Ive only had sex once in the last 2-3 weeks! I'm too cold to get naked! ?? The one time I did, I can't say I felt too much different, was maybe a bit scared too.

BleachedBarnet · 21/03/2015 13:06

This sound a bit sad but after 9 years me and my partner don't really DTD all that often anymore, mainly because we live with his brother, so as yet it's not been an issue!

Lame or what...

Bumpingalong84 · 21/03/2015 13:08

I have also only done it once since finding out! I was petrified I was gonna prod something and start bleeding haha, needless to say I didn't enjoy it much! Feeling a lot more reassured now after reading some stuff online about it tho.

HeirToTheIronThrone · 21/03/2015 13:20

We haven't done it yet since we found out, but I have had an orgasm by myself Blush It seemed the same!

Today I have been to buy a maternity bra. I nearly fell over when she said what size I needed - 2 back sizes and 1 cup size up from normal and I'm not even 6 weeks yet!!!

cryingbabymess · 21/03/2015 13:32

Heir where did you get your bra from? I really need to go get one! My boobs are squished right now.

HeirToTheIronThrone · 21/03/2015 13:41

From Mothercare. It's not too sexy but I am so much comfier!

mrstothemr · 21/03/2015 13:56

coffee, over here we're in a no sex/orgasm zone (for me at least!), imagine it'd be fine but read a great line a while back about if you're worried about it, have sex and then something goes wrong you'll never believe the two weren't linked. Even if it was complete chance. So another 5 weeks to go here...

cryingbabymess · 21/03/2015 14:04

Might need to visit mothercare soon holy moly my boobs are sore in my bras just now xx

TheTravellingLemon · 21/03/2015 14:05

I got some from mothercare too. They're so much comfier. My poor boobs!

I haven't dtd since I found out and don't really plan to for another few weeks. After 18 months of ttc, a little break is quite welcome! Grin

halestone · 21/03/2015 14:10

We still DtD once a week. It still feels the same. I have had some spotting afterwards but i occassionally have spotting after when i'm not pregnant.

I've been hit with nausea today and really don't want to go to work later because of it. I just want to curl in a ball and feel sorry for myself.

UnderEstherMate · 21/03/2015 14:24

Hi ladies, I posted this on the old thread before I realised that it had moved, so I'm just reposting here.

I've been absent from the thread for a little while, but I'm in need of some support today. I've been bleeding this morning and had some clotting too. I went to the hospital but because I'm so early on (apparently 5 weeks rather than the 7 I thought) the scan wasn't showing much so they can't see if I'm miscarrying or spitting heavily. I have to go back in two weeks to see if am still pregnant or not.

Sorry to put a downer on the thread. I haven't told anyone about my pregnancy yet (aside from DP) so have limited shoulders to cry on.

halestone · 21/03/2015 14:30

Thanks Underestermate. Positive thoughts are being sent your way. I really hope your ok. Post as much as you want/need to we are all hear to support you and each other. I think today sounds like it needs to be a in bed with ice cream and netflix kind of day. Thanks

UnderEstherMate · 21/03/2015 14:45

Thank you halestone, I think that'll be needed today. I just want these two weeks to pass so I can know what's happening

halestone · 21/03/2015 14:48

I can't promise they will go quick but your scan will soon come around. I am huge believer in positive thoughts (and keeping busy as it takes my mind off things) this may work for you.

under, sending hugs and luck your way x

FlossyLil · 21/03/2015 15:30

Underesther thinking of you Flowers . We're all here to support!

Crumbelina - I wouldn't worry, have read around the 10 week mark MS can ease/go away, and you're not far off that now! I'm looking forward to then.

Crumbelina · 21/03/2015 15:51

UnderEsther, I'm thinking of you too and sending positive thoughts.

TravellingLemon, I'm the same. 20 months of TTC DTD. It's lovely to have a break and not have to worry about peaks and DTD so many bloody days in a row. Smile

Crying, is it the 40th? I'd probably go to show your face but make an early exit. That's my plan for tonight!

Flossy, I hope this is the end instead of a brief lull!

cryingbabymess · 21/03/2015 16:01

UnderEsther think positive thoughts Thanks

Crumbelina yea it's the 40th, I've text her to say I'm full of the cold and will be driving and that my OH isn't going to his night out just so he can come with me. She was happy enough with that and my OH is now taking me out for a meal (I better make the most of it while he does!) so we will go but only for a couple of hours. I'm glad I didn't use the antibiotics excuse cause it could have opened things wide! Lol.

Bumpingalong84 · 21/03/2015 16:21

Underesther so sorry, fingers crossed for you that it settles and it's ok! Flowers

annatha · 21/03/2015 16:31

Hello ladies, may I please join you? I've just got my BFP and according to the due date calculator I am due Nov 3rd- my DD's 1st birthday Shock Although my DH and I "left nature to do it's course" it's still come as a bit of a shock to be pregnant again so quickly. Also, two birthdays right before xmas = one very skint family!

If it's any consolation to any of you though, I personally found being due in November to be pretty perfect last year. I hit the 2nd trimester sweet spot right as summer arrived and was able to enjoy the sunshine and cope reasonably well in the heat before my bump got huge!

annatha · 21/03/2015 17:31

I've just managed to read the full thread, thinking of you Underesther Flowers

Thinking of you under Xx

stickytoffee you are right to try upping your iron. Anaemia left me breathless and in A&E at about 24 weeks when I was pregnant last time.

Estimated age gap of 16 months between DS and babybug2.

annatha · 21/03/2015 19:13

Ann that's really reassuring, thanks! I can't imagine keeping two babies in check at the minute, but I suppose the first time round I couldn't get my head around looking after one baby, and 4 months later we're doing just fine.
