Anybody else out there??! Just got my faint BFP on a first response test! Only 9DPO so shouldn't really have tested - I told myself I wouldn't till I missed my period! - but was just feeling very pregnant. My due date is showing as 1st March. This would be number 2 for me, I already have a little girl, 20 months. Only symptoms so far are very sore boobs and a snuffy nose first thing in the morning!

shieldbug · 13/07/2015 20:59

Oh snow so so sorry to hear that. Look after yourself. I thought after my mc I wouldn't try again, mostly because of my age and not wanting to go through another mc, but here I am. I wish you all the best for the future whatever you decide xx

shieldbug · 13/07/2015 21:01

Sorry to hear a few of you are going through worries with spotting; if it's any help, with ds2 I had a period and then sporadic spotting throughout and he survived it all. Hope you are all ok.

Wonkyparsnip · 13/07/2015 21:33

Urgh the nausea has hit! Whhhhyyy??? If it's like last time I've got 11 weeks of this, it's so depressing and makes me want to cry! Can't open the fridge, go near the bin - my tummy hurts Confused

QforCucumber · 14/07/2015 09:08

Anyone got any good ideas for getting out of drinking tea at work?

Normally go through about 5 cups a day, people keep making them for me ha.

maybebabybee · 14/07/2015 09:09

Nausea has hit me today as well, don't know if it's here to stay. Not being sick or anything, just feeling a little queasy.

I got my 3+ on the CB digital last night which felt like a little milestone to me. Not that it means anything in the grand scheme of things, but was nice to see. Also did my last FRER just for fun and the test line was so dark that it sucked most of the dye out of the control.

maybebabybee · 14/07/2015 09:09

Qfor why don't you just drink decaf? That's what I'm doing, brought my own decaf bags in :)

dobbythedoggy · 14/07/2015 09:22

Strugling with the nausea this morning. Was vomiting at just gone midnight, dh got into bed late and woke me up, rocking the bed. Tmi, brought up everything that I'd manage to eat last night! Attempted to nibbile a digestive after giving dd her breakfast, made me feel so ill, then she came to give me a hug and smelt so strongly of her cereal, back to hugging the toilet. Trying to get enough fluid down me so I'll have something in my blader for my appoinment at epau. Really dreading the bus ride over there now.

smirking I'd forgotten how much the awful sicky feeling could make my stomach hurt!

Me624 · 14/07/2015 09:45

Qforcucumber I normally guzzle down pints of tea too. I've been trying to stick to 3 cups max which should be ok. Once I get to the magic twelve weeks I'll start bringing decaf in, I don't much like the taste of it though, remember when my parents started buying it because my dad was cutting out caffeine Confused

hazel good luck for the scan, come back and tell us what you can see! I have got one booked a week on Saturday when I'll be 8+1, I decided to hang on until then because they should definitely be able to see the heartbeat by then I think as long as everything is ok.

marmitemofo · 14/07/2015 09:59

twinings decaf is quite nice, i actually enjoy drinking it. waitrose own brand and typhoo are also ok. all other brands taste horrible to me.

nausea has started today, quite mild but I'm expecting it to get worse. also very hungry all the time and eating is the only thing that will settle my tummy Hmm exactly the same as when I was pregnant with DD... and I ended up putting on weight in the first trimester then Confused

BeautifulLiar · 14/07/2015 09:59

Nauseous here too. had my first "wretch" today and really shouted at the kids. Summer holidays are going to be hard Sad

And yes it is depressing to think there will be more of it! Aagghh.

BeautifulLiar · 14/07/2015 10:02

Oh and I've completely gone off tea just like last time!

QforCucumber · 14/07/2015 10:03

marmite I'm starving, all the time, Weighed myself today and i'm a kilo heavier - and only 5 weeks in.

Looks like I'm going to be massive.

Found a multipack of fruit teas in the work kitchen, told the other person in my office I'm going to see if I can try them all haha - and there is my no tea excuse for this week!

ThursdayLast · 14/07/2015 10:09

I can recommend Yorkshire Tea Decaf - I had some typhoo in for friends and it just doesn't taste like tea to me!

I've started drinking decaf tea in order to save my caffeine for my morning cup of proper coffee Grin

I also had my first retch this morning - DS had managed to squidge banana on his pjs and dressing gown and I didn't realise til it was all brown and squashed in

Battleshiphips · 14/07/2015 10:18

Hi all can I jump on. I'm around 6 weeks so due early March I think. Already got 8 yr old ds. We ttc for 6 years then decided to stop trying and a year later I'm pg! I can't stop crying though! We do have a fear aggressive dog who hates kids and it's breaking my heart thinking he may have to go! Never cried so much in my life. Only got slight nausea at minute. I have my first appointment at diabetic ante-natal next Tuesday. Very excited but scared too.

Lmf679 · 14/07/2015 10:18

Could I join? Got my bfp yesterday, am about 4 weeks. DS has just turned 1 so will have my hands full. Very excited though

JoannaZZ · 14/07/2015 10:18

Omg I feel even more sick today (6+4) - can only eat plain rice cakes and am boiling some potatoes now, hope they go down ok. I haven't actually been sick yet, but felt pretty close in the shower earlier.

The problem is that I'm flying this afternoon, only 90 minutes but still. Not looking forward to takeoff Shock

My boobs are only a tiny bit sore, I only feel it if I squeeze them. If I could choose I'd rather have sore boobs than morning sickness!
