Come put your feet up in the Zen den and let the dh's wait on us hand and foot whilst we nurture the fruit of their loins in our bellies :-)

Great night! I hope the time goes quickly for you. Same to you too babs!

I still keep checking the toilet paper for bleeding....Hmm

I am so thankful we had early scan at 8 weeks but the 4 weeks until the12 week scan have dragged by sooooooooo slowly Confused

dojo123 · 01/06/2015 13:35

I still check the loo roll and I've had the 12wk scan! It's going to be another 4wks until I hear chip's heart beat we only saw it fluttering, no sound on the scan.

nightandthelight · 01/06/2015 14:05

We're never going to stop worrying are we...

Was just told all about a miscarriage by a colleague (who obvs doesn't know about me). Obviously massively sympathetic but my fear levels have increased massively :(

Yokyil · 01/06/2015 14:35

night it's going to be one of those things that people unfortunately say without thinking! But 9 times out of 10 they're saying it to the wrong person & causes great upset Sad put the fear on the back burner - is easy to say, but I'm now just taking it one day at a time! I'm over 3 weeks past where we lost our baba in January so every day is a blessing. We worry about every tiny thing but it's only natural if you've experienced a loss - just don't let it rule all. Big Congrats Flowers

nightandthelight · 01/06/2015 19:01

Great news that everything is going well for you yokyil, how many weeks are you now?

Yokyil · 02/06/2015 16:12

8w4 so will be 9 weeks this Friday - and get my scan done next Thursday - cannot come quick enough!! Still get my panicky moments night - am hoping the scan will settle that for a bit! Confused How're you feeling?

nightandthelight · 02/06/2015 16:54

Exciting times ahead yokyil! Fx everything looks good on the scan, I'm sure it will :) I'm only 4w today so very early on and terrified at this point. Do have symptoms though so that is reassuring :)

chopsface · 03/06/2015 10:07

loopylou1984 · 03/06/2015 20:44

Haha, it's okay mslight - I shouldn't even be here! But anyone wanna feel me in on the gossip?

Night - about 3 weeks to go until our first appointment and maybe 3.5weeks until I have to start stabbing myself! How are you? X

nightandthelight · 03/06/2015 20:57

Stabbing does not sound pleasant Sammy but all for a good cause! No pain no gain as they say Hmm

I am well, wondering how time has slowed down so much! Probably the same with you waiting for these three weeks to go by?

mslightyear · 03/06/2015 21:05

Sammy It won't be long now until the ball gets rolling and you will be in the thick of ivf!!! enjoy the next couple of weeks relaxing chick. I'm so excited for you!!!!!!!!! Grin

loopylou1984 · 03/06/2015 21:47

Yes night, time is at standstill!

Mslight, yes, I'm trying to relax :). Need to find myself a distraction! Xx

nightandthelight · 04/06/2015 07:17

Today I feel like death warmed up and I won't get home till 10 this evening :(

mslightyear · 04/06/2015 07:41

Oh no Night! Whats wrong?

nightandthelight · 04/06/2015 08:15

Nothing major! Just feel gritty and exhausted. Really can't face the thought of three hours on a train this evening, an assessment and not getting home till 10 :(

Right will stop complaining now! How is everyone else?

MarysPrayer · 04/06/2015 20:56

Night how are you feeling now? Exhaustion and nausia has well and truly kicked in already here. I know I should be grateful but it's so early to be feeling like this.

nightandthelight · 04/06/2015 20:59

I'm better thanks Mary :) tired and have a headache (seriously can't go more than 10 mins without water before getting a headache). Sorry to hear that the nauseau is setting in, try to see it as a good thing?!

Oysterbabe · 04/06/2015 21:01

Only symptoms I have right now are v sore boobs, headaches and tiredness. I'm mostly just feeling impatient and want the next 6 weeks to pass so I can have a scan and tell people.

MarysPrayer · 04/06/2015 21:02

It is, definitely. I'm with you on the constant drinking too. I'm also punished with awful migraines if not. Glad you're feeling a bit better now though.

MarysPrayer · 04/06/2015 21:03

Same here Oyster, although, because of the previous mc, I'm considering having a private reassurance scan at 9ish weeks.

Oysterbabe · 04/06/2015 21:53

I'm surprised NHS won't give you an early scan because of your mc, they definitely should.
I'm sure we'll both be fine Smile
