The JS Grads turn 18! We are young, we are free, keep our foofs all tidy! No cigs, alcohol and a lack of JSing... but Nik Naks, Monster Munch and chip butties for all!

Welcome, welcome, welcome to the 18th grads thread... celebrating the success of Just Shagging in getting us viroids upduffed!

For those that don't know, a 'viroid' is from the original JSing thread 1, where someone was trying to type ladies (in reference to all the JSing ladies), but their phone decided to call us all viroids instead!

The name stuck and we've been the JSing viroids ever since.

The thread we have graduated from is here in its 35th outing. WARNING: they're all a bit kerazy not to mention randy!

There is also a Just Mumming thread in postnatal clubs here for once your babies come along, or to keep up with the graduated graduates! It's a bit quiet at the moment, but with all these upduffed viroids hopefully it won't be for long!

There is also a private facebook group (so it doesn't give the game away in your news feed!)... if you want to join to see photos of new babies etc, just ask in-thread!

So, roll call below please, viroids!

Did I miss any flavours/date changes? I went through the messages and updated Fleur's and Fatty's dates and added Kato's BOY!

Dulcet - how did you get on today?

willywallace · 22/12/2014 19:56

Well done La.

Yes Dulcet, any news?

Hooray Min, Kato and Cookie, good news all round. And good that Mr Lauren is alive and well Grin .

If one more person tells me not to give birth in their shop I'll get the rage.

Minion · 22/12/2014 20:16

Well I'm currently on my bed with shoots bum pains.
So, that's nice.
Honestly, nothing much. I get seen to (ooer) at 11 where they will see if im big enough to break my waters, or if more gel is needed.
If waters are a go go, it's off to labour room, with pool hopefully unless contractions don't start, then it's drip or section decision time.
If gel gets the go ahead, the husband gets turfed out and I get my head down for the night, for it to begin again tomorrow.

It's pretty exhausting sitting around doing jack.

TheBooMonster · 22/12/2014 20:31

blimey la you're better at keeping on top of peoples stats than I am!

lol wil you should say "well since you've said that, I'm going to go into labour right here just to spite you" with your sweetest smile!!

People seem to have gone from being unconvinced I'm pregnant to being unconvinced I have a whole 16 weeks to go which is a rather welcome change, telling people I'm 'only' 24 weeks makes me feel all smug and like I have a 'proper' bump this time round. Seeming my midwife tomorrow and I'm dragging MrBoo along kicking and screaming like a toddler because in my hand held notes there is a somewhat strange 'risk factor' box for never turning up to midwife appointments with a spare person that I don't remember being there last time, so as he's about I feel like I need to show him to the midwife so she knows he's real... is 24 weeks too early to discuss birth plans with the midwife?

RPopz · 22/12/2014 20:42

How weird Boo! I've got an "accompanied by" box in my notes... sometimes the midwife writes ALONE in it when DH is with me Confused

Shooty bum pains Min! Something must be occurring. You'll be in that pool before you know it.

Noone's asked me not to give birth in a shop Grin But everywhere I go now I get "Oooh, how long have you got??" from shop assistants/ randomers....

willywallace · 22/12/2014 20:53

I get gasps of disbelief when I say I still have a month to go Hmm .

Do people take the menfolk along to midwife appointments then? Other than scans obviously. My appointments are super short, not really sure what use MrWil would be.

My MW wouldn't even discuss a birth plan at 35 weeks so good luck with that but she's shit.

RPopz · 22/12/2014 21:01

Community midwives have their clinic on Thursdays here, so all my apps are on a Thursday - which is DHs the day off work. So he's been to a fair few with me. We didn't talk birth plans til 37 weeks at home visit Boo x

fattycow · 22/12/2014 21:04

Thanks for the list, leela!

Minion · 22/12/2014 22:13

I think, THINK, we may have contractions!
Weehheee and owwww

Nessalina · 22/12/2014 22:18

Ooh good luck Min!
Breathe in through your nose and out through your mouth! Grin
And if Mr Min is willing, I highly recommend a good firm lower back rub during contractions. Got me through the early stages!

Sorry I've been absent, at home with family and it's lovely - had no time for MN! J is doing well Grin xx

Minion · 22/12/2014 22:19

They're an odd feeling arent they? Mine are starting in my bum then move round to tum, then that goes rock hard!
Crazy
