Aww mum That is such a great weight, amazing how fast the babies are growing now :) Did you get many pictures??

mumxof3x · 19/03/2015 18:34

I got 5 printed, a growth chart a disc with images on and a movie disc, but I havnt looked at the discs yet because I need to find dvd control haha (kids and remotes) it really reminded me of ds1 on his 4D scan. Got mentioned he had hair again too lol. X

BeanCalledPickle · 19/03/2015 19:13

I had completely forgotten I have a scan booked for Sunday! Insomnia has taken on a life of its own this week. Two days awake at 430 but then last night it was 130 and maybe only an hour between then and getting up time. Not going into the office until Wednesday now and have done handovers on almost everything to the point that if I suddenly decided that's it the world wouldn't end. I do need to do appraisals though and will feel guilty if I don't. Can be done from home though.

33 weeks today. Section six weeks tomorrow. Seeing consultant next Friday. Wonder if I turn up and offer him some money if he would be prepared to do a section on the spot:-) so over this now!!

applecore0317 · 19/03/2015 19:39

so pleased that the scan went well mum and that he finally moved his hand :D

sorry that the consultant said no to a water birth cocks hope the consultant changes his mind

applecore0317 · 19/03/2015 19:40

bean good that you have a few days out of the office. Hope you get some sleep. Going to pop myself to bed early to tonight, been trying to go later so that I sleep past five... makes no difference

SmileyScooby · 19/03/2015 21:20

feeling sorry to hear that but hope you are ok

cock sorry to hear bout the no water birth

mum glad you managed to see face, maybe he was playing peek a boo :)

bean I too have been having problems with sleep/lack thereof! Was yawning head off at 11.30 in class today oops

Re DTD we haven't since 3 months as I sometimes had slight bleeding before pregnant so we don't want to risk anything. Just been having nice cuddles in the morning and evening :)

Justyouwaitandsee · 20/03/2015 04:26

4am check in...Wink slept fairly well but loads of vivid dreams (going to have to stop DH insisting on watching hustle before bed!) and panicking a bit as we have a plasterer due in the morning. Always anxious about how things will go, but if all goes well, it means the nursery will finally be ready to decorate next week!

I haven't made it into the office yet this week. Still fighting the cough and also (sorry tmi...) ended up with piles for only the second time since being pregnant. So between bony baby jabs, hacking cough, strained stomach muscles and a bum which makes it painful to walk, let alone sit down, I have felt a bit in the wars Sad 34+2 and 10 office days left!

shinyhappyone · 20/03/2015 06:26

I have had crazy vivid dreams right through this pregnancy no hustle needed justyou!
Here's me thinking that not sleeping through would be a post birth problem! I am not a fan of seeing both 4 o'clocks every day!!
18 working days to go eek! Have a good day all xx

KittyVonCatsington · 20/03/2015 06:47

Yep-another one here awake v early. I seem to spend too much time 'trying' to get back to sleep and then not succeeding! Really weird dreams this end too!

Boo to the piles Just - I have just resigned myself to putting up with them until the birth. I long for the day when I can happily go to the toilet Grin

Happy Friday Ladies!!

Happy Friday! I'm up early too after vivid dream woke me. Hope you're all ok.16 working days left for me. Xx

Sunshinesaz86 · 20/03/2015 08:04

Morning ladies! Happy Fridays to u all!! It's my last day in the office today!!

Sorry to those struggling with sleep and piles also kitty, just can't believe your not far off 35 weeks! I'm 32 everyone edging ever so closer!

longestlurkerever · 20/03/2015 12:49

Any other late May-ers around? I am 30 weeks tomorrow which feels like a milestone of sorts but still an awfully long way to go. Time has slowed down again since I got the gestational diabetes diagnosis as can't even have my pregnancy-friendly treats.

Sorry about those not sleeping. Have to say that's not too much of a problem for me at the moment - my problem is staying awake after dd has gone to bed. Usually look forward to a bit of grown-up time but can't manage to keep my eyes open.

So between no grown-up life and no treats life is a bit drudge-like at the moment, but I am going on holiday next weekend so hopefully that'll be nice (even without ice cream or fish and chips or any of the nice things I had been looking forward to Sad ).

On the upside our house is coming together - in a fit of nesting we finally got round to getting new doors and new grass and bits of painting done and it does feel much more cheerful now we have got rid of the last remnants of hmo-chic that we had been living with. Looking forward to my nursery stickers arriving.

Dd(3) has vetoed my baby names and wants to call the baby Lulu Charlotte or Mathilde (dunno where she got that one from - is a bit posh!). Will see who wins on this one...

Im 34 weeks today. Feeling ok, suffering with a burning pain at the top of my bump that just feels like overstretching. Pretty sore though.

Im lucky as (touch wood) piles have never been a problem! Anaemia is though!

applecore0317 · 20/03/2015 13:23

I am Longest am 30 + 2 today

sorry about the no treats, hopefully you can make up for it with some nice weather and ice creams once the baby is here :D Good that the house is coming together though

Felt very real at the hospital last night, hearing women in labour and seeing one get rushed in... her partner ran in requesting a wheel chair, stating that they had given up waiting for an ambulance so he had driven her there, all in a panic... so we were expecting a OBEM carpark style birth, but he wheeled her in and she looked fairly normal, wasn't contracting at that point and was very undramatic lol

Heard babies crying though which made me all mushy :D and slyly recorded the heartbeat whilst the midwife was out of the room so I could send it to DH's parents :)

longestlurkerever · 20/03/2015 13:25

Tori - you're one day ahead of me so that makes you 30 weeks today - hope that cheers you up a smidge! Know exactly how you feel though!

applecore0317 · 20/03/2015 13:25

Sorry about the piles just and kitty hope they clear up quickly

longestlurkerever · 20/03/2015 13:29

Ah boo - makes no difference really though - you might still give birth before me (dd was a bit late and they'll hopefully let me go to 40+6 before inducing if I keep my sugars under control).

piglet81 · 20/03/2015 14:10

Happy Friday all - hope everyone's doing OK. Did anyone manage to see the eclipse? It was too grey and murky in London to see anything, really.

33+2 here; four more weeks at work for me, but only 15 days actually working. Really looking forward to finishing now - the tiredness is back and I get quite puffy ankles by the end of the day even wearing flats!

Justyouwaitandsee · 20/03/2015 14:45

Hello! Managed to make it into work but the office was dead and for once my work was quiet, so decided to make the most of some unexpected sun and use up a random half day I had available!

Feels so nice to escape the evening rush and excited to go and see how the plasterers have got on! Hoping that we can might be able to go paint and carpet shopping if they finish early enough! Oh how the things you get excited about change as we get older!! Wink

applecore0317 · 20/03/2015 15:26

I saw it piglet it had started to clear a bit here :) and I didn't start work until ten

Oooh that's a bonus Justyou

Scottishgal78 · 20/03/2015 16:01

Longest I'm 30+5 today. That sucks about no treats. Food (and shopping) is my only vice at the moment and sometimes the thought of cake is all that keeps me going! I'm starting to panic that I'm no where near as organised as I thought! Easter hols are going to be busy!

Royalsteph · 20/03/2015 17:41

thank god it is Friday. another week done, only 20 days left in work and I'm counting every bloody second!! hopefully will go onto reduced hours from Monday. I hope everyone has a good weekend Smile
