Treacle pie I have all the symptoms of a UTI as well and I'm starting a new temp job tomorrow! Nooooo! I have a chronic bladder condition which mans I have these pains frequently but with no bacteria. I can't go to the Dr twice a week for a urine test but I can't tell the difference between my normal bladder pain and a UTI! Sorry, little rant! I hope you feel better soon.

treacle I am sometimes feeling I need to go and then not being able to, I think it might just be the extra pressure down there? I don't have any pain though so I don't think mine is uti

My 12 week scan tomorrow (at 13+5) and so incredibly nervous following mc in October! I remember feeling so excited with my dd first scan. Wish I could feel the same about his one.

I think I've probably got something similar Beaky, thats just never been diagnosed.
I'm always being tested and most of the time it's nothing.
I'm gonna go tomorrow and get tested as it's so uncomfortable.
Definitely extra pressure and occasionally pain.

Treacle- oh god I feel your pain. I had it for years then was diagnosed with interstitial cystitis when I was about 22. Eventually went into remission then as soon as I met my boyfriend I got it immediately and now half the time we have sex I end up with urgency and pain after peeing. Sorry for TMI! I find a little bicsrbonste of soda in water works wonders when flaring but I'm loathe to take it! A nurse and a midwife both said they didn't see that it would be a problem but I would feel awful if I hurt the baby! However sometimes I just cave and take it as the pain is too intense otherwise!

Coffee thanks, glad to hear buggy board worked for you, yes am contemplating getting one for when dc2 is older but would rather stick to sling for dc2 initially. The issue with dd is she'll love something for a minute or so then she'll want to get off - trike, toddle bike, sledge, swing, she has a very short attention span with any of those which makes me worry she'd only stay on the board til the novelty had worn off! Might be good though for when she's older and better at walking in a straight line but for when she gets tired!

Suz I am so sorry to hear that. I hope you are ok and have some real life support but the miscarriage boards on here are great. Pm me if you want to chat as have been through similar xx

Thanks everyone, it's really shit but I don't think it's properly sunk in yet. I'd prepared myself for the worst but still didn't really expect it deep down I don't think. Hopefully everyone else's scans go well.

We had our scan today and I've been put forward 5 days. Everything looked ok. 13+2 today.

Mermaid No facebook page yet that I know of but I'm still all for it aswell! I can't keep up with everything especially with coming home from the ward knackered it would be handy to have a post with related comments underneath to read

You can't set up a Facebook group unless you have a friend to add to that group to start with. If someone wants to become my Facebook friend please PM me and I'll set up a secret group so only members will be able to find it and no one will be able to see you post in it unless they are also a member of the group.

It is a closed group. That means people will be able to see if you are a member but won't be able to see posts unless they are also a member. I would make it a secret group which means no one will be able to see the member list either, but I'm worried people here won't be able to find it if I do that.
