im sick...AGAIN!
im starting to get a slighty rounder stomach now its pretty noticeable as im only a size 8 & 5ft 6 and my boobs are getting alot bigger dp is annoying me as he wont leave them alone he doesn't understand how much they hurt!!!
ready don't feel guilty ur sick im off again i can't even pluck up the courage to ring in! Hope everyone's well

loveulots I would say that don't overdo the water - I ended up in agony at one of my 12 week scans as my bladder was too full and when the sonographer pressed down I nearly threw up! Just don't go to the loo for the hour before and you should be fine.

I've attached my scans - from 7+2, 8+6 and 10+2 - amazing how much Bean looks like a baby now rather than a blob. Bean was wriggling and moving around at the 10+2 scan, so cannot wait until the 12 week scan (at 12+2)

Thanks for the support ladies, really feel like I have the hangover from hell today. Apologies in advance for tmi, but all I am bringing up is loads of bile, I read this morning that this is how your liver disposes of excess hormones. So my new theory is that two babies are producing too many hormones.

So exciting now we're all headed for our scans. Can't believe there are 84 of us though... thats huge!

I'm procrastinating at work. Alternating between feeling hungry and feeling sick.

Thank you all so much for your good wishes, they seem to have worked! Lildude was fine on the scan and even gave us a wave. I've never felt more relieved! I'm bang on 10 weeks so next milestone is 12wk scan on 9th. It helps so much to read this thread and feel like we're a bit of a team getting through this. Thanks lovelies! Xxx

Great news lil

Finally got my 12 week scan letter - 10th July. Can't wait but it's the day before my sisters wedding and don't want to tell everyone on the day so will be another event of trying not to let on I'm not drinking. Also I have no one to have DD. The letter says only one person may accompany - will they let DH in with DD? Obviously I'll give her snack etc to keep her still and quite.

Thanks everybody for your advice re sticking with the EPU scan, I'm glad I did as they couldn't have been lovelier about it and said I definitely wasn't wasting their time! The scan was remarkably clear and the little one was really wriggly and bigger than I thought (they wanted to bring the scan date forward after seeing him but didn't have the space.) Lilduck - so pleased to hear all well with you too - we will be scan twins on the 9th of July (when they've estimated I'll be a touch over thirteen weeks).

So pleased to here Lil and Marv's beans are doing well

Congrats Marv that's great news! My Epu guys were great too, I wish I could just bypass the GP altogether.

Kep, all settled now thanks, or at least no more bleeding today. They said this late on it would be a heavy bleed if it was a MC so anything light I can just wait until the 12 week scan. I'm sure the GP thought she was being professional and cautious but she really was bloody terrifying and I think she just assumed blood=miscarriage which is basically bollox. I'll steer clear of that one in future!

Spending the day calming the f down on the sofa, then tomorrow it's back to the office and thinking I should tell the boss. Feels wierd for some reason, but I could do with some more WFH days and flexible hours to help with the last bouts of wicked-bad nausea I'm getting and I guess two scans in it feels a bit less like tempting fate. Xx

Anyone else dealing with insane levels of saliva? Last night I had to sit there spitting into a cup constantly, dh wasn't impressed! Off to dr again to beg for drugs, still being sick every day and going by last time I've got 5 more weeks of it

Well I'm the opposite of you crumble. Had my 12wk scan earlier (calculated from ovulation that I should be 11+5). Bean only measured in at 10+4! I asked if that was a worry, I.e. devoloping slowly, but they said they weren't worried at all considering how active bean looked. Wiggling and bucking about and heart was strong going like the clappers.
I knew implantation could be a while after ovulation but not that long! They said it's not uncommon. It could be a case of a lazy egg or slow swimmers (or bit of both).

Main thing is bean is happy and well! Just stepped back a week. Have to go back for another scan for NT screen as too small now.

So stats update, New EDD 15th Jan, though they don't want to give me one for def until my actual 12wk scan on 3rd July.

Jeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeez I'm going crazy.

I'm 11+2 and I still don't have a date for my 12 week scan.

I've tried ringing 3 different numbers for various departments in the hospital, only to be passed to someone else, engaged or hung up on after I've waited a while. No-one will talk to me. This was supposedly booked a week ago but I've had no letter or confirmation or anything. No idea when it's meant to be happening.

I just want to know when an appointment will be before the day itself. Is that such a terrible demand?? I found out about my booking in 1.5 hours before it actually happened - it was just luck I had the car with me that day.

Why does this keep happening to me? I am the magic invisible woman.
