll include u...even if you don't become bffs :)

CountryGal4 · 17/12/2015 07:11

Ill stay around. Lots of viroids have been through the same. We're here to support youFlowers

fruitlovingmonkey · 17/12/2015 07:47

I'm so sorry Ill Flowers
I hope your DH is looking after you.
My best advice is to be kind to yourself, it might take longer than you expect to feel in any way better but you are strong and you can get through this. Just be gentle and give yourself whatever you need.
Sending you big hugs and please stick around if you feel able.

YouBastardSockBalls · 17/12/2015 07:48

ill I'm so so so sorry Sad Flowers

Hope you're as OK as can be expected. I'm sorry xx

justtheonethen · 17/12/2015 08:04

Just popping over to give ill a cuddle. You poor poor darling. Be kind to yourself, take it easy and talk to the viroids if you want to. Sending you lots of love Flowers

lildottie · 17/12/2015 08:21

ill im so sorry. Nothing we can say can help and even knowing soamy of us have been there won't really help right now. It's the most soul crushing thing to have to go through. Do what you need to to get through this whatever that may be.

FeatheredTail · 17/12/2015 08:35

Ill so sorry to read this. Please stick around for some support. I know it won't be huge comfort, but as lots of the viroids have mentioned, many of us have miscarried and will want to hold your hand through this. Sending hugs your way.

ThursdayLastWeek · 17/12/2015 08:37

jellypi3 · 17/12/2015 08:48

CountryGal4 · 17/12/2015 09:09

Grads/grads grads experiences with severe hypermobility syndrome. What was consultants advice re c section vs normal?? The one I saw yesterday was against doing one based on something that might happen but wasn't willing to go for me reasons for it as they may not happen..... Ass backwards logic much?

pretzelpieces · 17/12/2015 09:24

Oh ill, I'm so so sorry, that's very sad news Sad. Look after yourself and we are here if you need us, always.

Thanks 5hell.

Jcandy · 17/12/2015 09:43

Oh ill I'm so sorry. Look after yourself Flowers

Jcandy · 17/12/2015 09:46

pret I thought that a lot with my nct group but ive perservered. The difficulty when your not that great at making friends is that it takes a lot of effort all the time. But keep going. Hopefully you will all set up a messaging group (like whatsapp) when you finish so you can keep in touch. Our nct leader also made us put dates in to meet which was really helpful. I've definitely got closer to the group since we finished classes.

pretzelpieces · 17/12/2015 09:55

Yeah I've not given up on them, I'm still trying. It just makes me feel crap when other people are bonding and I feel like I'm really not. I need to know there'll be other opportunities to make friends if nct doesn't work out.

pretzelpieces · 17/12/2015 10:08

Also thank you jc! I really hope that we'll have more in common once we've had the babies cause everything will be different then...

oneyorkshirepud · 17/12/2015 10:09

We haven't done NCT Pretzel, and there are a whole world of mummy and baby activities that you can join in with once mini pretzel arrives. You may find it easier to talk/make friends when you have a baby to talk about/be a distraction iyswim? That's my plan anyway.

KeepTheHope · 17/12/2015 10:36

Ill I am so very sorry. Be kind to yourself, rest and take all the time you need to grieve. Sending best wishes and hugs to you both Thanks

YouBastardSockBalls · 17/12/2015 10:40

There's no nct where I live pretzel and I managed, although I felt a bit like i was missing out when everyone was going on about how fun it is!
I did baby swimming, baby massage and playgroup, and found a few close friends but not loads. My health visitor put me in touch with people too Smile

I live VERY rurally so there's not much to do, if you're anywhere near a town you should be ok!

pretzelpieces · 17/12/2015 10:48

Thanks pud, yeah I think you're right. We just have no common ground at the moment really, apart from due dates close together?

yb yes I can see how that would be harder. I am near a town and about a 5 minute walk from a sure start centre so I'm very lucky really!

pretzelpieces · 17/12/2015 10:50

I think I wanted people to talk to irl about pregnancy stuff cause it's hard but my experience is so different to theirs because of the gestational diabetes. Perhaps that why I feel separate. But there's a chance we'll have similar birth experiences/parenting approaches/whatever and bond later (or I'll make friends elsewhere!). I've clicked so much with you lot, I wish there was a real life shaggers group!

SanPellegrini · 17/12/2015 11:15

Ill so so sorry I know it's no help but thinking of you Thanks

fruitlovingmonkey · 17/12/2015 11:27

Pretz more people share your worries about making friends than you would ever realise. I don't have any really close friends where I live and I'm really hoping to make some when the baby arrives but I'm also nervous in case it doesn't happen.
Viroids, does bump size mean anything in 2nd tri? The nurse who did my blood test yesterday asked how many weeks I am and when I told her she said "but you're so small!" Now I'm worried about it. It doesn't help that I've lost a bit of weight this week from being ill and not eating as much. I put on a lot in the first tri so I'm ok on the charts but is this a bad sign?

Jcandy · 17/12/2015 11:50

No fruit don't worry! If she hasn't measured you (which they won't till 24 weeks) then no one's comments on bump size are in the least bit helpful. Unfortunately this will be the start of many! You'll also have days where one person will say how small you are and the next how big! It's none of their business so please don't worry Smile

Peenut · 17/12/2015 12:37

Oh Ill so so sorry to hear that news. If you need to chat you are in good company here. CakeCakeCakeflowers]flowers] I hope seeing your family and friends over Christmas helps you through this xxx
