I had a dream on Tuesday night, where I had the baby but I was in prison and they took her off me :( could feel the pain from the section scar and everything

fourmonthstogo · 04/12/2014 16:03

Oh gudgy that's a horrid one. As well as all the sex dreams a couple of days ago I dreamt I was giving birth and it turned out to be twins! Eek!

m33r · 04/12/2014 16:45

I dreamt I had the baby and my lazy daisy teacher was the midwife. We decided after a little cuddle that he was too early so agreed to put him back in. Was very calm about the whole thing and it wasn't painful - coming out or being put back in. I think I'm taking the 'I have an easy pregnancy' affirmations to heart! Wink

DurhamRed · 04/12/2014 17:50

I've had a few recently where I've dreamt that either my waters have broken or I've given birth at work...scary!!

M27J5M · 04/12/2014 20:26

I've had the odd crazy dream but nothing much! When preg with DS I had crazy dreams every night

Butterpuff · 05/12/2014 10:07

Morning all, how are your Friday's looking. Mine started badly, with tears, picked up at MW appointment when I heard babies heart beat, now I just want to go back to bed.

I was measured for the first time. Am 28+4 and measured 28cm so I think that is good.

But tomorrow we are hosting a Christmas party, and cooking a four course meal for 14 people, the decorations have not been put up yet and most of the boxes of 'stuff' are lying around all over the house where they were put two weeks ago when we moved in. We also have three overnight guests. I think the stress may be getting to me. This week I have been training my replacement and it has been very stressful. I am totally exhausted and need several early nights, except bump doesn't seem to share that view.

Sorry for the moan, I hope you all have more relaxing plans....and are continuing to enjoy your sexy dreams. Smile

Gudgyx · 05/12/2014 10:36

Butterpuff, dont take on too much! If you have overnight guests, wait until they arrive tomorrow and get them to help with the decorating. Give them a glass of wine and tell them to get stuck in!

Butterpuff · 05/12/2014 11:04

Thanks Gudgy one of the overnighters is wonderful and she has offered to come early and help me with cooking, which will be fun. I think most of my stress comes from DH thinking he can get all the boxes moved and decorations put up in an afternoon, he has made plans out of the house tomorrow morning! They are thins that need doing, house related quote gathering and stuff. It just feels to much today, think I have just hit the third trimester decrease in energy.

Twittwooo · 05/12/2014 19:40

I'd dropped off the thread so saying hello again!

coastergirl · 05/12/2014 20:23

I've been advised by my doctor to try and keep busy to help the anxiety, which I know helps me anyway. So I've done a little project. I've just come to show it off Wink having already showed it off on Facebook. Here it is!

I've given up sleeping so no naughty dreams here Grin

Why do men always do that Butterpuff? They seem to ridiculously underestimate how long it will take to do stuff!

I'm still trying to get sorted from when we moved in here in September but had to bite the bucket yesterday to get the living room ready for Christmas tree etc. DD (2yrs) was most helpful... Pulling everything out of the boxes and then taking the decorations off the tree as fast as I was putting them on Confused

fourmonthstogo · 05/12/2014 21:14

That's really lovely coaster - it looks great!

coastergirl · 05/12/2014 22:35

Thanks!

M27J5M · 06/12/2014 09:22

Oh utterly sounds like you've got a real busy day, hope you manage to relax and enjoy your guests!!

M27J5M · 06/12/2014 09:22

Oh and hello ?? to every1 else, hope your all well

tannyLoo · 06/12/2014 14:53

Really uncomfortable bump today, some aches and pains around my bladder and general stretchy full feeling. Also had my first nosebleed since I was about 8! Am also grumpy and tired. Sorry just wanted a moan...

Gudgyx · 07/12/2014 14:22

Had my 4d scan yesterday at 27 weeks!

This is my beautiful girl. Looks very like her father already, she has his nose and wee features. And also his long legs! They're 13.6cm long already, and she weighs around 2.4lbs.

12 weeks tomorrow and she'll be here ??

Wow gudgy! I have mine at 27+2. What scan / package did you get? Just wondering what I need to pay for to get the measurements? Thanks!

MGFM · 07/12/2014 19:40

Wow, thats awesome!

Butterpuff · 08/12/2014 10:11

Amazing picture gudgy and brilliant handywork coaster hope your feeling better today tanny I've had a few uncomfortable bump days. And I seem to get really short of breath in the evening when I am sitting on the sofa watching the telly. Not sure why.

I was an hour and a half late for work this morning, just so tired after my huge weekend, it was fun, successful and I now feel Christmas has started, but exhausting, will take me a week to recover.

Gudgyx · 08/12/2014 11:44

That was the bronze package meer, so the cheapest one! You can also pay an extra 10 on the day and get all the pictures they took on a disc, so you can take it away and print any other ones you want. They give you 2 colour pictures, and one black and white standard scan picture. You get to pick the two pictures you want printed as well!

She was a wee bugger and her legs right up by her head, so sonographer had to jiggle my belly to get her moving. You dont have to pay any extra for the measurements, just ask! My OH asked because her legs were right up by her head haha!

Gudgyx · 08/12/2014 11:45

Another thing, she said I was lucky I came at 27w, because of anterior placenta they wouldnt have been able to see much if I had waited any longer!

So anyone with anterior placenta considering getting 4d scan, I'd go now!

m33r · 08/12/2014 19:50

Thanks gudgy. I can't wait to go!!! Xmas Grin

tannyLoo · 09/12/2014 04:45

Bloody Nora! Awake after getting really uncomfortable and having all sorts of useless anxious crap going through my head...

Stomach is still a bit crampy, and it's horrible not being able to tell what is tummy bug and what might be baby related.

Anyway, I should be happy, as new milestone reached, and am 28 weeks today. I am happy about it, just less so at quarter to five!

Twittwooo · 09/12/2014 06:27

Congrats on the milestone tanny! I have to admit I don't know exactly how many weeks I am - 25 maybe? I must check. I was awake early too, which isn't unusual but I'd had a horrible dream - a group of teenage girls had somehow got into our flat and left notes in very room and on our doors! I then went to report it to someone official but was invited to her flat to do it which was very studenty but with lots of toddlers running around! Weird. First odd dream I'd had in a while but it was one of those dreams that felt real so not very nice! Hadn't felt baby kick for a while yesterday but lying in bed with a cup of tea now and can feel him (oops, I just wrote him! We don't actually know) - anyway, I'm feeling a bit less guilty for drinking caffeine a few times a day as this is maybe what's made the baby move!
