New thread, as the other one was nearly full! Can someone please post the stats page, as I'm useless with things like that!

Zampa I definitely felt worse just before it eased off, but that was at 9 weeks, I only get the occasional day I feel sick now which goes once I eatx

Bustherb · 18/12/2014 09:19

Zampa yes mine got worse, it went from nausea every day to sickness everyday and now I'm sick randomly but when I am it comes on suddenly and it's projectile vomit, around 3-4 times a week xxx mine has started to ease though as I'm not sick everyday xxx

WantToGoingTo · 18/12/2014 09:20

zampa I haven't really had any nausea but last couple days have definite aversion to eating and nausea so has got worse for me (from no nausea to some nausea) Am 9 weeks tomorrow

broodylicious · 18/12/2014 09:38

Eek! Good luck today wantGrin

zampa, with my dd I definitely got worse yes - started being sick at five weeks then it got worse and worse until about 16 weeks when it eased off slightly but still was quite nauseous until about 20 something weeks. Maybe you've got a little pink bean in there...

Number3cometome · 18/12/2014 10:00

Over I think it is Braxtons, defo feels like it (but a lesser version)

I have heard they can start from 6 weeks.

It is defo worse after bed sex Blush

BadIdeaBear · 18/12/2014 10:09

hehe glad I'm not alone on the scrambled egg front!

I've lost 4lbs in weight too, want - it's good, this no-drinking lark...

We're only supposed to put on 1-2lb in first trimester so I guess I'd have just lost 5-6lb if I wasn't pg and had changed my diet so much.

WantToGoingTo · 18/12/2014 10:20

Good thinking bad idea - that you would have lost more if not pg :)

I know what you mean re braxton hicks - I get the tightening feeling after having sex. It is v weird! Goes hard like you say. Haven't had it any other time though...

Number3cometome · 18/12/2014 10:27

I have probably put wayyyy too much weight on! I cannot stop eating or I feel sick :(

smallgreenbanana · 18/12/2014 10:27

Sex is ok for me, but I can't have a 'happy conclusion' unless I want to spend the next 15 minutes in labour-like pains!! Very painful. Blush

smallgreenbanana · 18/12/2014 10:29

Had my flu jab and bloods yesterday. Had been feeling better recently, but yesterday was horrible. Almost started throwing up again. Thought I was coming out of the woods, but I think stress at work and needles probably made it worse again.

Number3cometome · 18/12/2014 10:35

smallgreenbanana I'm finding it is taking quite a bit longer to reach a 'happy conclusion' (love that saying, will teach OH it later!)
OH was a bit 'meh' at first but now he seems to have caught on that a lady needs that happiness too!! Blush Wink
Sounds like you are getting those naughty braxton hicks too!

My friend text me earlier, had her gender scan and she is having a girl!
She has been plagued by sickness, bad skin and headaches so far.

I suspect I am on the same route!

WantToGoingTo · 18/12/2014 10:47

small and number I tech happy conclusion way too easily these days sometimes before we even have the opportunity to dtd Blush but def get the labour-like pains fter a happy conclusion owwww! Less bad now than it was at 5 weeks but still!

Number3cometome · 18/12/2014 10:56

I wish it was that easy for me hahahaha!!!

Would make life so much easier for OH!

Zampa · 18/12/2014 11:17

Thanks for the morning sickness updates. Nice to know we're all in the same boat!

My "happy conclusions" are far more intense than previously. Hurrah! Unfortunately, the idea of dtd whilst feeling sick ... Not good!

misseskimo · 18/12/2014 11:17

Good luck with scan today want

Well I have been suffering with a migraine since yesterday afternoon now. Touch wood it hasn't hit it's top peak yet, as I can still stay in a semi lit room and look at dimmed screens as long as I don't move my head whilst doing so. But as soon as I turn or try to get up/move around, OMG the pain! I'm a regular sufferer of migraines and have prescription meds for it, but from what I've read I can't take any of it, and paracetamol just isn't touching it Sad it's actually building up slower than usual for me, but in past when thats happened it's meant when it does fully develop it's worse. Anyone had this before and found a good remedy?

Number3cometome · 18/12/2014 11:30

Misseskimo accupunture? I am sure I have heard others say it works wonders, or an Indian Head massage?

Speaking of massages I have booked an hour long body scrub and massage at lunch today. Got a deal online, can't fooking wait.
OH won't give me massages now I am preggers incase he hurts the baby (shit excuse)

Zampa my happy conclusions are defo err more intense, they just take a while to 'get there'

I find actually dtd makes me feel less nauseous?

And it makes me sleep much better.

Number3cometome · 18/12/2014 11:31

'Acupuncture' not 'accupunture' doh!

LizziTea · 18/12/2014 12:04

Misseskimo - sorry to hear you are suffering - sounds awful! I don't have much advice except that sometimes really plain food like toast or plain pasta helps, and the caffeine in a cup of tea is helpful with pain relief if you're happy to have a bit of caffeine. The best cure is sleep, though - I always find if I can drift off even for half an hour I wake up feeling better. And limiting light like wearing sunglasses if you go outside and staying away from the computer will probably help too.
I know more about how to prevent migraines than how to cure them, but none of that would be helpful to you right now!

LizziTea · 18/12/2014 12:09

Oh, and wrapping a soft scarf quite tightly across your forehead can help with the headache - though I think that depends on the type of headache!

naty1 · 18/12/2014 12:10

If youre tired maybe try sleeping it off.
Dehydration/sugar seems to cause DP ones.

Number3cometome · 18/12/2014 12:19

I think Olives really help.

Not sure if it is the salt (which I should defo be avoiding!)?

I find the Crespo Greek Style olives are the best, so salty and good drools

Overtiredbackagain · 18/12/2014 12:20

I find the braxtons fairly reassuring, means something is definitely happening as I feel very unpregnant at the moment!!

My sex-drive is through the roof - poor OH!!!

Number3cometome · 18/12/2014 12:27

Over

Mine too!! OH got an early (3am) wake up call.
He is making me feel like I am harassing him but obviously not turning me down haha

WantToGoingTo · 18/12/2014 12:39

Oh olives, I could really do with some of those right now! Just had a lunch of fruit and my work colleague was getting v suspicious (I normally gorge myself on some sort I carbohydrate! Usually with cheese!)

StoneBaby · 18/12/2014 12:40
