If you're due in November 2015, well here's your ante natal club! Come and talk about vomit inducing man-scents, cheese roasties you simply cannot do without/or stand, the picked ice cream you must have right now, and the bubbling desire to tell the world but checking dates to restrain yourself!

I know any reassurance is good!

Heir that's lovely you had your app and feel reassured. Did you discuss the spotting then? What were you told? (desperately seeking spotting reassurance almost hourly....)

Mamama basically that anything brown is fine as it's old blood. If it gets bright red or if it starts being heavy or painful then she said to call the GP or go to A&E, but that a small amount of brownish spotting is totally normal and due normally to things just settling down in there. She was lovely, she'll be my named midwife all the way through which is good.

Mamama31 · 02/04/2015 19:39

Heir thanks that is good news! That's lovely for you that she is nice, makes all the difference :)

mama I know! I didn't find out til around 22 weeks, missed all the stress last time, and was about 4 stone lighter Blush different set of worries entirely!

Crumbelina · 02/04/2015 21:02

Lots of sympathy, Annbag. Sad I've got flu and nausea, but I've only got myself to look after. My glow is scheduled to start 11 April when I hit 12 weeks exactly. It WILL happen.

Agree, the sun will come out as well. Smile

stace1986 · 02/04/2015 21:09

Ugh my nausea is slowly killing me off. Sorry for the melodrama I am really struggling today. Saw the doctor and he told me to double the dose of tablets I have been prescribed and basically just get on with it! All I have managed is some toast today! 7 weeks now, hoping its going to get better soon. It cant get any worse!! Sorry to moan on. OH just doesn't get it! :(

Lauramum23 · 02/04/2015 21:10

Id love to be one of those women that find out much later on! With all 3 I've found out at the latest 5 weeks!
I was also 19/20when I had my first but then we had 2 more at 22 and 25, so I'm way older now at 32!Smile But that's why I wanted another because most women start having kids at 30 ish and I'd finished!

So my kids ages when (hopefully) this one is here will be 12,9,6! I hope it doesn't upset things too much.

pennygirl26 · 02/04/2015 21:12

Hope everyones ms gets better soon mine seems to kick in each night at 7.30. Sad

Crumbelina · 02/04/2015 21:18

Penny, my MS is the same. It started off being an all day thing, died down for a couple of weeks and is now staying quite low-level until it really kicks in from about 6pm onwards. No idea why it's changed!

Crumbelina · 02/04/2015 21:23

Thanks Ann! Recovering now after 4 days off work (oops!). I look very grey and spotty and the small shread of energy I have comes from Lucozade.

SnozzberryPie · 02/04/2015 21:50

Today when I got in from work I was overcome by an urge to eat a whole pickled red pepper from a jar in the fridge Blush. It tasted good Grin

I have an achey back, probably from lifting dd all of the time. Going to take the sides off her cot this weekend so I don't have to lift her in and out all of the time. Wish me luck!

PS is wanting to punch Nigel farage in the face a symptom of pregnancy rage? Grin

mrsscarlettbutler · 02/04/2015 22:05

If you are still here halestone I'm so sorry. Take care of yourself Flowers

annatha · 02/04/2015 22:30

Grin

Tomorrow I WILL put something green in my body!

Crumbelina · 02/04/2015 22:40

Grin Annatha, love it!

I had some peas with dinner. Some actual real-life green peas. Very proud of myself! Smile

TwoBeesInTheHive · 03/04/2015 00:00

annatha I'm obsessed with cheese too what is that about?? its one of the very few foods I can stomach but I'm actually craving it! would have thought that would be one of the last things I'd want with morning sickness!

Poppyninja · 03/04/2015 03:49

Gosh. Not used to this posting malarkey and how it all works. Just spotted sad news- so sorry halestone :(

Love the meals annatha! . I seem to be craving anything beige. Currently wide awake at gone 3am due to be hungry / nauseous again. OH keeps laughing at me rustling food packets in bed. Eating loads of carbs which is not normal. Def not much green stuff at moment

sophiaslullaby · 03/04/2015 07:32

Lauramum23 · 03/04/2015 07:46

Omg I am so sick of getting up for a pee in the night!! I normally do 1 per night if any, it doesn't last does it?? I can't remember! I know at the end it happens when baby is pressing against bladder.
