Thanks all! It's such a good feeling. We had to pay £5 for scan pics! We got four for that.

Lovelybeano · 25/11/2015 15:33

Congratulations cheshire & potkettle !!!

Mrspopper · 25/11/2015 15:48

I can't remember where everyone lives but if anyone is going to kingston hospital you have to pay for scan pics.

LouLou030783 · 25/11/2015 15:58

Have to say we scots are lucky then xx can't believe u need to pay

Lovelybeano · 25/11/2015 16:14

£4 at my local hospital Shock

Violet88 · 25/11/2015 16:23

Hiya, does anyone else have their 12 week scan on monday? Loved seeing all the beautiful scan pictures, congrats everybody!! I can't wait now!!

I'm another one having the glucose test, I think they said it would be at 28 weeks, but she said they use lucozade now at my hospital instead of the syrup!! Mines because I've got family with diabetes.

Belvedere · 25/11/2015 16:24

That's rubbish Mrsmugoo, they wrote to me, which I got on Saturday. My midwife said to call the hospital if you haven't heard when you get to 12 weeks which is tomorrow for you isn't it? Are you Clifton or cotham? Is southmead closer for you?

Torfhinn · 25/11/2015 17:01

My scan is Monday too violet!

iamdivergent · 25/11/2015 17:07

Anyone else constipated!? I've just gone for first time in 4 days and it wasn't what I'd call a proper one! I'm so bloated and windy, and the burps are mental too! It's just all go here Blush

Feeling OK today so might attempt to dtd as DH is feeling a bit sorry for himself! Only managed it 4 times since we found out 5wks ago Blush he'll have to do all the work though, I'm knackered!

mrsmugoo · 25/11/2015 17:21

I'm actually NOT, divergent, but I was, massively, at this point in my last pregnancy. And also my boobs were agony at this point last time, but absolutely normal this time.

TomboyGirl · 25/11/2015 17:27

I am in the same boat Divergent ! I thought the bloating and constipation would ease one I passed the 12 week Mark but I only had a short reprieve and now it's back in full force ConfusedHmm

LouLou030783 · 25/11/2015 17:37

Divergent think I've done it like 3/4 times since found out and just have no feckin energy to try I feel so guilty but I'm just goosed

MollieRos · 25/11/2015 17:39

Great to hear more positive scan news. I have mine tomorrow, eek!

JellyBaby26 · 25/11/2015 17:41

Saw the doctor today about my bottom and she asked to have a look! Eek. Hell no. She had to take my word for it....

Great we have had so many positive scans. Ours is next Tuesday, and DDs results should be back imminently so I'll know if I need to have further tests....so nervous! I really don't want to have to make a difficult decision !

mrsmugoo · 25/11/2015 18:02

Belvedere - I live in Clifton so I go to Hampton house midwives. St Michael's is technically closer but we preferred southmead. I'll phone them tomorrow (12w). I hope they even received the fax!!

I just spoke to my Mum on the phone and if she mentioned how desperate she is to tell people once.....Angry

SliceofLemon · 25/11/2015 18:14

Just checking in. Nausea is fading a little now at 10+3 and definitely developing a large bloat/bump in the evenings as many of you are! Boobs much less painful.
Had another scan today and all fine despite the spotting. 12 week scan on 7th, so think quite a lot of scan date buddies!

laughingGnomette · 25/11/2015 18:34

I think OH is keeping quiet about dtd until 12wks as he thinks I'll magically feel less cr@p every day then. hmmmm.

Mrsmugoo I thought you were Clifton, but I suppose you are between them both. My son is at nursery in Clifton, is yours?
Fingers crossed your scan comes through so you can shut your mum up!

JoMalones · 25/11/2015 19:41

Lovely scan photos!

dollydaydream84 · 25/11/2015 19:48

So sorry I haven't caught up or read back, had no wifi/3G for 2 days and it was like torture. So pleased for all the happy scan photos!!

Nausea has been a bit better as long as I've been able to stuff my face but tiredness is back with a vengence - hubby also seems to be exhausted in sympathy for me too Hmm

Hope all are well :)

mrsmugoo · 25/11/2015 19:51

Belvedere yep he goes to Clifton tots

Belvedere · 25/11/2015 20:27

How funny Mrsmugoo mine nearly went there and then I moved jobs and now he goes to amberley hall.

mrsmugoo · 25/11/2015 20:44

I've heard good things about that one!

I absolutely love Clifton tots though, can't fault it.

bikingintherain · 25/11/2015 21:15

My DH is experienced enough in my pregnancies to know dtd is the exception rather than the rule. They should think of it as their equivalent to ms. We all have some pain to endure!

TomboyGirl · 25/11/2015 22:26

Cheshirem2b are you at the Macc hospital? I'm due on 2nd June!
