Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 18th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 35th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

I'm getting impatient waiting for a bloody courier... I've already seen their delivery van a street away but apparently my parcel isn't on it unless it's taking them an outrageously long time to get here... Where's my fecking parcel??! Where's my flipping baby??

I have just received a letter from my Dr saying I have urine infection and I need antibiotics. The letter enclosed the prescription.
WTF? I haven't had any symptoms at all! I do suffer from them a couple of times per year, usually when I haven't been drinking enough water.
Ah well, I assume the antibiotics prescribed are ok to take?

Have you ordered your baby from a courier company popz?! Great idea! Hope it wasn't yodel though, you'll never get it on time!

The weight dropped off due to bf last time but I was in MUCH better shape to start with so I don't think it will be so easy this time round. Am sure two children under 3 will keep me on my toes though.

Apparently quite common to have a uti with no symptoms in pg Fleur. Antibiotics will be fine. They still haven't decided if I have one or not but I guess they're not fussed if I do. Have had to hand in 3 samples. By the time they decide, the baby will have arrived.

Fleur they'll know you're preg if the sample is from your booking app so should be an appropriate choice of antibiotics. I had flucloxacillin early on for a skin abscess and all was well.

Nooo Dulce it is Yodel! With my Christmas present... waaah. Need to go food shopping but loathe to leave the house. Esp as I have already seen the van... why the frig would they do two separate deliveries to one area!?!?

Oh I did wonder what they did with that sample! Good they let you know.

I feel for you then popz... I hate yodel! They are a really poor business model that delivers to some regional hubs and and just people take on the part time jobs to collect and distribute across their area but they are so unreliable because it's just a people - like you and me but worse people doing it for a bit of extra cash with none of the care. I had to collect mine from their house once as they wouldn't redeliver and they have left things in my bin twice. In laws nearly didn't get something for Christmas after waiting in two whole days for it as they just a didn't come, despite the card saying they would. Then they had an argument with guy saying 'I would never have come on a weekend' and FIL saying 'don't leave a card saying you will then!'. Hate them.

Hopefully your experience will be better though... I recommend ringing all the numbers you have though!

I'm just the opposite with UTI's, the swizzle sticks never come up positive, but I always have white blood cells and all the right symptoms!

Yodel always seem to deliver my parcels in a car, not sure what that's all about, They lost my Lakeland parcel a few months ago, was seriously unimpressed! I have to admit, if companies say they use yodel I refuse to order online with them now... I like DPD, they give you an hour slot which is super useful, means I spend less of the day staring out of the window impatiently!

Went on a bit of a spree in Jojo Maman Bebe earlier, bought a wooden rainbow rattle, a mouse teddy and a pretty baby grow for bump, a couple of t-shirts for me (that are being delivered as they didn't have any in store but were more than happy to order them) and some bath toys for DD whitish already had a set of but loves so she wouldn't feel left out. As I was on a roll went to mother care and got some Badedas bubble bath (Can't remember if that was suggested here or on the JS thread) half price pump slippers and some cotton wool buds, So I can cross loads off my shopping list! Now I'm just waiting for my Pink Lining parcel (DPD say any time in the next hour) and I can start packing the baby hospital bag I'm so over prepared this time that I just know that she's going to stick the gears in and come 2 weeks late on purpose

People need to stop packing their hospital bags before me, it's making me feel very inferior .

Argh, are just ALL courier companies shit then?? I ordered something else from H&M who use Hermes... apparently it was despatched on 28th but there's still no tracking info up yet... and it's meant to be here by 2nd. Last time I ordered a bikini from H&M I had to send it back cos it arrived way later than quoted and so missed my holiday! Whoever delivers for Monsoon left my bridesmaids dresses in our recycling bin!!!

Ooh good timing. I don't hate an Ugg boot. The only pair I have ever owned are wrecked but I refuse to throw them out. Bought them in the States for half the price. Obviously need to go back so I can buy some more . We frequently have parcels left in our recycling bin. Although I prefer that to having to go and pick them up.

I had some Uggy type furry boots from Aldo last year. I loved those babies but a certain puppy shredded them... These are my first official ones haha.

It's here! My changing bag arrived and I love love love it. However Pink Lining's idea of 'Red' is slightly closer to my dark salmon pink (just as well bump's a girl) I quite like it though.

Has anyone got an experience with tie dying? I'm gonna dye some of the white baby clothes and muslin cloths that I've got, plan is to start with light green and grey until we've had another scan before I turn things lavender and baby pink to find they got the sex wrong...

I've got some Ugg boots, they've lasted almost 2 years but are kind of on their last legs, lasted far longer than my Emu boots though, bloody things didn't even last 6 months >.> I'm going to hold out till I can convince DH to let me by the worlds most expensive pumps...

Happy New Years in advance viroids party isn't really very partyish here. DP seems to be in a mood with me and I don't know why, and 3 guests are sat watching a film in a different room nursing colds! Hopefully it will pick up!

Saddest viroid in the room - just keep refreshing to see if I'm the only one here but it's all quiet since just after 7. Hope you're all doing something exciting.
