Hi everyone, well I think I have figured out myself what has caused my little bleeds here and there and it's constipation when I try too hard (tmi) due to the use of the muscles in the same area so of anyone is having any issues like that, always better to wait until your body is ready to go for a number 2 lol Shock Shock Shock

AuntieDee · 06/03/2015 19:26

Twinkle forget chipsticks! Those fish and chips things that they have started doing again will REALLY sort you out. I'm a vinegar fiend at the mo too...

flipflump · 06/03/2015 20:53

Mumwannabe, you poor thing, it's horrid. Lactulose is good and comes in handy post birth too Wink

Ca55andraMortmain · 06/03/2015 21:01

This thread had disappeared of my 'threads I'm on' page so it must be time for a post! I'm feeling pretty rotten, same as loads of you. Last night DH and I went to see a comedian in another city which involved a drive on a motorway where he obviously couldn't pull over. I ended up being sick all over myself and had to nip into asda to buy new clothes before the gig Blush. Horrendous. I had a bit of bleeding this morning but I genuinely think its the strain of throwing up so much. Having moments now where I feel quite low. I'm so tired, feel sick all the time, my skin is horrible and I'm not sleeping well. I know it will be worth it but it's a real effort to remember that most days.

Stinkersmum · 07/03/2015 07:40

Hope all went well batfish

sleepyMe12 · 07/03/2015 07:42

Morning, I hope everyone is starting to feel better. I'm having good days and bad days. I'm off for my booking appointment this morning Smile got lots to ask the midwife xx

batfish · 07/03/2015 07:44

Thanks stinkers - scan is in 2 hours (and 15 mins but who's counting) so will report back. Getting so nervous, wish I was excited instead!

batfish · 07/03/2015 07:45

sleepy what will you ask the midwife? Last time I saw the doc he said oh you must have loads of questions - but I didn't and I still don't! Feel like I should!

Choccywoccydodah · 07/03/2015 08:02

Good luck today Batfish exciting stuff!!

Ca55 I'm sorry but that just made me actually lol! You poor poor thing! Glad you still managed to go though and didn't have to go home. Oh if you 'watch' the thread, it'll stay in your I'm watching area so you'll never lose is again Grin

Thank you to the lovely lady who put mean on the stats :) I can't alter it and I'm warwickshire based if anyone fancies putting that on for me!
Is there one in due date order? Thought thy would be nice to see who's got what first etc scurries away before I get shot

Fizzy13 · 07/03/2015 08:36

Morning everyone. Feeling more like a human recently so I does get easier I promise. 10 weeks yesterday and feeling far less sick, only when I walk too quickly. Even managed to stay up until 9pm!

Lifeunexpected · 07/03/2015 08:53

Gosh, there's so much to catch up on!

I'm feeling much better as the nausea seems to have gradually worn off. Although my commute has really worn me out this week. Had my booking appointment yesterday (which the DH couldn't come to - it didn't seem to matter). Mid wife seems lovely, which is great. Less than two weeks until the scan now! The count down is on! They've calculated my due date to be my birthday. So that will be exciting Smile.

I'm off out on a night out tonight! I've contributed £££ to the wine and plan to go under the radar not drinking for the whole night Wink. I'm planning to sneak off to the toilet to pour my alcoholic drink down the sink and order my non alcoholic discretely! I think I'll need good luck.

Hope all is well for others on the Oct baby bus Grin. (10+2)

Toast85 · 07/03/2015 09:06

Glad people are starting to feel better! I'm 8+5 and feeling worse the last few days. Mainly due to bad sleep I think- awake around 3am for at least an hour then tossing and turning until my alarm. So feeling dreadful when I do get up - nauseous, aching, dizzy, shaky. Start to feel more human again mid-morning but by 7ish I am good for nothing but bed! Trying to stay up until at least 9pm so that I have a chance of sleep over night... At least I'm not actually being sick- that is the only positive. Well, that and the fact I'm growing a baby - that is the main positive Grin
Batfish thinking of you today, let us know how it goes Smile

Ca55andraMortmain · 07/03/2015 09:19

Hahaha choccy- that was dh's reaction too. I can see the funny side now but it was sad at the time!

batfish, hope everything goes well. Thinking of you!

scatterbrainedlass · 07/03/2015 09:30

choccy, there's a little drop down arrow thing at the top of some of the columns, I think that means you may be able to sort into some kind of order?

Just wondering, only 6 weeks and I assume constipation gets bad nearer the end, but I'm right off fruit and veg right now, it's chips and bread for me! A lot of people have said they drink prune juice, but the thought makes me gag. Is lactulose a proper laxative for extreme cases? I'm thinking about getting some kind of high-fibre daily capsule, but any alternatives/recommendations would be handy :)

Choccywoccydodah · 07/03/2015 10:47

It won't let me alter it scatter stupid Apple!!

Can't answer re constipation, thankfully I've not suffered yet Maybe the gallons of oj I'm drinking are helping?

batfish · 07/03/2015 11:04

Well to those of you with no symptoms - it is absolutely nothing to worry about! Just saw my little 2.5cm long baby and all is fine, I am soooooo relieved! Thank you for putting up with my loony worrying Smile

Stinkersmum · 07/03/2015 11:09

Yay batfish!!

Stinkersmum · 07/03/2015 11:10

scatter try a shot of undiluted orange squash.

scatterbrainedlass · 07/03/2015 11:16

stinker, I can't stand orange squash at the best of times, don't even have any in the house right now! Might get some and see if DH will drink it if I don't!!

gaggiagirl · 07/03/2015 11:19

Pictures bat!

crazypuglady · 07/03/2015 11:32

Yay batfish great to hear. Think we need pics of bean.

Toast85 · 07/03/2015 11:35

Hooray for babybatfish!

LooksLikeImStuckHere · 07/03/2015 11:56

Glad all was well Batfish Smile

Have been feeling rubbish last few days. Had real craving for diet coke today and have given in. Feel a bit bad but still within the recommended limits of caffeine so sure it will be fine.

Rhubarb and custard sweets are doing an excellent job of keeping nausea at bay. The roof of my mouth is suffering somewhat but better than the alternative I think. 7+5 today and was sick until 15/16 weeks with DS so only 8/9 weeks to go Hmm

Glad some of you are starting to feel better Smile

For those of you that aren't, I really feel for you. Hope you manage to get some rest and keep some food down Flowers

batfish · 07/03/2015 12:16

I'm so pleased for you! That's absolutely lovely xx

I'm really annoyed with my scan as they wouldn't let me have a pic, even taken with my phone camera :(
