Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 32nd grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 50th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates.

Just spoke to wiggly on facebook and she's not had baby yet, so you're technically not next still dulcet if that makes you feel a bit better?

jelly gx everything will be fine, I'm sure it will be. Know how nerve-wracking it is though x

My dad doesn't drive so she had to drive herself to hospital when she had me. She says she sat in the car had a contraction and then immediately drive the 6 minute journey to the hospital before she had another. Now that's timing it well!

LaLaLaaaa · 04/07/2015 18:39

JC my hospital is 45 min away! So I'd be very lucky to not have a contraction on the way. I had to drive myself when I was having MC because dh was drunk and it was awful!

Jcandy · 04/07/2015 18:53

Yeah you definitely don't want to be doing that!!

batfish · 04/07/2015 18:57

Ooh la now I want to know who your ex and his wife are!

I was wondering when to put mr bat on a booze ban - it is zero tolerance here so he wouldn't even be able to have 1, I was thinking 37 weeks would be a good cut off.

LaLaLaaaa · 04/07/2015 18:59

It's the worst journey ever too - really bad traffic. We are hoping I go into labour during night or middle of day, otherwise we are buggered

Bat I asked mine to do it from 37 weeks.

You won't know the person unless you live in Scotland :)

Scone recipe warfare:

Mary Berry (left) versus Delia (right)

There's a clear winner

Those delia scones look Delish :)

I drove myself to the hospital when I broke my foot (roughly 20 min drive away). What was worse was when I drove myself back home again in a cast...

Fleurchamp · 04/07/2015 20:18

Hmm, yes Mary has let you down there la

I had my non baby shower today, was all very nice and civilised Grin I am shattered now though!

honeysucklejasmine · 04/07/2015 20:22

I drove home on the m25 once when I was having stabbing pains every time I took a breath. Not recommended.

La Delia is the best. Period.

Can't believe Wiggly hasn't popped yet!

WilHarlot · 04/07/2015 21:49

I live in Scotland...

So glad I can't see the scones or I'd really be wanting one.

Gaggia (or anyone else with knowledge) if you had to pick one thing to do/see in Northumberland, what would it be? (has to be suitable for taking smallfry).

gaggiagirl · 04/07/2015 22:12

wil Alnwick gardens and castle I think, costs a bloody fortune though.
Without children I could spend hours in barter books in Alnwick.
Some one else might have some better suggestions though as I'm from Northumberland I'm probably less phased by it.
My little lot on our budget always have a great time at amble harbour, fish and chips, market, nice shops, puffin cruise, boutique ice cream at spurelli's, beach walks that sort of thing.

LaLaLaaaa · 04/07/2015 22:19

Second everything gaggia just said - Alnwick is stunning, but if money is tight then beaches, puffins, fish n chips etc. tbh

Wil you'll know who it is but no way am I putting anything on mn!

LaLaLaaaa · 04/07/2015 22:20

Ooh Fleur what did you do at baby shower?

OP posts:
WilHarlot · 04/07/2015 22:22

Yeah that's mainly the plan tbh but don't mind doing one or two more expensive things. May end up just doing the gardens or the castle and not both. Thank you muchly!

WilHarlot · 04/07/2015 22:24

Why that's what fb is for La Wink

Fleurchamp · 04/07/2015 22:37

We just had lunch and a good old natter Grin it's the first time me and all my old school friends have been together in over a year.
It's lovely, it's like we only saw each other last week.

LaLaLaaaa · 04/07/2015 22:39

That sounds perfect Fleur, glad you had a lovely day!

I'll pm you wil

I once drove around the narrow windy lanes of Wales looking for a hospital after I had stabbed myself in the eye with mascara wand. I couldn't open that eye at all and the other one was trying to close in sympathy. And I could only use one hand to drive as I had to keep the other one clamped over my gimpy eye. Super safe. But I refused to call an ambulance as it wasn't an emergency, couldn't afford a taxi (Student) and didn't know anyone within a two hour drive. Fun times.

ASOS have a good sale on. Go into sale, then search maternity and your size. if you are really tight like me you can order by price low to high and then only buy things off the first two pages. Enjoy!

DulcetMoans · 04/07/2015 23:17

Sounds lovely fleur! Glad you got to celebrate in the way you wanted!

Some interesting looking scones there la, but id still eat them if cream was available!

You're so close now jelly. Sweet thing for DP to say but understandably a bit upsetting. Just a couple more days!

DH didn't drink and all is fine with that, he doesn't mind and is probably done now until baby comes anyway. Although NCT dads want to go out on my due date! If any group should understand not wanting to drink they should, surely!

honeysucklejasmine · 05/07/2015 03:47

My boobs hurt.

That is all.

LaLaLaaaa · 05/07/2015 04:19

You would think dulcet!

Been awake over an hour now with active baby - have tried walking about, rocking, Daisy movements, trying to get baby to go back to sleep.

He is happily punching me in the bits and it bloody hurts!

OP posts:
LaLaLaaaa · 05/07/2015 04:20

X post honey!

OP posts:
DulcetMoans · 05/07/2015 06:09

Is it punching la or is it pushing? Mine does like slow pushes down with its head, I think it's figuring out the exit and just testing it to see how it might work. Not ready yet though!

Is your baby shower thing today or tomorrow?

Have you been prodding them honey?? Or laying on them?

honeysucklejasmine · 05/07/2015 08:15

I sleep on my side so I think one of my arms has been resting on them. Oh wells. At least I know something is happening!

La not even born and already giving you grief! Ha ha ha!
