Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 31st grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 49th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

Here is the stats list, please update your own spot with any updates: Stats

Not had a chance to read, but she is here, 7lb9oz @21:34!
Really need a nap, but she is wanting to feed!
Speak soon!

Hobbit19 · 23/06/2015 01:25

Bendigedig Cym!! Well done! Enjoy the snuggles!

Honey is there a new series of OBEM? I am going to make DH watch it in order to desensitise him. (He had to sit down and close his eyes when I had my 12 week bloods taken.) Hmm He passed out in a first aid class last year, I'm not sure he will make it through the birth....

So no nap and awake at 1am? WTF?!

teejayem · 23/06/2015 01:53

Brilliant news cym well done! Huge congrats xx

LaLaLaaaa · 23/06/2015 03:05

Well done cym and congratulations! She's here at last!!!

Xxx

ZylaB · 23/06/2015 06:18

Congrats cym!

pud my DH has always been very squeamish. We agreed he'd be head end only, but when it came to it, he just manned up and was absolutely fine, even in theatre for my emcs, because I needed him :)

Fleurchamp · 23/06/2015 06:49

Congrats cym!! Flowers

Jcandy · 23/06/2015 06:51

Well done cym Grin great news that she's finally arrived!

Lookingforadvice123 · 23/06/2015 07:01

Yey llongyfarchiadau cym! Lush news.

tee I hope you're not offended but I can't bring myself to read your birth story Sad I was squeamish before getting pregnant let alone now! I'd rather just look at the cute baby pics and pretend they were all breathed out! Ignorance is bliss.

jellypi3 · 23/06/2015 07:29

Congrats cym :) welcome to the world little cym.

More arse rain this morning and more pain in my lower back/hip. Should I let the midwife know? Surely it's too early for the pain to be pg related?

Purpleball · 23/06/2015 07:44

Congratulations Cym, hope you've managed a rest now. Look forward to pics Smile

DulcetMoans · 23/06/2015 07:48

Great news cym! Can't wait to see her. (And bendigendig is one on my fave welsh words!) lol.

It's bag packing day viroids. This shit is going to happen!

gaggiagirl · 23/06/2015 08:47

ChatEnOeuf · 23/06/2015 08:51

Congratulations Cym, just seen the pic, she's lush Smile

deeplybaffled · 23/06/2015 08:57

Congratulations, cym - so pleased she's finally agreed to come out and meet you all!

Indigoblue2 · 23/06/2015 09:01

Oh cym wonderful news, congrats on your new daughter! As gaggia said we require all the details immediately!! WinkSmile

Fleurchamp · 23/06/2015 09:04

Ha! ga on my "to do before we go to hospital list" I have - weigh myself. DH was a bit Hmm

gaggiagirl · 23/06/2015 09:27

You do fleur. I'm glad you've made a note of it. I'll be doing the same.

goodnessgraciousgouda · 23/06/2015 09:39

looking - I do think it's important to know what can happen to prevent getting stressed and panicked on the day.

However, I know what you mean, as I'm also v. squeamish. DH will have firm instructions to: stay by my head, (at peril of actual death), and to make sure that I have ALL the drugs. Luckily over here they are happy to give you whatever you want!

I do also think that by the time you give birth, there is a biological imperative which makes women sick of being pregnant and willing to put up with quite a lot in order to get the baby out!

But mainly - drugs.

goodnessgraciousgouda · 23/06/2015 09:40

And congratulations cym!!! Amazing news!!

Wow, we have babies popping out everywhere at the moment! Flowers

RhiannonElward · 23/06/2015 10:00

Congratulations cym! She's lovely :) I hope you're enjoying lots of cuddles and managed to squeeze a nap in.

goodnessgraciousgouda · 23/06/2015 10:12

By the way, when did you all decide on baby names?

I've been building up a list of names I like, but seem to have a strong preference for girls' names - I've got nine girls names, and only three boys names Confused

If the scan shows we are having a boy, then there's only one boy's name I really like so it might be a bit easier (though DH might be a bit Hmm)

batfish · 23/06/2015 10:27

gouda we haven't decided on names yet - we have a possible boys name but I don't feel that I've looked at all the boys names in the world yet so I can't commit. We had a girls name since before I was even pregnant but it's all gone a bit wrong because I thought it was a first name middle name situation and mr bat thought it was a hyphenated first name. I think his version sounds gypsy and he doesn't like my version so we are back to the drawing board a bit for girls! 14 weeks 5 days to decide Grin

DulcetMoans · 23/06/2015 10:36

Still no name here gouda, have tasked DH with coming home with a list of five boy and girl names today and I will do the same to see what we have got. We sorted middle names though I think - we have family names planned from grandparents. Don't think the parents will mind but you can never tell - especially with my dad!

I was planning a post it on the front door of things to so before leaving the house. I will add weigh myself for you gaggia! (But maybe not looking and getting DH to write down the number!)

Purpleball · 23/06/2015 10:45

We've got a shortlist of names we both like but I don't love any of them. DH doesn't like the boys name I love and I'm trying hard not to get angry about it! he probably lets me have my own way too much
